It is beautiful in this Starbucks. Lots of parking and lots of glorious places to eat, sit and enjoy the inside and outside. Staff very friendly. This is the largest Starbucks I have ever been in, bar none. I enjoyed sitting in here and their coffee is the greatest. The lattes are made perfectly. This shop has expert baristas. A lovely place to go anytime of the day. They open at 5:30 a.m. and they are ready to greet you with a big smile and a fabulous cup of coffee. The barista was happy I was taking pictures and was glad I was doing a Google review. A must visit if you wish to enjoy the lovely surroundings with a delightful and delicious latte.

The staff were nice and friendly. Went here with friends multiple times and most of the time they were a bit crowded so it was a bit hard to find places to sit. But it wasnt that much of a problem if you go alone.

I went to this Starbucks location today with the most positive attitude just to leave extremely upset. It’s so ridiculous how rude of a person the manager is. And so are the baristas. They were extremely disrespectful when I asked for help. As a barista myself this is not how you treat a customer. Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. The workers here are horrible.

Was disappointed with the white-haired barista who gave excuses as to why my salted caramel cold-brew didnt have extra cream. --its because she didnt make the cream correctly--she was too fast. She claimed she tried to give more--but it was just an excuse. She was too stressed about the drink orders and didnt blend the salted cream long enough to give it enough thickness. So when I got the drink instead of the foam on top and the cold brew below--it looked like a iced latte.Usually the team there does a great job, and has great service, but beware the white-haired barista!

This location is about the most comfortable Starbucks that Ive been in. The Baristas are wonderful, always a great coffee drink. I wish they stayed open a little later, but I have nothing but praise for the team.

The customer service of certain barristas here is terrible. It took like ten minutes for a coffee. The barrista lady started an unsolicited conversation with me without my consent and threatened to charge me for something they never charged for before. When I gave her my feedback, she started arguing back which was totally inappropriate and I responded back to her. I complained to the manager about that behavior and the policy. Thankfully, the manager was understanding and recognized that their inconsistent policy of charging customers is problematic. It’s important to treat customers respectfully and to have a consistent policy. I prefer other locations that offer better customer service and implement a consistent policy. Customer service needs to be a priority if they want to retain business. I also was stalked by a customer here and had to complain to a staff member. This Starbucks experience has not been a good experience for me. I deserve much better customer service. I plan to go elsewhere where my time, energy, and money are valued.

This branch is just terrible.. 90%of the times my coffee comes out crappy.. no taste, watered down.. not going here any more

I didn’t know Starbucks could be this bad I come up to the register and the ladies giving me attitude I tried to order a drink but she charges me for a tea when it’s just peach, juice and water you don’t know your job I’ve been to 1000 places and they’ve never charge me nine dollars for tea and I’ve got this order and it’s $2.90 Then I try to get a regular drink that’s eight dollars then she said she doesn’t have a change with 100 when the last person just spent $70 and paid in Cash register avoid the Starbucks at all costs, and that was the rudest ever And she asked, do you have something smaller and I said no and then she said then leave
