The staff were nice and friendly and the atmosphere was friendly. There was a little bit of trash on the ground but not to the point where it was super noticeable. I pre ordered on the app and the food was really good. But the pineapple cake I got was a little uglier than I expected. I dont know if thats normal though since I did order from the app.

This location is pretty small, so its a bit easy to miss if youre not paying close enough attention (considering its your first time visiting). Other than that, service was quick and easy. You could definitely tell that the employees were very focused and hard at work. Although my order was a pickup, I did enjoy my experience with this location. Thank you!

If you are not their regulars, they disregard you to the fullest. No hello as you walk in no thank you as you pick up items, they really try not to make eye contact with you and throw the straws at you when asked. Non regulars not welcomed in my opinion, didn’t just happen to me, 2 other customers as well. They had to go up to ask if their order was ready and they said oh yeah. I’m good off this place

This location is one of my favorites since its within walking distance from work. I have loved getting to know the baristas and really enjoy sparking up a few conversations each time I come in. The fact they remember my drink order and name is impressive and very personable!

Spur of the moment little stop before heading to familys house on black Friday and I was able to pop in stare at a nice selection of cups, picked a cute one & order a hot chocolate. Definitely a hidden little gem with fast staff and a very well kept store :)

For those of you skimming reviews, Ill just say that Ive been very happy with the service at this location. I recommend giving them a try.As we know, they quality of the Starbucks beverages and food is consistent no matter which Starbucks we go to (my experience has only been US locations).But, what can vary is the service. Recently, I had a negative experience at another Starbucks in the area. Afterwards, I remembered just how friendly the team is at this particular location. These guys actually go to the trouble of remembering your name...and greeting you with it the next time you stop by. Just has a great feel about it.Ive re-started going to this Starbucks location. And, I encourage you to stop by and check it out for yourself.Thank you for Liking this review...and for sharing it to get the good word out about this location.

Went if for coffee and some used coffee grounds for my garden (great fertilizer and keeps snails away) said they only have have a bag is that ok I said sure... hands me half a garbage bag full of coffee grounds now I have plenty for my garden. Awesome staff good coffee. Order was quick no line at the time. Store looked well kept.

I visited this Starbucks today…I’m a regular Starbucks customer and visit many. When I used the bathroom, I noticed it was not clean or well kept. As I picked up my to go order I also noticed the counters were not clean and the inside condition was not great. I told the man behind the counter that the bathroom in their store needed some attention. He replied “yeah I know” with no care or apology offered. This Starbucks does not represent my usual experience at Starbucks

Not as good as it used to be. The store is very busy, as it has a lot of traffic going by, but the staff used to be friendly and approachable. It began to slide with a manager that was clearly achievement driven, and would harass his employees even if they made the most trite of pleasantries with the customers. That manager is long gone (probably promoted) and the store has since devolved further, to the point that its no longer a pleasant experience, just a place to grab a quick cup of coffee. Oh, and I dont understand why anyone would drink the Pike Place roast!

This is my go to Starbucks, since it is close to work. There is ample parking. Also there is seating outside. Friendly staff and always experienced great service. Also service is quick. Building is kind of old. Maintained well inside. There is wheelchair accessible parking right in front.

The Staff is always friendly and welcomes you with a smile. I work down the street and come here almost every day and sometimes twice a day. Ive never had an issue with any of my orders and they always make everything great. I often order food with my drinks and due to my new symptom of Pregnancy Brain where I forget almost everything, I forgot my sandwich one day. I realized 30 mins after I had already left and asked if they could hold it there for me. The barista on the phone told me of course no problem. When I went back on my lunch to pick it up, they had thrown it away because they wanted me to have a fresh one. I told them that it was alright I would pay for the new one but they insisted on giving it to me without charge. Great service!

Ordered my usual Carmel macchiato with coconut milk extra hot and a sausage cheddar breakfast sandwich. My macchiato had regular milk, was warm and had no Carmel flavor. I ate the muffin sandwich, it gave me a bad stomach ache a few hours later. Only thing I ate the whole day, couldnt eat anything else the rest of the day. Very bad experience at this Starbucks.

Close to the freeway, air conditioning works well, drinks are consistent and the crew keeps that going no matter how busy it gets. Only getting four stars as they were out of several food items and was hoping to grab something to eat and another drink during my stay, but cut it short to grab food and a drink that matches that instead.

I think there are so many better coffee houses, so I am probably a little biased against Starbucks in general. I would go back if it werent for the parking situation.

There are a lot of Starbucks. Probably one for every corner here in San Jose, but this one on particular has always had people that are real. They dont really try and bullshit you like most Starbucks do. Ive been coming here for a few years now and the staff has turned over quite a few times and still the quality of the people stays the same. Thats something thats extremely hard to manage. Thank you got all of your hard work guys.

Great Starbucks. People are usually nice, parking lot is small and crowded. Hard to get to because access is only from Curtner and traffic backs up in front of the driveways. Little too long ofa wait though. You usually need 10 to 20min to come here

Mobile app order, happy hour and pupuccinos. Mobile app orders are quick, customizable and have always worked for me at multiple locations (accurate, timely).
