This particular location is busy from opening up until closing. However, that fact does not interfere with the excellent service that I have received in my last 3 visits. Ill definitely keep returning to this location when I am in the area.

I miss the tables and chairs inside the store. I dont like the new modern look anymore. I met my husband there 12 years ago because there were chairs and tables inside and we could mingle with people. Outside sitting is good but not when is cold or raining or when its hot and the mosquitoes are out.

Was excited when they said they were closing for renovation, HOPING they would expand into the empty unit next door, and add more indoor seating! But instead, they TOOK OUT ALL of the indoor seating! It seems that Starbucks is turning back their thinking on being my Third Place.

Visiting LA For the first time. Ordered my favorite lemon loaf but forgot to ask them to warm it.. I asked ANDREW to warm it please. For the 1st time ever I was told I want to make a mess on his nice clean oven I SWEAR I was so shocked that he said that. So NO he wouldnt be able to do it for me. I told him very nicely thank you, but Ive never been told that at any Starbucks before but thanks. As i went to give it away to someone he said Ill do it for you, I dont want you to not eat it. I asked if he was sure and he said yes. He said yes but he TRULY didnt want to. Then it took more that 20 minutes to get our drinks. No I wont be coming back. Thanks Andrew! 😡

April and Mellow made my regular coffee stop spectacular. The shop was relatively busy when I visited this afternoon and ordered three drinks, but they handled the crowd like pros! They were kind and friendly, even when customers werent. They asked questions to ensure a great experience and perfect drink for every guest. When a customer asked a question, they responded with correct information and kindness. They were amazing and made all of my drinks perfect! Thank you both for being so awesome! Also, they still have Irish Cream Cold Brew. Yall totally made my day!!!!!!

No seating inside. Given how long Starbucks takes to put out orders you can either stand around all that time while waiting, or sit outside and be blissfully unaware when your stuff is ready. Unacceptable!

Horrible, arrived at 8:55am for a regular coffee and egg bites.I’m still here waiting for 15 minutes for my egg bites. 4 people behind me purchased sandwiches and they are on their way.I am late to work now and no concerns from the associates when asking about my item.But seems like regulars get helped out faster.

Parking is really tight here. I was able to find a nice place to sit outside. This is a great place to have a quick meeting with people. They have a few tables outside. The service is fast. I have been here literally hundreds of times. I have also spent thousands of dollars here. I think that this is a training Starbucks because they have a lot of new people all the time.

Caramel Machiato was delicious. Kudos to the workers who made my drink!! However, I would have to agree with some of the other reviews here that the customer service is pretty bad. I dont know if it was rush hour, but someone named Mary was the only person I had an issue with as she kept rushing me when I was trying to pay with my Starbucks e-gift cards. It might just be me who had an issue here cause I mean, yes, who goes to Starbucks to pay with digital gift cards? But even so, customer service is important and I believe thats something they need to improve on.

Previously given this location 5 stars, but lowered it to 2, because of waning Customer service. Customer service lately, however, has greatly improved, so Im bringing it back up to 4 stars. The new hires a seem very cool and the manager is nice. Love the location. Although, its sometimes very crowded in the morning. Theyre pretty quick, though.

This place is quaint and almost hidden along a strip of other thriving businesses (including the Hamburger Hamlet) on the southwest corner of Alameda and San Fernando Road. Inside its warm and cozy, able to accommodate only a few dozen people. And yet there seems never to be a dull moment, customers are constantly streaming in and out, happy and content that they received what they came to get: great service, orders made to your liking, and the courtesy of a smile.And there is also a nice shaded patio on the outside.

Usually I have a decent time with this coffee shop, but they lately and regularly have been screwing up my in person and online orders. Has happened to my last 4 online orders, and most of the time if it states “pock-up will be ready between 4-8min” it is not. Usually after the 15-20min point is when I’ll finally get my order.

Great service, standard Starbucks. The only negatives were that the store was a little cramped and they were out of Cold Brew by 9:00 AM. Whats worse is that the cashier told me that they often run out that quickly. That seems like something you could solve by making more each day.

They were extremely busy so it understandably took awhile. I had breakfast sandwiches so it took some time but reasonable. Some customers were upset though because its a little unorganized at the pick-up area and others had walked away with their drinks and they had waited a long time. This is the closest Starbucks location to my apartment, and I will NOT go here ever again. I have only received my drink order, properly made, TWICE, and I have visited this location multiple times, hoping that there wont be any problems. After today, I will permanently be taking my business to a different location.My order is :Grande English Breakfast Tea Latte, four shorts of classic sweetener, whole milk, warm (because I like to drink it right away, not in two hours when its finally cooled down). I go to pick up my order, and I can see it steaming. Ok, thats not warm, but its fine. First sip, I taste Earl Grey, which, in a tea latte, tastes like grass clippings. I ask them to remake it, and they do, with the correct tea bags this time.2ND try: first sip, I get a mouthful of tea pieces. I spit them out, think that maybe its just some random loose tea, itll settle. Taste it again, NOPE. One of the tea bags has been punctured, and the drink is full of the loose tea. They did offer to remake it for me again, but considering that this is the latest in a string of bad experiences, I just asked for my money back, and wont go there again.

Each February, I visit Starbucks multiple times to pick up Coffee Travelers for early morning meetings all over the City of L.A. Rather than stop at the Starbucks nearby each meeting location, I now just go to this Starbucks location because they always have my coffee order ready to go when I arrive and are the friendliest Starbucks staff Ive ever encountered.

Coffee is ok, but no better than the Coffee Bean down the block, which has more choices. One star cause they stopped carrying Newspapers. Was the only place within 10 miles where you could buy or see the Wall Street journal or the New York times . I have not been back since. So they lost the $1000 per year in cash sales that I spent there. The MBAssholes are in control. Next theyll put in pay toilets as profit center. Newspapers were an excellent loss leader even if they never sold a one. T. S. for them.

I stood in front of the Online orders and saw a coffee that looked like mine behind the counter. They kept looking at me and bringing other online orders to that section but not mine.
