This Starbucks is very busy. Great location with plenty of parking. The Staff is very friendly and fast to serve you. There isnt a Drive-through but the quick when you walk in. Enjoy your coffee and treats inside or outside. This is a must try Starbucks.

I arrived 10 minutes before the lobby is closed. The stated time that it closes. But, the door was locked, and then I noticed another sign saying the drive through was still open. Why they couldnt just sell me a cup of coffee inside where they were selling coffee to people outside, I dont know. Me, having just got off work, decided I would walk around to the drive through window. Thinking that this was the magical place they could still sell coffee. But, could the sell me a cup? No. The truck behind me, of course!The worst part is, I am a regular at this store. I am always polite, patient, and kind . But at the end of a long night, when the store is obviously still operating, I am going to be discriminated against because I do not have a car? I just wanted a coffee. And I was on time. So, I just dont get it. Highly disappointed. I will be contacting corporate about it. Just at least to get clarification.

This is my first Yelp Review for a Starbucks, but I had to write one because the experience was great! Kadie the cashier goes above and beyond and was amazing! Super friendly and personable. Shes definitely an asset to that store.

I frequent many Starbucks but this one is by far the worst with customer service. One cashier by the name of Ryan decided out of the blue to tell another barista TO SPIT IN MY DRINK!!! I was heated to say the least. I reported it to the manager and he says that that the employee denied saying it, clearly covering for him. The manager gave me a card for a free drink but then it happened again!!! There This sort of behavior is unheard of for Starbucks. Attitude reflects leadership and obviously this location is run poorly and lacks professionalism. Employees are allowed to to do as they please and are rude and disrespectful to customers. USE THIS LOCATION AT YOUR OWN RISK!! This place deserves a negative rating!!!

Good Starbucks, although seating is limited like most locations. The seating outside makes up for it. The location is kinda hidden from the main road as you cant see the store very well from the street while driving. Make sure you are charged correctly and you get your discount. The last time, I was overcharged and the barista didnt make the drink right.

Great service, great location, great space indoor and outdoor to meet with people and have a Starbucks coffee or drinks. Love all the people who work there very friendly and helpful. One of the few locations that is not a drive thru please keep as is. Find the drive through ones very noisy and workers not so friendly and helpful due to high volume of drive through and walk in business which is not so relaxing due to that type of atmosphere and makes you not want to come back. As stated before love love this location (corner McBean/Valencia next to Corner Bakery) this leave as is. Have many friends and family who go there and feel the same.

This is my favourite Starbucks in SCV. The staff at this one are really friendly, and have never gotten my order wrong even though I come here all the time. They have single stall bathrooms which I like, and its really good for working on homework. Theres a nice view of the fountain and the sitting area between the Starbucks and the corner bakery is pretty. People sit with their dogs outside all the time too.

I always feel ripped off when I go there. Also, their staff always send out a feeling of smugness, superiority, that makes me never want to go back. I only do because they are everywhere and sometimes I just need a coffee, which I cannot even order by real world names, just made up names by this horrible company. They make me want to vomit!

Let me tell you why I hate this place. Manager was rude, did not honor the deal on my Starbucks app (I am a regular customer and visit Starbucks almost everyday). It felt like they were mad for being asked questions about a drink in a polite manner.
