This place is a reminder why I hate Starbucks so much, the place is empty of any chairs or any accommodations, they just want you to come, get your coffee, and get the hell out of there. The store makes you feel like a donkey in a barn, just waiting to take your money. Customer service is non-existent, like in most other Starbucks coffees. At starbucks, you are never treated as a customer, you are treated as a purchasing unit with the most efficiency and least efforts to make you satisfied.

Ive been to this location for a few years and never had an issue until a few days ago, it was Monday I went after 4:30am ordered thru the mobile app. When I got there the place was closed. I drove up to the window and there was 3 people 1 looked like a manager, he was all in black and with a tablet. The woman turned and signaled they were closed I showed her my phone to show I had paid already on the app she again signaled were closed I said how do I get a refund? She turned around and they all pretended like nobody was there. I managed to get a refund thru the app for anyone else that goes thru this. And please change your hours!!

I went in today to get a coffee the Cashier made it for me and I told her. I wanted an everything bagel. I told her I didn’t like the way it tasted so she redid it. I’m diabetic so I’m very particular on how I like my coffee. This cashier had the best attitude ever. Super nice and extremely friendly which I’m surprise coming from this please.This was in the morning today before I came to work.

The worst most rude service so far. I was denied service since they have their cafe area closed and since I did not have a vehicle she clamed that walking trough drive through had me in danger. If you are an establishment that only serves those with vehicles is discriminatory. Do I own one yes, but did not have one at the moment. There are ways to have good customer service and this place is not it. Will never be a client of that specific starbucks nor would I reccommend it to anyone

I live close by to this Starbucks, so it’s convenient, but because majority of the employees are rude and get my order wrong, I choose to go somewhere else. This Starbucks can improve in their customer service and by listening more carefully. I hope that the these issues will be addressed and take my complaint seriously and make changes to improve.

Refuses to do business any way other than drive through. Theres a sign claiming staffing shortages which is the new code for we dont feel like it Seems discriminatory.

Almost every day I stop by for my coffee in the morning before going to work, today I had a little more time and decided to go for a long walk with my dog, stop by for my coffee and relax a little. I always order ahead from the app, tip ahead of time and pick up my coffee, sometimes I get served by someone with the best attitude and most of the time someone with a terrible attitude.Ive been given dirty looks for asking for a glass of water, sometimes my order isnt ready, other times my coffee is delivered cold, and other times they just ignore you while I wait patiently at the counter for someone to decide to hand me my coffee.Today they lost me as a customer in that branch, I ordered my order in advance, I arrive to pick it up and they tell me that they dont have my order, after they finish making and delivering other orders they ask me to show my receipt, I prepare my phone to show it and I confirm with the barista that it is the palomar and industrial branch, I said... maybe Im very stupid and I ordered it in another branch, after a couple more minutes they check the iPad and say: Oh! We have just received the order, we have just received it and two baristas make the comment among themselves in a mocking tone as if I had really ordered it at that moment, they prepare my coffee, they give it to me and I ask for some water to give it to my dog, I leave the branch, I take the first sip of my coffee and it was cold! How can you make fresh coffee and deliver it cold?Terrible branch, horrible attitude of the staff and terrible service from almost the entire team.Girls, if you dont like your job, please go do something remotely and avoid ruining clients mornings.Starbucks we know that you can do it better, there are excellent teams in other branches that welcome you with the best attitude, they care about delivering your order correctly and you are even happy to leave them a tip, not like in this one in Palomar where they have a terrible service and attitude.I hope they can take this into account and change or train the staff to provide the service that Starbucks customers expect.

So this location has been going downhil since last year, with getting attitudes every time, waiting for my order to be called and not acknowledging customers waiting for orders and now there is no ordering inside or pre-order available. This used to be a great location and very convenient.

Good drinks, friendly staff, but unforgivingly mismanaged location.The staff doesnt deserve such a cruddy supervisor - she gave her friends free drinks and had the workers make it for them (they didnt even leave a tip).WARNING: no outlets to charge phone/laptop, ANYWHERE.

This place drives me absolutely bananas. Always making my coffee wrong and constantly waiting forever even when there fully staffed. I dont understand how they can have so many staff members but you still have to wait forever
