Atmosphere gets 4 stars.Inside is not too clean 3 stars.Service 3 stars, one server just could not muster a smile.The mint Frappuccino barely had any flavor of mint what a letdown. 1.5 stars. Unfortunately I didnt come in for the atmosphere or the servers although they get a higher rating, the drink was substandard at best. That is why only 2 stars.Came in today and tried a strawberry drink and a Matcha Frapuccino “ both were excellent so I gave them another star

$5 for a supposedly medium cup coffee that is filled up only 1/4th and the rest all froth. When I questioned the quantity, the answer I got was is that since its a cappuccino I ordered, the quantity is what it is!!

The guys that work there start acting passive aggressive because I wouldnt tip them. Im not paying extra for someone to do their job. Garbage coffee tastes like water. Had to listen to these teenagers sarcastic remarks while getting a refund. Theyre not even trying to do their job. Never coming back here.

Large, with tables and it seems enough seating for even Sunday afternoon. On the downside, there two dogs in the store, it is unlikely they are service animals (I see no special apparel), and they both have barked. I get that people like their dogs and may assume that everyone else does as well but I wish theyd follow the rules, or at least Starbucks staff would say something. Its hard on us folk that find loud high-pitched sharp noises distracting.

Had a very bad experience! I ordered kids hot chocolate for my daughters and it was too hot that my daughter through out of her mouth and started crying! After many times order the kids hot chocolate I was thinking that the difference with the adults hot chocolate is the temperature and that was very frustrating that’s happened. I didn’t expect that their employees doesn’t know that and I had to remind them!Their supervisor gave some explanation that this their machine fault!!But if you touched the cup you would noticed how hot it is!!!

I live a block from this Starbucks so of course I want to give them my business! But every time Ive been in I am so disappointed by the customer service. They are just down right rude. This last time I went in I was bummed that they were yet again out of the impossible sausage breakfast sandwiches. I was kinda frustrated so I did say man you guys are always out of these! She replied in a nasty passive aggressive tone with a scowl on her face that they are a busy store. I canceled my drink order and told her that her behavior was awful and I walked out. The employees just seem really unhappy and it makes for a terrible experience. Almost like we are a bither to them. I definitely will not be going back to this location.

Just picked up some drinks and the whipped cream had melted on a drink i mistakenly said there was no whip as it looked like there was none they proceeded by telling they put whipped cream in and that it melted but had a very bad attitude with me once that happened what ever happened to making the customer happy doesnt matter if you did it or not the perception is that there was no whipped cream so at that point all that was needed was add some more whipped cream without attitude and all would gave been good mean come on we pay a very high price for these drinks the service should also fall in line with high prices.

The nice girl at the front gave this Starbucks the one star. Otherwise I would say that on a Sunday morning during the market the staff is slower than molasses.We waited over about 15 minutes for our drink. there was only one guy making the drinks while the rest of the staff was running around for mobile orders. If I do order from here again- the mobile order folks seem more focused on getting their drinks finished in a timely manner.

Everyone was very friendly however, I ordered ahead through the app and it didnt let me add cream cheese, when I got there I asked and was charged. I understand however I feel it would have been a nice courtesy this one time to just give the 75 cent cream cheese instead of having me go to the register after already ordering.

This was my go to Starbucks for a long time. Its usually pretty busy but very well staffed and the line isnt long other than peak times. Its a larger Starbucks location with a lot of indoor and outdoor seating. The location makes and breaks this particular Starbucks. Its in downtown Campbell which means nice atmosphere and outdoor seating, but it also means parking can be a challenge at times.

Good staff, but narrow store makes busy times a pain. This store is in a great location at the heart of downtown Campbell. However, during the busy periods on Sunday (for the farmers market) it can be jammed with people waiting for their order. This has gotten more difficult since Starbucks opened up the online ordering as now there is a roadblock of cups too. The staff are excellent, but with such a narrow building, theres only so much they can do.

Starbucks can really only be compared to other Starbucks, since theyre such a unique institution. This Starbucks is clean, and reasonably well run. However, they are often understaffed, and sometimes a little slow because of it. That said, the drinks are always good, the food is fresh, and just as you would expect. Note also that there are only a small number of tables at this particular location, and because it is often busy, tablespace is often unavailable. This is more of a grab-and-go location.

This Starbucks is not the greatest. Its too small and the lines get quite long. seating is limited if its busy, though parking is usually better than other spots in the downtown Campbell area during the morning rush. The baristas could use a little more training, too.

A horrible experience! They were rude, and exhibited inappropriate and unacceptable behavior. Im a Senior and was treated with no respect, harassed, followed and illegally filmed/photographed!!! I have already spoken to the District Manager and, as I told her, will be filing a lawsuit against that store, and if possible, against the employees that participated in this harassment. I cant wait to see their faces when the Judge awards me more than I ask for in this lawsuit!!! The District Manager apologized and was shocked by their behavior as well. Her apology is not enough, they need a wake up call and the lawsuit should take care of that.

A peaceful and friendly Starbucks in the heart of Campbell Downtown. Opens early and closes late. Parking might be an issue during weekends but it is freely available on the streets. A very friendly staff and efficient in their work. Coffees are made up to the standards. Feel free to ask about the brunch options. Overall, one of the best Starbucks in Campbell and surrounding area.

The service is faster than youd expect for its central downtown Campbell location. The staff are friendly and the establishment is kept relatively clean. If you plan to stay here, its a bit of a roulette game, as sometimes theres space and sometimes everything inside is full (sitting outside is hit or miss, depending on the weather). Regardless, it is one of my preferred Starbucks locations.

I stopped by this Starbucks for a quick Venti Iced Chai Tea Latte while visiting family and they created a great drink for me. Service was excellent. The dining room is skinny and long, but there are plenty of places to sit and relax or open your laptop and catch up on some emails. When Im back in the area, Ill hit this place up again.

The coffee is, well, Starbucks. The people are nice. Unfortunately, Im going to stop coming here if I need to work because Ive had numerous occasions where their Internet is not working. There is another local coffee shop just down the street that Ive not had issues with network connectivity.If Im just coming for a cuppa - its fine. If you need the network, reliability has simply not been there.

Its a Starbucks so you know what you are getting. If you place mobile order be prepared to fight to where it says for mobile orders ask the barista. When you get there you are going to have to work to ask about your order. When the place gets somewhat busy it gets crowded.Baristas usually arent very loud so prepare to work with other customers to figure out what name or order they called.

Update 06/07/2019: The girl making drinks during my last visit was apparently using the graham cracker topping meant for the Smores frapaccino on all the specialty fraps. I tried a caramel crunch frap for the first time, so didnt know exactly what to expect for the topping, but noticed it was exactly the same as the Smores frap topping. Asked the cashier, he went to look for the caramel crunch topping and it wasnt even out on the counter or in the fridge. He had to go in the back to find it... which made me wonder: if the caramel crunch topping wasnt even out, was the barista just using the graham cracker topping on everything? 🤔 It wasnt a huge deal for me, but what if someone cant have gluten? You gotta pay attention to the ingredients. Especially on newer specialty drinks they might not be too familiar with or experienced in making.The employees at this location were very friendly. The barista making my drink asked me if I wanted to try the blonde shots or regular espresso. I asked him what he recommended. He seemed to know what he was talking about and offered to remake my drink if I didnt like the blonde shots. Perhaps he sensed that I was in a hurry, but he made my drink quickly (not that they were busy either).Warning: this location closes early (1:30pm or 2:30pm?) on Memorial Day (May 28th, 2018).

Witnessed a Trump supporter antagonize a black woman as she came in the door...he yelled Happy Trump Day at her and when she didnt respond he yelled it again to which she replied Who cares. They both exchanged words and afterwards he threatened to call the police. He left and within 5 minutes a cop enters and goes directly to the baristas and they must have implemented her as a disturbance. The police officer before getting her side of the story handcuffed her! I couldnt believe what was unfolding right before my eyes...here in Campbell CA! Im hurt and disappointed that something like this would happen here in the Bay Area! If you thought the Trump presidency would not affect us in California (Bay Area) today I witnessed it and was proven wrong! Im thankful for the people who stood up for her and told the cop while she was still in handcuffs that she was innocent!! Im sad I reacted so slowly to this and thats why I have not felt right since the incident occurred around 12:30pm. I hope to be as courageous as those who chose not to be silent! Thank you for showing up!!

✅ There is not much to comment on this franchise. You either love it or hate it. I was away for many years because it seemed better to sit in a European-style cafeteria, since from my life story, 16 years in Spain, Italy, Switzerland, France shaped my tastes. They gave me a certified gift card and since Im curious I decided to try the latte macchiatto. What a surprise, its delicious. Over the years I tried other options and became addicted to matcha with oat milk. The Starbucks on Hamilton Avenue had moved, so I had no choice but to use it. First of all, the customer service was not very friendly. Second, the menu layout is similar to that of McDonalds in Japan several years ago, which is probably common to other stores as well. Can you look at the menu above your head? This is probably the same for all stores, but if you use a credit card, they dont give you a receipt. Also, the store staff always misheard things. Products come out too late! Ill never go again
