I ordered my usual order from the app before work on Saturday 6/1/2024. For some reason cream cheese did not come with my bagel this time. The person behind the counter said there was no manager and that I could purchase cream cheese for an additional fee. I had already given a $2.00 tip and did not order a cream cheeseless bagel. I returned the bagel as it wasn’t complete in my experience. I felt the employee definitely had a bad attitude and could have easily avoided the problem. I called customer service who told me I would be refunded for the bagel which has not happened yet. I spend about $100 a week at Starbucks. Not anymore. I just ordered whole dark beans from Kauai and will be making my own bagel from now on. Starbucks used to be a great customer service company. Not so much now. It’s time to move on.

I did a mobile order pick up & my drink + cookie was done before the pick up time. The cookie was warmed perfectly. Second time at this Starbucks as I usually just pass through Escondido & it was a normal Starbucks experience.

This store has recently been remodeled. While I love the look and feel inside, there is no seating indoors. Only outdoor seating which is a bit odd for a Starbucks. But I felt the staff to be very friendly and kind to each other and the customers coming inside. There are so many reviews that this store has rude employees but I never get that vibe when I come in.

Was doing my morning bike routine. I did not have a bike lock. Did not want my bike to get stolen so i brought it inside. It wasnt busy only myself and 1 other person. The lobby is generally spacious for my bike and i made sure not to place it in the way. I was hoping for a coffee. A young girl told me i could not leave my bike inside due to space & the amount of people. Again, it was only myself and one other. I felt it might have been a micro aggression or some judgement cuz i have seen others in the past bring their bikes in & order. I didnt bother, and did not want to order anymore. So I left. I never had this problem at other cafes especially in busy cities. I have been a resident at north park, san diego & love their pleasant welcoming atmospheres.

My aunts,mom,niece went into your Escondido location in East valley parkway on street right before home Depot entrance on Saturday, it was busy but the employees welcomed us and greeted us, they were friendly. Our drinks were all made well and correct and the wait was not bad at all. My aunt forgot her sugar so she asked for some sugar packets and we all went outside. My aunt went to the tables outside to put her sugar in her coffee she went to open the lid and the whole coffee fell over went everywhere in there patio(sorry accident) and all over her white pants and new shoes. We all ran for napkins and my sister grab her cup to go purchase my aunt another coffee. My sister returns with my aunts coffee and my sister says it was on the house!! We were so surprised and very grateful because my aunt had purchased all of our drinks. I just feel like this Starbucks should be praised for doing the right thing and not questioning it,thank it was very nice of you to replace my aunts drink. Thank you

I walked inside, and it was not super busy. I stood in front of the counter for a minute, and not a single employee acknowledged me waiting. I had purchased a $25 gift card just for this visit.

They remodeled and removed every single table and chair from inside, so no relaxing coffee shop experience. You have to sit and “enjoy” your coffee outside by the parking lot and noisy street. This is only a place to grab and go.

Drink taste like pure water, on top of that employee was very rude to me. I placed a mobile order Two drinks & a cake pop my name was called when my cake pop was placed down I reached over to grab it along with my drink since it said my name. I waited for the second drink another employee (male) before handing it over tells me “Next time don’t reach over unless your order is on ur letter” personally I have not seen there new system it was new to me and my name had been called I said “ok” as I was shocked that he came at me so rude and wouldn’t let the drink go until I answered. I’m 9 months pregnant u can say Im being sensitive I just personally never encountered an employee so rude just his tone and demeanor caught me off guard…

You know, from time to time, it is always nice to pull into a Starbucks, especially when you have a craving. My craving was hot chocolate mocha. Top of the line hot chocolate Starbucks style... The taste and whipped cream do it for me all the time. Im glad I was able to budget one. And always ask for a cup of ice water. Its usually no charge.

This was the worst Starbucks ever. My order went to the wrong store. I had to argue with*** just to find out if my order was in the store. When she finally checks, I was informed my order went to the store across town to get my drinks. They had too many orders already. But, we all know thats wrong I was suppp
