Staff often seem annoyed with customers. I wasnt sure that I was heard over the noise outside in the drive-thru and waited a minute or two and then checked to make sure they heard me, kindly. The barista/staff was visibly annoyed once we got to the window. I didnt want to waste their time if they were waiting on me and just didnt hear me. Grabbing our drinks and the barista was so short with us, it was off putting. This location is usually great. Im going to assume today was an off day for certain staff members and maybe they will be more pleasant next time.

The staff very rude when i ask her to correct my order she get upset and she close the window on me. And another staff he came and say iam crazy when i ask him again for straw .we are paying money here so tell you staff to be nice with customers not tell the people you are crazy this is not respectful. !!!I been came here for 12years this is first time someone talk to me like that what is that ?Disgusting behavior do better StarbucksThis happen on 6:15 on 06/12/2024Sorry never again disappointed and disrespectful behavior.

I grew up in this neighborhood(Avacado Blvd.) and this is a nicer than average Starbucks with a large inside and a good size patio. Service is usually good and orders usually correct and well done. Staff is friendly. The only real complaint I have Id the CLEANLINESS of the outside patio.. as there is frequent large black stain from spilled drinks/coffee OR Trash Can Juice draining out of the trash cans. They need to DEEP CLEAN the patio more often. Thank you

Its been a few years since I visited this Starbucks location.Its usually got quite a few people in line at the drive up. I like to park and go inside.It has the usual Starbucks atmosphere, which is fine. I only had a latte, so I can not rate food.What I can say is I was sad to see the employee at the register was just not getting it that her customer ahead of me was hard of hearing.It was hard to watch, and I didnt know how I could be helpful. I let her know afterward that I noticed that he had hearing aids on his glasses.Just like any Starbucks,it is very noisy in there, and I know that hearing aids arent so helpful in those situations.And the customer certainly could have let her know he couldnt hear. But he did not.My coffee was okay. I got a soy latte and really didnt enjoy it and ended up tossing it. It seemed off, like the milk was old? I had a time limit, so I didnt have the time to have them to have them make me another using an alternate milk.I tend to visit locally owned coffee shops. I just wanted to give Starbucks another chance because they are down the street from me.I will probably go to another one sometime in the future just to change the experience.Im sure if you get a regular milk latte, you will be quite happy!

This is one of the nicest Starbucks around this area. I bypass several others to come here, especially when I need to study. Busy, but spacious, with a lot more seating than most, both indoors and patio. Music gets weird at times, and they need to work on their housekeeping (filthy floors!), but overall very pleasant.

My coffee comes out different every time and i once got a “sweet cream cold brew” that had NO cream (barista had a huge attitude when i asked nicely for the cream that should have been in it in the first place)… and every time i’ve gotten a sweet cream cold brew lately i’ve had to have them remake it bc it tastes awful and NOTHING like what it should taste like.I dunno if they don’t know how to do inventory or don’t know how to operate the app (i’m not sure how this works for them), but they are often out of things on the app but then say they’re not out when you ask about it in the store.And people are always smoking here or near here. It’s gross.

The new pattern seems to be that anything staff has to prepare is a hit or miss. More misses than hits. They ask for tips all day and night as soon as you present a check or credit card. The drinks are frequentely mixed wrong or watered down. Save yourself and find a different location.

Came in to pick up a delivery for an Uber customer and was not greeted by anyone. All I received were two employees looking at me several times without one word. I stood there for 5 minutes before I had to ask for help.

Great! The line for the drive-thru is usually long, plan for it. But in my opinion the line moves quickly. Around 3min a car, considering how long it takes some people to order I think thats great.Staff is really nice, they earn your tips.

I came here on 7/29/21 after a doctors appointment and it was really good! Just to note I have been here before but I am just writing this review for this specific time. My drink was delicious. I got a Tall Strawberry Açaí Refresher double blended. My mom got a grande vanilla sweet cream cold brew and she liked it. My sister didn’t like her drink and food so that’s why I’m giving a 4 instead if 5 stars. Overall, I had a great experience.
