If I could give 0 stars, I would give -10. So annoyed at how long it took them AND how inattentive the barista was at the window. I feel like the danish cost more here than anywhere in the world! I ordered a lavender oat milk matcha, foam on the side. Somehow, my side of foam was like melted milkshake and the matcha had so much matcha foam in it. Not only that, it mysteriously had lavender foam INSIDE as well. Although I said on the side and the guy repeated that as he handed me the drink. J O K E

I had to wait like 15 minutes for a refresher. I mobile ordered it and the order sticker was just sitting there. And on top of that the people who were coming in after me were getting their drinks made. just super slow and annoying as hell

This Starbucks is one of my favorites they always get the drinks right and customer service is on point. Shot out to Chris who helped me today he was wonderful. Convenient, fast and they never run out of items which is another plus.

This store was absolutely great! Every part of this store was sparkling clean! This includes the Bathrooms, seating area, an outside patio area! The staff was perfect and very friendly! The food and drinks were quickly made and all were correct! This is the best store that we have been into that I would give a perfect 10 on everything!

I like how late the lobby is open, its helpful because I work at night and it was hard when the Airway location all but closed down besides mornings. Drive thru is efficient too.

Go to this Starbucks pretty often and employees are always super nice! But today around 2pm there was an EXTREMELY rude and impatient young lady who was completely disrespectful. Havnt seen her here before but she had attitude after she and I had a miscommunication due to her lack of explaining. Im assuming she is new, cant understand how someone with such horrible customer service is still working here.

The workers were so cool. This place just felt like a whole vibe. The part that caught me off guard was the sinks. U wash ur hands outside of the rest room and the sink is so advanced. I wish I took a picture. Wash, rinse and air dry in the same spot in on swoop.

This location is near the freeway on ramp going East on 580. It is a new building with ample seating and a beautiful large wooden table for 6’ distancing! It also has a drive thru.

They ether add to much of product or ether less, we ordered vanilla late but it was a cup of sugar not a coffee or they are cheap on coffee! They also don’t know how to make vanilla cold foam it’s just a four lairs of whipped cream!! Just wasted my money on nothing!!!

Whats to say about a corporate chain coffee shop thats in every city and every neighborhood in America? I guess if your a recent defector from North Korea and have no idea what a Starbucks Cafe is then I recommend you go try one out.. that is if you can read this post having recently defected which is doubtful.And if you can read the post then? You probably know all about Starbucks anyway right? (Do they teach English in schools in North Korea?)

With full staff, and no one inside or in the drive thru, they stood around talking making a minute long drink take 16 minutes. Even the store manager was just blocking the walk way talking to his friends, not only were they super loud they wouldn’t move to allow people to walk past. The R1 refused to acknowledge me for 5 minutes instead just talking to coworkers. I repeated my order 3 times and they still gave me a completely wrong drink, I asked them to fix it and got an eye roll and major attitude. Considering I used to work for a Starbucks I would never recommend anyone to come here. The only positive part of my experience was the store was clean.
