This is not the first time I order this drink and the ice level is ridiculous. My niece used to work for Starbucks and she said the ice level on this drink is supposed to be light. I went through the drive through so I didnt see this until I drove away and parked. BUT if theres a set ice level my drink shouldnt need fixing!! Not enough oatmilk in it either. Never going to this location again. Im really going to go out of my way to avoid Starbucks altogether.

My son and I have been coming here on Friday evenings after basketball practice for almost a year. All the staff have been very friendly and Professional. Even if they were out of certain items because it was late at night, they always had suggestions and were very patient as we altered our menu. All of the crew have been very kind, patient, and delivered the food in a timely manner and always warmed the food up properly.We are very pleased with this establishment.

I don’t know what going on with the barista named PAIGE but she probably needs to clock out and go home. She seemed burnt out. I understand dealing with people and their drinks can get stressful but my drink was not properly made when I asked if they can remake the drink they gave the same drink a quick shake and added the whip cream I asked for that they initially forgot to also put. When I told her that they didn’t remake the drink because all the syrup was sitting at the bottom she told me I have a straw and I can do it myself. Usually Starbucks baristas are as nice as chick fil a employees but Paige seemed like McDonald’s employee additive when u ask for sauce :/ I was in shock when she tried to explain that’s how the drink comes but any person who has ordered a shaken espresso knows the drink has to be shaken 🤣 I’ve gotten this drink maybe way to many times to know how it comes .she also told me to leave before I make a scene but at that point it only looked like she was making the scene with all that additude . I honestly did not try to even fight back and truthfully I should’ve told her something but because it late I had a long day and clearly she was having an even longer day.I just took my lose. I did try to call back but this Starbucks location does not answer or maybe because she knows I’ll be complaining. Well whatever it is I hope Paige feels better because my drink forsure wasn’t .

Ive never been inside this shop, always just drive thru. but while I was there the couple of hours just on my laptop. I couldnt help but noticed the great atmosphere and customer service these employees give to each an everyone that walks thru that door. The good morning welcomes. To them acknowledging guest that have been waiting, ask for their name so they can let them know how much longer. Kudos to the employees and the well management. Im a general manager myself and couldnt happen but noticed all the great stuff I saw and heard today.

I always come here after my noc shift to get my croissants & my husbands coffee cake. Ms. Stephanie is the best, always smiling with a hello my friend greeting 😊. Makes me forget about how tired I feel .This morning I decided to go inside the store & not go drive thru, to get my breakfast. Felicia & Raul, they smiled at me, had small talk, so warm & friendly, while Stephanie was getting my order ready. Thanks guys. I love this place. ❤

My visit to this store was extremely disappointing even tho this is my Starbucks I used to visit all the time. Despite ordering six drinks through the mobile, they got my order wrong and wasted an entire hour of my time to make it correct. Additionally, the service staff displayed a terrible attitude. This incident occurred on Wednesday, February 28th afternoon. I sincerely hope this store improves its training to deliver better service in the future.

Workers are rude. They never give you a sleeve for your hot drink or drink stopper when you go through the drive-thru. The Drink was very, very hot when handed to me. There was no drink stopper, so it spilled on my hand. I called the store, and they chuckled when I told them what happened. I dont understand why they dont give you those things. It looks like a way to cut costs, but it is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

This location will give you a headache. Not because of service, drinks, or anything they serve. Its because of the parking lot. Its full of miscreants who cant drive. Plus its designed so poorly, its difficult to get in and out of a spot. Everyone was honking at everyone else.I love Starbucks, but probably wont go back to this location.

Rude employees. Refused to give a little steamed milk to make the drink less sweet and the cashier arrogantly said she can only give cold half and half and I would have to wait for the whole line of orders before she will give it to me. Why has Starbucks become so substandard? I do not even want to drink this anymore! Yuck!! It is like drinking their Rude attitude!!! What a waste of $6.45!!!
