I love getting Iced Green Tea here I order it without any simple sugar and get raw sugar instead occasionally I order cold brew coffee the customer service is excellent theres nice outdoor seating but be wary of people smoking even though it says non-smoking

The worst Starbucks crew ever. Got out of my car, in uniform (army) & had this man almost hit me as he’s in a hurry to get on his shift. I said oh thanks for being respectful and almost hitting me. I walked inside and it so happened to be that he works in Starbucks. He came in and said “were you talking to me?” And I said yes you almost hit me and continued to go, I had to move out of you way.” He then tried to disrespect me and I had a u.s customs agent come to my defense because she saw how rude he was. Will not be coming to this Starbucks again.

Absolutely filthy Starbucks. One of the worst ones Ive ever seen. 3 employees are just talking behind the counter while the store is in shambles. Not one table has been wiped down in the last hour. Floor is disgusting.

The morning staff is the best!!! They are fast and drinks are always on point. They are so friendly and welcoming, My fav baristas are Emily, Sammy, Kim and Ray .... They are the best and they are what keeps me going back to that Starbucks. If i could give them more stars i would!!!

I come to this Starbucks quite a bit and get great service for the most part, but this time around a barista named Emily gave me bad service.. she messed up on two of my drinks and gave attitude to my daughter. Not very professional if you ask me. On top of that, one of the other baristas asked her a question (it seemed like he was still new) and she was very rude to him. Made me uncomfortable for him. Recommend the spot, but watch out for her attitude.

They dont read the names out loud it causes a mix up that they dont claim responsibility, more than one person can order the same thing they just call out the drink and not the customers name. Also sometimes employees are incompetent too I will no long be going to buy anything here I much rather pay a hobo to make it for me.

As a former barista Im underwhelmed. Took pretty long to ring in an iced latte. Huge line was forming behind me. I felt bad for the others waiting. It seemed like one staff was pulling all the weight and the other two were straggling with a what are you gonna do, fire me? Type attitude

I just wish they had a sign up front for when they just had the sprinklers on, slipping on the step right before the door was not fun and had a sore rib and bruises on my foot for about 5 days. Hope they put up a sign or something so no one has to go threw that, its dark and you cant tell when its wet at night.

This is a busy Starbucks with a friendly staff. The furniture inside and out leave a lot to be desired; think 1950s middle school highly durable hard furniture. I like this Starbucks for its location but dislike it as it is frankly uncomfortable. Cross the border to Tijuana and experience Starbucks with luxury compared to this one.
