The best Starbucks in Los Angeles. They provided the vibes for 4th of July. We tried the Tropicana & melon berry Berst tee. Good energy beautiful women most important the best service in the game. I rarely come here my fam got a membership with them where you receive discount. Beautiful day on a Wednesday

Nice little outdoor patio, and easy to find corner location. Mobile order is right at the front when entering. Doesnt feel claustrophobic compared to other locations though this one doesnt have the biggest footprint. Moderate/ bustling foot traffic so perhaps not the best location to study

Nice location directly across the street from the AMC 16 Burbank theater. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area also Burbank Mall is a block away. Costumer service was great 👍Drinks were made to my specifications. It is a Starbucks ® but this One I do Recommended

My friends and I stopped by this Statbuck since we were in the area. I checked on their website and Starbuck that this Starbuck would be open because they sometime just close early without any notice. When we got to the place, there were some people inside but not to the point where there was no seating. I got a small hot chocolate and it only took like 5 minutes for it to come out. The hot chocolate isnt all that great and when I open the lid, I was stock to see that they didnt fill up my cup. We took our drink and sat across the street where they had some chairs set up.

The baristas were nice and friendly. Prepared my coffee on point and my sister caramel macchiato and my sandwiches (ham and cheese croissant and grilled cheese were toasted just as how I wanted them. The place was nice and clean.

Kept me waiting while they made drink after drink for people who ordered 5-10 minutes after me. Iced matcha latte requires no whipped cream no drizzle no coldfoam.When I told him that my delayed drink was made out of order, after I told them my easy order in person, I got a vacant stare. Just say Im so sorry & Ill be on my merry way, just 10 mins late. Go to Alameda/San fernando store instead. These guys are disappointing.

I had to wait over 10 minutes today for a ham and cheese croissant order I placed via the mobile app, which is supposed to be faster. I finally had to ask about it, and the batista had a dumbfounded look on her face when I showed her my order on my phone. She then had to ask, which is when a male employee (late 20s, 55, brown hair, slight build with a mustache) went to the back counter, and picked up my order, along with about 7 other bags to distribute them to customers. It is unclear how long it had been sitting there, as it was lukewarm when I got it, and the cheese was no longer gooey, which means it had probably been there awhile. There was no apology or explanation as to why the order was so late or barely edible.We need to stop making excuses for businesses, like, Oh, they must have been busy, or The labor market is tough right now, and they cant hire enough workers, and call it what it is, which is lazy, inefficient employees who refuse to do their jobs, and want to loaf around while collecting a paycheck. Sadly, this seems to be the new normal.

We visited this branch at around 9:30 PM and placed our drink orders by 9:35 PM. During our visit, we requested access to the restroom but were informed by an employee that it was closed due to the upcoming closing time of the branch. We expressed that there was still about 25 minutes until closing and asked if it might be possible for one of us to quickly use the facilities. Unfortunately, this request seemed to cause some discomfort for the staff. We decided to leave the branch shortly after. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service in the future, especially regarding facilities access close to closing hours.

As usual, starbucks is the best coffee chain store for yummy Mochachinos and other stuff. I got a toasted spinach herb egg and cheese bagel sani with mine. The gf got a brownie and a Caramel Hazelnut Latte. The prices are good for what you get, and the service is prompt and mostly courteous. The location is convenient with huge areas for outdoor seating too.

I stopped by this location after watching a movie at the AMC across the street and was instantly given a warm greeting by the baristas. The barista Luis was super nice and asked me about my day while he was making my drink. I liked that it didnt feel like he was forced to make conversation with me or the other customers that came into the store. He made my iced matcha fast and really good! Some other locations dont shake them well so theyre all clumpy, but mine at this store came out great! Would definitely visit again.

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to anywhere in the world. I worked at Starbucks for over 5 years during school so I know what I’m talking about lol. The staff has no idea what they’re doing most of the time and if they make anything wrong which they usually do they make you feel guilty and act annoyed that you dared to ask them to make it right. And that’s after you’ve already waited 15 minutes for a basic no mod drink. I get it the Starbucks brand has gone way downhill since the pandemic it’s no longer what it used to be but this store has the worst trained most miserable staff I’ve ever encountered. On top of this all, you’re usually forced to interact with this staff as they always have order ahead unavailable. Management please fix this, it’s annoying to have to burn gas to go to a further location.

Please do not support this Starbucks. The management and property owners do not care about the surrounding community they serve. I have no issues with the barista staff, they have always been nice to me, however this Starbucks thinks it is acceptable to run a loud leaf blower between 4-5am every day that has been waking up several residents in the apartment building across the street. We tried contacting the city, they said they could not do anything because this is a commercial area, however no other business on this street runs their leaf blowers so early. They said it was because of Starbucks early opening time, however I have also seen a leaf blower run at 10am on Palm Ave while people were walking around. People who are being woken up have small children and have health conditions that require adequate sleep. Ive personally tried reaching out to this management over the phone but they never answered my calls. This leaf blower situation is a nuisance to the community. And until this Starbucks addresses it, they are disturbing the peace of the community they are supposed to serve.

I ordered a few drinks at this Starbucks. After about 10-15 min of waiting for our drinks, I had received 3 of the 4 drinks we ordered. I was approached by one of the employees who proceeded to tell me that due to the high volume of customers, they would have to ask us to leave if my daughter kept being loud. I didnt argue with the employee, but I was very offended that I was being threatend to be kicked out while waiting for my order because my 3 year old daughter is making too much noise. I had such a terrible experience and I hope no other families with toddlers come in this place because it appears children are not tolerated here.

What can you say about Starbucks? They are a luxury item for me and mine. They have good options for the average coffee drinker. Most coffee blends have a slightly more bitter taste than other coffee houses but you can find a Starbucks on almost every corner so you work with what you got. 9 of 10 your order will be correct but recipes vary from location to location. This should not be the case for such a large company, however, will return like we all do.

This Starbucks has improved in the last two years. They get your order right and they keep it moving at pace. They sometimes run out of things. Maybe they have limited kitchen space, or touristy foot traffic makes ordering difficult. I still prefer Sparks and Olive, but this is a nice, well kept coffee shop.

I guess Im comparing because NYCs Starbucks locations especially in the city work with rhythm, speed, and as team. The fact that your location is practically empty during the early mornings, there should be no reason why it takes so long to prepare a bagel and one hot drink. I walked in to order and a worker laughed at my face because I wanted a pastry. He told me, “ That’s funny I got the last one.” Then laughed at my face and then said he was “sorry” in a rude tone. It wasn’t necessary to laugh or even mention that. I felt humiliated because the rest of the workers laughed too.

This location is great because there are plenty of outlets and seating. Theyre also open until significantly late, which makes it even better. Moreover, while it does get busy here, it isnt overwhelming. Beware of parking; the lot directly behind the store is reserved for employees ONLY. However, there isba structure just down the block southbound on the east side that offers free parking. So far, the employees are friendly and hard working. Definitely a great store to spend time in.

This Starbucks makes living on Palm Avenue a living hell. They run their leaf blowers at ungodly hours of the morning before the 7am city noise curfew. I havent slept well in months thanks to them. Please boycott and go to the starbucks down the street or the coffee bean nearby.

The worst experience I have ever had in this location. It is always busy there but thats not a problem for me. But the problem was, as I picked up my drink from the front, I also asked for a cup of water and they told me I must wait in a line to get a cup of water because they should put a lable on the cup for their inventory. I asked them twice but they wanted me to wait in a busy line. They dont care if you are chocking or dehydrated, basically they do not care for their customers, all they care is their business and inventory. And so far, based on my experience this is the only location where you should wait in a line to get a free cup of water.

Its not bad. Nowadays if I have the option I prefer other coffee places though. Prices have only slightly increased, but Ive found coffee thats a bit better to brew and drink at home (...Black Rifle Coffee Company ♥️). Im a coffee lover so most coffee I can drink black, but not usually with Starbucks. Not comfortably at least.Though the iced drinks are refreshing on a hot day, I recommend those!!

Their slow-ness never fails. Constantly feel like their personal conversations are more important that customer satisfaction. I work a block away and I actually go out of my way to get coffee somewhere else. Ophelia was a great cashier. But the rest of our experience was less than exceptional. We ordered three drinks. They came out one at a time, about five minutes apart. The first one took 12 minutes.I saw the girls huddle over my drink, hot coffee with creamer in it and cold foam on top. Half my cup was creamer...gross! It was cold from all the cream in it, not on top.The girl with the blingy bra straps made a mess of the matcha. She handed it to us covered in green stuff. Lastly, I hate that all those girls act like they cant say Memo. I even say, ...like a memo pad. They still call him Nemo like the fish. SMH!!!

This Starbucks is always busy 24/7 and crowded. We came there on a Friday night and it was alive with energy. Our orders took about 10 minutes to prepare. They got sweets and savor bites to eat. Service is prompt. They have two restrooms.

The staff here are usually friendly but for some reason I always have a lot of trouble reloading my Gold Card if there wasnt enough money on it to get a drink. Some staff members force me to just pay outright (forcing me to forego points) and others completely cancel a transaction and start over. Ive never encountered these problems at any other Starbucks Ive been to, so Im only leaving 3 stars.Also it can be hard to find seating most of the time as there really isnt much (including outdoors).

They are open unusually late and seems like they are always crowded. The girl at the cash register actually said too bad with a smile when I stated that it was the only form of payment I had on hand. I don’t go to Starbucks often. A few days ago, my son asked me to get him a drink, so we decided to walk in together. I was wearing a surgical mask, my son was covering his face with a shirt (obviously made out of cloth). As we walked in, a young name by the name of Steffano told my son very aggressively that a shirt is not an adequate cover and that he needs to leave. Let me remind you that Staffano himself was wearing a cloth mask. I understand that they have procedures to follow, but it doesn’t take a genius to understand that anything made out of cloth works as a mask- a shirt, a scarf, a bandana, etc. Not only Steffano failed in his reasoning, he was also very aggressive and rude while interacting with my son. My son quietly walked outside, and I completed the order, but I will never ever walk into any Starbucks ever again. Starbucks keeps failing his customers on many levels. Apparently closing your stores for a day to train your employees did not work.

Its in a prime entertainment area. AMC is right down the street with shopping and restaurants surround. Its Starbucks, so you know what you get but it can get busy.
