Post-COVID, Starbucks is no longer the second place Howard Schultz aspired for it to be. The atmosphere used to he cozy. Retired guys chatted in comfy chairs. Students studied together at communal tables. Now its cold, loud, bright and hard.There are no cozy chairs to sit in--only wooden chairs and small cafe tables. There are no communal tables to plug in and study. Im sure its much easier to disinfect, but the place screams, Get your coffee and get the heck out. Its as inviting as a sterile operating room.This was my daily local for a decade. I knew the staff by name. Now, I have a nice machine at home and enjoy my latte on my cozy sofa. And, no, I dont use Starbucks beans. I stop by this location less than once a month.

Perfect place to relax while the wife is shopping. This is one of the few Starbucks that has a nice sitting area with comfortable lounge chairs.

This spot is the best one! I am a regular here and love how they treat me. Always say my name when I enter I feel like norm in cheers. Every single one of the many employees always go out of their way to say hi and make sure I get my order and my coffee is always wonderful! Clean and a good size to meet clients and or sit and work for a bit.

This Starbucks location was remodeled recently but honestly the changes have made the customer experience worse. Regulars are going to Target or the location up the hill because of the lack of comfortable seating, lack of outdoor seating and overall ‘too good for you please get a to-go order and go’ atmosphere / vibe. We are going back to Peets Coffee.

Since the remodel feels a bit more open. Seems easier for staff and lines. But seating is arranged differently, fewer 1 on 1 and added a big table, so feels like less. All fine. We love SB but I kinda liked the sep, quieter room.

This location has the friendliest, most enthusiastic team. Very helpful too.I came in and rudely asked for the rest of my drink and he filled it with oatmilk as I asked, I was then explained to that the drink settles after being made. I felt bad but he complimented my Piccolo shirt and then we talked about the toy drive theyre doing!Will be back :)

Gave this location one more try....And it got WORSE...They tried selling me a stale display cookie and have been out of peppermint for a few days. This is the WORST STARBUCKS IN OC.Unreal how they can ignore a customer at the register waiting to order.Second time here in the past week.2nd time they cant get the order paid through the app.Now getting my name wrong on the order and no doubt the slowest Starbucks around. Not busy and over 10 minutes for a Frappuccino.

This is a great Starbucks. They have wonderful coffee and lots of verity. Their pastry are one of my favorites. I buy gift cards here for anyone I want to give a little gift. When I go and visit a friend I stop and bring a coffee or some pastries along with me. Everyone loved a little gift when you come to visit with them. It is always a big hit when I stop at Starbucks and bring something with me

This is probably the best Starbucks location I have been to. They have plenty of comfortable sitting space and a bathroom that looks new. Not to mention all the people there are super nice and attentive. Will definitely be making it a point to go back to this location.

I frequent this Starbucks because it is near work and I gotta say... this team has their act together, especially during the pandemic. I usually mobile order my coffee and they always get it right (which is a chore because I am very specific). They also seem to be taking precautions above and beyond what Ive seen being done at some other locations. They always get tipped because they deserve it; they are a compliment to their industry.

What can I say its Starbucks all of their coffees are great, I always go for the gingerbread latte when they do have it. I also love their Frappuccinos. Also one of my favorites that I treat myself is there lemon cake it is so moist and their little cake pops I really good too.

I just went to the Starbucks on la Paz and pacific park and waited for 5 minutes to get my usual iced latte. It’s Christmas Day. I was there about 4:05 and waited for the gentleman in front of me to order his coffee. Several more people came in after me. There were also other people waiting for their orders. After about 5 minutes it was my turn to order. I was so happy. I looked forward to it all day. I proceeded to the counter and the girl at the register rudely said”I’m sorry but we’re closed right now. I forgot to lock the door. I said really? Please. I waited all day to get my latte and my parents rushed me over here. She said nope sorry, we can’t take anyone else. I go to that starbucks all of the time but no longer. I moved to Utah 1 month ago and was here visiting for Xmas and went out of my way to come to this store. That girl should be fired right now. That was the worst example of customer service I’ve ever experienced. You don’t let someone in the door, let them wait 5 minutes to order and let them come to the counter and say you’re closed. Awful. You’ll never see me at maybe any Starbucks again. What a loser!! I am now officially a Peet’s customer after 20 years of drinking Starbucks!!

All starbucks places suck honestly. I mean the coffee is Terrible, usually beans are 1 year past roasted date. The beans have no flavor, it litteraly is just terrible bitterness with no real flavor like good coffee has. All this place is good for is some cheaply made sweet drinks… go to a better coffee place instead that makes true, good coffee. Like hidden house coffee or seven seas roastery. You’ll have a way better experience there, especially with flavor.

The manager at this Starbucks is so concerned about patrons wearing a mask, and, she telling them (educating them) on why they should wear a mask. Piece of advise, MASKS do not protect you, your staff and patrons agains VIRUS. HYGIENE in the work palce and at home is what protect us agains VIRUS. I would start at your store bath room. Air Blowers are NOT the most HYGIENIC way to dry ones hands, just to educate you.

The coffees fine but I stood in the wrong place for 5 minutes because Aaron never looked at me once or asked me if I was waiting on something (the mobile order pickups are not in the same place as normal orders). When my dad finally came in to see what the problem was and found my drink, I heard distinct laughter from the baristas. Thanks for making me feel like an idiot. >:(

Girl with the purple/grey hair was so rude and incompetent. Completely ignored me throughout the transaction then walked away to the bathroom without even putting in my order. Another worker made my drink and had to remind her to get my cookie. I asked for it warm and saw her put in the microwave but she must not have turned it on because the cookie wasn’t warm. What an airhead.

My favorite place in the whole world. I know every barista and they all know me. I have a few different drinks I like depending on the day or my mood and if I don’t mobile order it and walk in- they just somehow know which drink i want! Its Awesome. I do really misss Nate tho! Why did he have to leave for Santa Barbara?!!! But everyone there is awesome! And they make my drinks better than any other starbucks!!! And Ron- best manager ever. He works so hard- and it shows!!
