I sincerely hope someone from Starbucks corporate reads and addresses this because this Starbucks is the closest one to my WeWork office. Terrible experience today while getting a refill after sitting and working for over a couple hours in this Starbucks. The barista double checked the receipt on my cup almost ripping the sleeve that was stuck to the cup after I just got up from sitting about ten feet away in front of the bar because she claims transients have come in and gotten refills or something. She basically alluded to the idea that I might be a transient which is offensive. Most people do not check especially if I’ve been sitting in store where I can be seen and if they do ask to see the receipt they ask and I show them on the cup. I expressed that to her and she didn’t care that she was being offensive in my opinion especially with alluding to me being a name with negative intent so I asked to speak to her manager and a guy named David came up and we spoke. He was very combative instead of cooperative and the conversation got nastier and nastier. So nasty that I had to start video recording myself having this conversation with this guy who was treating me like I wasn’t even a customer. This guy David was not trying to understand from a customers perspective what the issue was and he only wanted to be combative. He’s very easy to recognize because he’s short and stumpy always wearing a beanie. Since they don’t mind alluding to customers being unwanted people through name calling like “transients”. Stumpy should be fired because he doesn’t know how to handle conflict resolution at all. I go to Starbucks everyday and Starbucks corporate can see that proof in my Starbucks account. I have never experienced this type of disrespect as a guest that decided to sit and enjoy my coffee in store. I have included the video in my post. I sincerely hope someone from Starbucks corporate reads and addresses this because this Starbucks is the closest one to my WeWork office.

If you’re in the LAX area, this Starbucks location is a great place to sit and relax. They have cute decor inside and a lovely outdoor area as well.Good customer service. My go-to drink came out perfectly and tasted great!

I have been coming to Starbucks all over the world for the last 20 years. This is the first time a Barista went ahead and had the food ready before we made it to the register! David gets 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Great service and energy! Keep it up!

Always the best ever! We are originally from SF so Starbucks is our daily coffee and bread 😀😀😀- can’t go wrong anywhere you go overseas, there’s always Starbucks!!! Coffee, muffin, service, staff and everything is 5 stars! I don’t think so any coffee shop can beat our favorite Starbucks! And price wise it’s worth every penny!!!

The one starbucks I dread going to, hate this place, rude servers, you ask for cream on the side, they will charge you extra for it, they will not leave the cream on the counter so you can fix your coffee the way you like it, they never get it right to my taste. This place the the worst starbucks Ive ever been to.

I got to meet “Katt” and the rest of her Storm but I was really grateful for the chocolate malt powder cold brew coffee!!I think it was a brilliant suggestion that she made, but the music was another reason. The store historically caters to a lot of people that are around the Go or heading to or from work and I will tell you for good reason… This is the best store. !

Tried to go here 3 evening in a row around 7pm. They were always closed and say they are experiencing nationwide food and beverage items outages. Not true at all .. in Flagstaff or Vegas or Palm Springs or even Bishop all Starbucks are open till 9pm!

Starbucks is too saturated. Theyre everywhere and they dont or cant pay attention to detail because of volume of orders. You will often leave unsatisfied if your drink varies even slightly from how it comes. Staff is also too liberal, pushing their beliefs on you when you just want coffee. For the wages of sin is death but the free gift of GOD is eternal life through Christ JESUS our Lord.

Another Starbucks bites the dust! Dirt tables, garbage 🗑 all over. What once used to be a brand associate with Consistency, Social atmosphere and Service [coffee and food was never great], is now a place to grab a cup of coffee ☕️. At this point what keeps Starbucks afloat is conveniently located and the fact that patrons loan $$$ millions of dollars 💸 interest free in the monthly basis by putting money in their Starbucks card.

I get coffee here every week. If its your birthday, make sure you have your ID on you if the app doesnt work; otherwise, youre likely to be denied here in the excuse that youve already redeemed it. :) I dont carry ID on me due to safety, so thanks for ruining my morning over $6. Typical Starbucks food and drink. Friendly staff. Nice outdoor seating area. It is on a main st. I worked from the outdoor table ans the traffic did sometimes get loud and made it a little hard for phone calls, but I was also at a table directly next to the road rather than one closer to the store. There is an employee (supervisor) named Daniel here who is extremely rude. I order a iced coffee just about every other day, whenever he’s there he gets upset when I ask to lessen the strength. I sub milk for soy and he always tries to up charge me. The last straw was him attempting to accuse me of threatening him when I said that I won’t be coming to this location anymore to order coffee due to their inconsistencies and over pricing. Other locations charge $3.95 they charge $4.45 for the exact same order. I would advise you to stay away from this location on the days he is here which seem to be Sundays. There’s literally a Starbucks on every corner these days.

Heavenly! The outside patio is really where its at. Love the fact that they have their own HUGE patio with tables and umbrellas. But literally ten feet away there is an awesome covered pergola type thing, with little twinkly lights all over. Really romantic if youre coming here on a date, or meeting someone for the first time for a coffee date.

They were great coffee was excellent and full of flavor. My order was out on time even though they were dealing with a customer that had blamed them for the reason as to why they missed the bus, which wasnt true because they had just walked in and ordered just before me, 5 sec before. So poor time management on customer part. The employees and manager kept a cool head, orders flowing and even still tried to accommodate and satisfy the customer that had been rude and disrespectful to them.

Im a camp counselor and mentor. I treat everyone with respect and have a high standard for customer service. DO NOT GO HERE. Extremely lazy with orders. Never have a I ever had someone put the wrong milk in my drink! Then was extremely rude about it and through it was ok the throw things around like a child because they didnt do they job right. I hate to try to review Starbucks anywhere as a restaurant. When I am in an area where I am unfamiliar with the local options, I go to the chain types that maintain a consistency across the board. This particular Starbucks gave me precisely what I wanted and expected so there is no possibility that I could rate them any less than I could rate any other stores in the chain. I work nearby and always go to this Starbucks. Today, 12/12/22 around 5:25 pm the cashier who was charging me (bright red dyed hair, a lot of makeup) charged me for a wrong drink, and when I got it, as soon as I saw it, I said that I asked for a different drink, the barista that made my drink said that he’ll redo it, but then the girl who was cashiering, in a very rude manner, said that I asked for a “matcha lemonade”, even though I always get the same drink, go to this Starbucks and get matcha latte. She was so rude and caught me so off guard that I even apologized. Then, she proceeded to tell me she will recharge me on the side, and I followed her. I told her that I asked for a latte, and even asked my friend to confirm, and when my friend that I was with said he didn’t pay attention to what drink I got, the cashier said “ YES U ASKED FOR A LEMONADE.” In the same rude manner, trying to make me look stupid. I had to pay for her to redo it. I often see her, since I go to that Starbucks every Friday Saturday and Sunday. I hope some actions are going to be taken towards this.

This Starbucks is on the smaller side, and a bit narrow inside. The space is clean, staff are great, but be aware that seating can fill quickly! This also goes for the parking outside, which at times can be tough. The staff at this location are very nice!

The service was fine, and my medium roast coffee was good, but the low fat ham and cheese sandwich I had was smaller than I think it should have been, considering it was over $5! I see people are now looking for a better Starbucks to go to at night. Any other location is better than this one at night. Daytime is really good at this location. They should close the store after 5 PM. Night management has ran the words poor customer service to a new level. The guy with the beard needs to learn to wash his hands after dumping trash and before handling cups and drinks. No customer skills from night management. The Black guy who works the midnight shift is in need of a new attitude. You dont need to be nasty with your customers. Get a life. That street attitude will not get you far.

This store is open 24 hours and busy due to location but the staff are not very friendly. They dont look happy and seem fake when they do not smile while they speak to you. Only complaint would be that the inside tables are crammed together in a strange configuration. The outside tables, and there are many of them, are much nicer, but there is no sun protection.

Poor customer service is what you will receive if you go to this location at night. Daytime has the sweetest girls and the best from the guys in customer service. The fat guy with the scruffy beard is such a joke and lazy. Spends a lot of time talking to off duty employees running his mouth about what the real managers are doing wrong while the customer is waiting for him to do his real job and finish the darn drink. Tired of this lazy attitude from Starbucks employees who feel that we the customer have no choice and have to wait in lines forever waiting on lazy employees to not do there job. Its really been hit or miss with this Starbucks. I usually order teas and they almost always forget to put sweetener in my drinks or too much ice. Idk if Im just being too picky but I like my teas how I like them. Friendly and chill staff, just talk so much they forget the details. The best thing about this place is that its 24 hours and I often get my cravings for tea at night after a stressful day so Id say its a plus.

This is a 24-hour Starbucks, definitely helpful considering my job requires me to sometimes be up and at work at about 1 a.m. theres usually a breakfast rush at about 9:30 am Monday through Friday. This is likely due to all the businesses that are nearby this particular Starbucks.This Starbucks does have the tools required to make nitro drinks FYI. Sadly they discontinued my favorite tea which was the peach Tranquility at this location.If youre planning to come here during the week I highly recommend using the mobile app to order ahead just to be safe.When it comes to the employees, they are very nice and accommodating as well as quick to get your order and Cliff to get your order out overall the service is fantastic.My only gripe is that this particular Starbucks feels like a fast food restaurant which is strange. It doesnt feel cozy and casual like other Starbucks that Ive been to.

This location is always slow. I can only imagine the staff is constantly under-staffed, and ill-prepared to meet demands of serving business professionals. Unless you want to wait 30 minutes to find out they lost your order, I would drive on to the next location for your Starbucks fix. Come back in a few years when this location replaces its workers with kiosks and robots.

I have been to many Starbucks. This was one of the worst I have ever been to. They did not know how to make a simple Carmel macchiato. I politely requested them to remake it because it did not taste very good and I my request was met with rude remarks and attitude. Once again when I received the drink it tasted worse. Upon entering to pick up am uber order or 3 drinks i checked the staging area where mobile orders are placed. Once i saw there was only 1 of the 3 drinks ready i asked the gentlmen behind the counter and i got brushed off and not even greeted. Instead i got sassed by an employee who was out of uniform but hanging out along side the barista area. A tall skinny black girl with glasses left sandwiches on top the wall setting for another hour before putting them away. Someone is going to get food poisoning from the lazy midnight shift.
