So yesterday,I had ordered a cookie and a grande summer lemonade berry at the register. I was given a cookie at the register but was never asked what’s my name or asked if I wanted a receipt,Only being told thank you. I was waiting for my drink while everyone else was getting their drinks. One of the employees asks me what drink I was waiting for and I respond by saying My summer lemonade berry drink. He told me he will see how long the drink is gonna be made. I am still waiting for my drink,While waiting for my drink, they asked me some questions that what was my drink order which to I replied saying the same drink order I told the man and asked me if i ordered at the register which I replied by saying yes. During the whole wait time,I was waiting for 19 minutes. Finally, I had gotten my drink and they apologized for making me wait to which I said it’s fine. But I don’t think it’s okay to make someone wait that long for a drink order. The only evidence I had of the purchase of the cookie and the drink which was 10.20. I went on the app to check if it would have the same amount and it was. So please, make sure your employees remember what to do because like I said, I was never asked for my name so they can write it down to call my name and I was never given my receipt.

My GF had placed a mobile order in the parking lot of starbucks. We waited 10 mins in the car until it said it was ready so I went inside to get the order. I waited by the pickup area.(meanwhile people were coming in an out with their orders) and nothing was there so I waited another 5mins. When I saw no activity I finally asked the coffee maker if my order is ready?. She said nope and in fact didnt even start on the order. Had to wait another 5-7 mins. Very poor service, No acknowledgement. Lazy Females= Bad Service. Mobile order is supposed to be convenient

Place is in a very nice location, staff is friendly. This Starbucks is spacious and has aplace where you can hang out outside. This place doesnt have a drive thru. I recommend this place is notas busy as other Starbucks

Jaime the gentleman that took our order was extraordinary and very patient. Walked me through the menu and suggested a few drinks, thank you Jaime.

Coffee taste good. Honestly didn’t expect much bc my husband had Americano before and wasn’t good.It was 7pm kinda see messy around floor and counter areas. Overall nice service and workers were working hard!

Strike 6 youre out. The first three items I ordered they didnt have. Drinkable yogurt (nope), Sous Vide Egg White (sorry, but we have the other kind), multi-grain bagel (oops, sorry). Thats 3 strikes, but they werent done yet. Then they made me a pretty bad White Chocolate Mocha (it blew), strike 4.I will say there were plenty of seats and plugs which allowed me and my friend to get work done comfortably.Then I made the mistake of having to go to the restroom. One had a coded lock and the other one didnt which seemed odd to me, so I went in the one that didnt to find an out of order sign on the stall door. So I went and got the code easily from the staff and went into the other restroom to find a very unpleasant toilet. I basically had to clean it up myself to use it. It was pretty clear nobody had cleaned it in a while judging by the mess and how dirty the floor was (strike 5 and 6).Overall this location has potential, it seems to be a good space and you can sit enjoy your coffee or work here pretty comfortably. But, there are some clear management issues. Cmon Starbucks.

Looked a little understaffed! I had a online order. My drink tasted like milk. Nothing about the drink that was made tasted like a chai tea latte.

I went in the other day. I didnt know what I wanted. But Angela was so kinda and patient with me. She gave me recommendations. I found my new favorite drink. I will definitely be going back. I hope to see her again. She was so lovely.
