Bizarrely slow drive through experiencely ( turning off engine in intervals between individual cars getting thier orders). Not the longest wait I can remember in drive through, eg In & Out Burger weekend night but longest with only 5 -6 cars in line. Staff was pleasant but didnt acknowledge long wait. Long prep time didnt include checking order before handing to me. Napkin not included with hot breakfast sandwich. The coffee was good but food marginal. Ill avoid Starbucks in mornings going forward. Im still expecting a moderately premium experience theyd delivered years ago. Maybe worth wait in you like one their unique blended drinks. Traditional coffee no longer top option.

This Starbucks is awesome!Harley, Stephanie, & Daria are some of the nicest people Ive ever met!The rest of the staff is great too!! 💯

Great restaurant, but was a bit of a sketchy atmosphere given some of the unusual people hanging around. Made sure I kept my computer bag close at hand.

The music was entirely too loud, the whole place echoed so bad you couldnt get away from it. Those sitting at the tables were having to really raise their voices just so the other person with them could hear them. Turn down the music!

HORRIBLE Customer Service!!!12.9.23 9p.m.went thru the Drive thru w noone in front of me. I chked they were open to 10p.m. Order quickly taken, then waited OVER 5 at window w a gal just inside at the register w another gal behind doing side work. I was never greeted, window not opened to recv my payment. Just sat there for 5!!! Didnt see anyone preparing my drink. NOTHING NADA ZIP.2 employees cud care less about serving their customer!!! NEEDINESS TO SAY I DROVE OFF AFTER WAITING & WAITING!!!They aint gonna get my $- So many other great choices w good customer svc!

I always give fat tips at Starbucks but after today’s experience, I’m not giving no more tips. It is ridiculous to waited 10 minutes at the speaker and they were just laughing when I keep asking if I can order yet they keep telling me to wait wait wait once I got it up to the window. He had me wait wait and wait they know what they were doing. They did that on purpose. It took 25 mins for me to get my daughters drink before I pick her up from work and they also made me late to pick her up thanks a lot..It’s not my fault you don’t like your job I highly recommend no one to come here.We should be able to rate no stars !!!

This Starbucks on Main & Mills Street is always good. The staff /baristas are always helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

I’ve traveled from the east coast to the west coast and everything in between and have collected Starbucks mugs from every state. This is the first time in all of my traveling that I have encountered a Starbucks that has all of the electrical outlets covered. It’s not on brand to do that. Starbucks is supposed to be a place where you can plug in your laptop and browse the internet while you’re enjoying your latte.

This is the most unwelcoming coffee shop Ive ever been to. I dont frequent Starbucks often so maybe this isnt new, but this location has ZERO outlets to plug in your computer. I was taking a timed online exam and had to leave in a rush when my computer battery started to die. Ive always considered coffee shops to be nice spots to study or work on school assignments, but I didnt realize that Starbucks doesnt want me to hang out there any longer than my battery life will allow.
