Theyre always really busy here, and thats no fault of the employees.However theyve messed up more than a few orders and I just choose not to say anything because I know theyre just rushing to get everyone taken care of.So I wouldnt recommend this location but not because of anything the employees are doing, its just a really busy location and theyre always running around trying to get everything done.

I love me a good coffee, and Starbucks is frequently the recipient of my hard-earned dollars. The (coffee) product is largely sufficient at all their nationwide locations… but…My gripe is with the functionality of the staff behind the counter working up orders. They seem ineffective with their time management.In contrast, consider the functionality of any In-N-Out or Chik-Fil-A. The teams function as a highly effective, well oiled unit. Consistently.I’ve known some amazing Starbucks baristas and stand-out staff service providers in past.And I admit; it’s often a busy location.But is Starbucks a corporation that now values corporate ESG ratings and virtue signaling over competent teamwork? I dunno, but their brand suffers when wait times consistently drag on-Don’t get me wrong; staff is usually courteous and the products are consistent. But, I value competence in anyone performing a job, and Starbucks seems to consistently fail at that*I still go there tho 🤨*Results may vary 😝

Typical Starbucks, it has its busy rush hours just like any other store.However the amount of ice varies a TON, depending who makes it. A venti with practically more ice than actual liquid.

One of the dirtier Starbucks I’ve been to. The restrooms were not very clean at all. They made the drink right, but that shouldn’t be deserving of 5 stars. It was quiet, and that’s nice. So that’s why it gets 2 stars instead of one.

Drinks come out quickly, staff is friendly, and the internet is pretty decent. Doesnt have constant horrible lag like some other locations. It can get a bit loud inside but not as bad as other locations.

Second time going to this Starbucks location through there drive thru. The first time I order I just thought either they misheard me or I didn’t not say the correct thing for my drink. The second time which was today. I knew for sure I said my order correctly and they repeated the order. When I got to window to pay. I made sure to check the sticker this time and the color of the drink was extremely off. I told the guy in the window that it’s missing two shots, as politely as possible. Especially, since that’s what I had paid for for and what was repeated back me. However, I did not like that they just added in the two shots instead of remaking the drink. Cause it tastes extremely off. I understand with drive thru they need to meet a certain time frame for each transaction. And I understand the stress, I use to be a Starbucks employee. However, I wish they had remake the drink I’m not blaming the baristas. It’s probably there headsets or them being over worked in extreme pressure. I tried calling the store but the line is either busy or unavailable. 😕

This is a pretty good starbucks, but im working on a laptop & the only table open (with usable lighting) is wet. after cleaning it myself, im seeing there are old coffee puddles on it as if it has NEVER been wiped off. understand: my photo is AFTER i washed this table with 10 napkins & the supply of water puddles that was on it 👎 i sat elsewhere for a second, & noticed it was filthy there too (pic 2). also, the toilet-paper roll is locked in place so that its impossible to acquire even a single sheet (pic 3).so, can customers get some work done here? not really. consider this: how do the employees work here without toilet paper? well...they dont!

Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Drinks are very good. The lemonade drinks, milk and food boxes are the only really kid items they have. If your looking for a kids menu, I recommend a place like Mendocino farms. Mendocino farms is good for adults and children.

**STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS** (LITERALLY!! THEY ARE FRAUDULENTLY OVER CHARGING FOR THEIR DRINKS AND DONT SAY I NEVER WARNED YOU!) I am a regular at this location, and this morning, Tues., Nov. 22nd, 2022, when I drove thru the line and ordered my usual Venti caramel macchiato and was given my total of $5.65 at the window, I proceeded to go to the pick up window and the first thing I asked the heavy set gray haired guy at the window was to confirm my drink price. He replied, $5.65. I asked, when did the prices go up? He quickly replied, 3 weeks ago. Then when I showed him on my phone another location I visit on the weekends in Yorba Linda (I simulated a mobile order), the price for the exact same drink showed $5.45. Later I also simulated another mobile order in Irvine at the Los Olivos Market Place, very close to where I work, and that location also shows a price of $5.45. This is a very nice area of Irvine, by the way, nothing at all like this location at 2734 Tustin Ave., Orange. The guy at the window gives me several explanations of why THEIR price is 20 cents higher for the exact same drink: first he says, prices went up 3 weeks ago; then he tells me, prices vary depending on what area of Starbucks youre at; then he tells me, the app hasnt updated the correct pricing yet; then he tells me, their location has taxes. What????? Which excuse should I believe?? I am a regular, and just earlier this week, for the exact same drink, I was charged the correct price of $5.45 for a Venti (so this locations prices didnt go up 3 weeks ago!) I proceeded to accept my drink, told him I would not be returning to this location, and as I drove away, I immediately called Starbucks Customer Service. The guy who answered patiently listened to everything I had to share w/ him. He CONFIRMED the Venti caramel macchiato price should be $5.45! I am now waiting for their District Manager to call me w/ in 24-48 hours, as the Customer Service rep sent an email to this location on my behalf, stating my complaint. I also was credited $10 back to my Starbucks card for my ordeal. I also will be writing to the BBB to also complain about this locations ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES by RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS BY OVER CHARGING THEM! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS - LITERALLY!!

We ordered, the young gentleman repeated the order twice. He managed to still get our order wrong. Definitely wasnt friendly we asked for the order to corrected and he got an attitude and did a surface correction instead of correcting the drink. There was also syrup on the outside of my drink dripping and got on my blouse. Definitely not happy.

The customer service at this location is terrible. Everytime I pick up my mobile order, its either not ready or made incorrectly. Also, no one acknowledges you when you go up to the counter, only until I reach for my cup do they look up. Listen, I know they are busy but its not the usual Starbucks feel at this location. All the staff needs to be retrained. Will not be coming back to this location. Will avoid at all costs.

Service has been slow here lately, and they have difficulty getting mobile orders available when you come in. Typically I have to wait a few minutes to just get someone to acknowledge Im waiting for my mobile order. Also, they cant really change this now, but the drive through causes a lot of backup in the parking lot.

Super excited that Starbucks are open again until I walked into this one. I stood at the counter waiting for my turn behind somebody who was having a conversation with the cashier like nobody else was in the room. I understand why he continued to talk because his back was to me, but I do not understand why she didnt even acknowledge my presence so that he could step aside and I could place my order. She was way too engaged in this conversation to be working today. And yes I could hear the conversation, it was nothing but personal .

Usually fairly quick service and a nice atmosphere despite the rushes that come through. Not too attentive though, I stop by occasionally and almost half the time I get my order back and it isnt correct or they forget about it until I have to flag someone down. But other then that I still plan to come in.

Staff at the register moved very slow. He was interested in carrying on a conversation with everyone than trying to get through the line. He spent even more time trying to scan every item, some but easily scanned but pushed on wasting time instead of entering it manually. After I got my order in it was a above average wait to get my drink. The drive-thru was slammed but I usually get my drink faster at other locations with drive-thrus. So I would have to say my visit was ok but not great.

Discrimination to the fullest. I am a Mexican American and was treated very rudely. There is no need to look down on people based on the color of their skin. Was talked to in a rude way, watched how they attended other people and it was totally different then how they attended me. Gross how humanity is acting now. I love this starbucks. The cashier was very friendly to me. She literally took the time to tell me about all the different teas. She knew which ones didnt have caffeine. However she didnt know what teas drink that were cold didnt have caffeine. Maybe its not a question asked often. She checked that I wanted cold tea and that made me think I would like hot tea instead. Im grateful rhe cashier was so thorough.

For the second day in a row. The staff at this store took 20 minutes to get my order ready. I can understand yesterday they were busy and probably had some of the slowest workers available but today their low quality of service reached other levels. They messed up my sandwich and I had to go back to the store and wait another 10 minutes for them to make the order right..when I got the second sandwich. The egg was freezing cold. I did not went back to the store as I was heading to work and did not want to waste another 10 minutes..this experience is totally unacceptable and I am not going back to this place. After wasting so much time I could not eat more than half of that cold egg sandwhich

Starbucks on Tustin and Lincoln is very special place, since its been opened still on the same success path, the service is spectacular, it feels like home, the crew knows the customers by name and even they know what type of coffee they usually order....i cant drink my morning coffee some where else, even if i have certain obligations to drink my coffee at other Starbucks locations it taste different, may be its the same coffee but its different feeling.I believe the reason behind the success of this location is LISA, she is one of a kind managers, dedicated to her work and her communications with the customers is amazing, i dont want to forget the great crew that works there specialty STACY.Keep it up guys.....ZACK

Amazing baristas, most of them very kind. Great java chip frappe, but one barista was salty. It’s not too much of a deal, but should be addressed. I spilled my frappe and asked for a napkin, perfectly fine, right? But one barista (with dyed pink dyed hair) went ahead and said “she made a mess.” Like bruh, why? Was that necessary? So we cleaned it up and this super sweet barista with blonde hair took it and remade it. Huge props to her. Not the best experience, but met a great employee! Although my mood went down because of this, 4 stars more for her!

I will never go back to this -Starbucks branch ever again. I ordered a Peach Green Tea Lemonade with 2 extra pumps of peach syrup and when I tasted it, it tasted funny like it was never sweet at all. By the way, I buy this drink everyday at the Starbucks in Newport beach and I never had any problem and their people are so extra nice to me. They made an effort to know me well because I order this all the time. But so disappointed with this branch in Tustin corner Lincoln. When I told them it tasted not right, they actually re-did but these 2 employee one girl and one guy when they handed it over to me, they were unhappy and like they were mad because I told them it did not taste right. Such rude employees. I will never go back to this branch ever again!

I just drove through the drive through at 11:30 p. m. I needed a pick me up to drive to Lake Arrowhead tonight. I ordered a short drink. She gave me a grande and acted offended when I nicely asked to have it changed to a short. I also asked for a warmed cheese danish which wasnt warmed. Finally I asked for a napkin. I thought she was bringing it to me. She just shut the pass thru window and walked off. I guess it just wasnt my night. There was another girl in the lobby mopping the floor. First, the drive thru situation is ridiculous!!! No way can you wrap onto a major street or block traffic in the busy Vons parking lot. Second, inside there is so much chaos and they lose orders and you wait forever to find out that your order isn’t being made. Third, the staff is so distracted with each other that they can’t function! Never go here unless you want to waste your time!!!

I ordered a Grande Cold Brew Coffee with Sweet Vanilla Foam in a Venti Cup with room, which means extra space for the foam. Ive got my coffee with Whip cream, which is not the same as Foam. FYI it does not dissolve in the coffee like foam does. My coffee taste just bad.

Its like most Starbucks, only this one is always artic level freezing cold inside always. Even in winter they have the A/C on. Not a good choice if warming up on a cold day or night is what you want.
