2024-05-07 19:52:04Theyre always really busy here, and thats no fault of the employees.However theyve messed up more than a few orders and I just choose not to say anything because I know theyre just rushing to get everyone taken care of.So I wouldnt recommend this location but not because of anything the employees are doing, its just a really busy location and theyre always running around trying to get everything done.

2023-12-16 21:30:42I love me a good coffee, and Starbucks is frequently the recipient of my hard-earned dollars. The (coffee) product is largely sufficient at all their nationwide locations… but…My gripe is with the functionality of the staff behind the counter working up orders. They seem ineffective with their time management.In contrast, consider the functionality of any In-N-Out or Chik-Fil-A. The teams function as a highly effective, well oiled unit. Consistently.I’ve known some amazing Starbucks baristas and stand-out staff service providers in past.And I admit; it’s often a busy location.But is Starbucks a corporation that now values corporate ESG ratings and virtue signaling over competent teamwork? I dunno, but their brand suffers when wait times consistently drag on-Don’t get me wrong; staff is usually courteous and the products are consistent. But, I value competence in anyone performing a job, and Starbucks seems to consistently fail at that*I still go there tho 🤨*Results may vary 😝

2023-04-17 19:24:46Typical Starbucks, it has its busy rush hours just like any other store.However the amount of ice varies a TON, depending who makes it. A venti with practically more ice than actual liquid.

2018-06-18 01:29:17One of the dirtier Starbucks I’ve been to. The restrooms were not very clean at all. They made the drink right, but that shouldn’t be deserving of 5 stars. It was quiet, and that’s nice. So that’s why it gets 2 stars instead of one.

2023-08-30 01:52:54Drinks come out quickly, staff is friendly, and the internet is pretty decent. Doesnt have constant horrible lag like some other locations. It can get a bit loud inside but not as bad as other locations.

2021-11-18 16:36:37Even though there was an overload of people trying to get their red plastic cups, the Starbucks did a fantastic job on handling the flow of drink orders. I did wait about 15 minutes for my drink, it wasnt bad

2023-09-19 13:50:27Second time going to this Starbucks location through there drive thru. The first time I order I just thought either they misheard me or I didn’t not say the correct thing for my drink. The second time which was today. I knew for sure I said my order correctly and they repeated the order. When I got to window to pay. I made sure to check the sticker this time and the color of the drink was extremely off. I told the guy in the window that it’s missing two shots, as politely as possible. Especially, since that’s what I had paid for for and what was repeated back me. However, I did not like that they just added in the two shots instead of remaking the drink. Cause it tastes extremely off. I understand with drive thru they need to meet a certain time frame for each transaction. And I understand the stress, I use to be a Starbucks employee. However, I wish they had remake the drink I’m not blaming the baristas. It’s probably there headsets or them being over worked in extreme pressure. I tried calling the store but the line is either busy or unavailable. 😕
