I think they have more long tables before by the door. My Iced Brown Sugar Espresso is so good! However, the restroom is dirty just like the other locations.

What a horrible attitude.I ordered two drink over the drive thru only to be met by an individual that does not enjoy working for the company. Im uncertain if they didnt get the new raise or if this individual was just having a bad day. Even the art of getting napkins from their storage was laborious/monumental task. I really hope starbucks pay their employees better or give them mental health programs that can help them coupe with mental struggles of serving a drive thru lane. I didnt get the persons name but the store can figure it out based on the receipt attached to this review.

Its a perfectly fine location, but their hours are never reflected accurately on Google maps. As of 1/24/24, their lobby closes at 7, their drive-thru closes at 9.Also like most locations with drive-thrus, you can expect a wait, as there are always selfish idiots who A) Cant be bothered to think or know what they want until they get up to the menu or B) Need to order 8 drinks for their entire horrible family🙄. That, of course, isnt the fault of the Starbucks staff, thats just Americans doing what they do.

Placed online order to pickup in store, only to find out I couldn’t go inside to pick it up and that only the drive-thru was open for some bizarre reason. Being late to class and assuming I could run in and pick it up, I didn’t have 15 minutes to wait in a backed-up drive-thru and wasted $5 on an order I didn’t have time to pick up with no option for a refund—it should have said on the app that the inside of the store was closed!

I ordered a small cappuccino and they fix it they use cold coffee and just poured the hot foam on top I dont understand why they you know why the person couldnt just make a fresh cappuccino Thats what I came in for I told him thats the last time Ill be back and he says yeah yeah yeah. Consistent quality on the products they serve. Service is good. The ding is for the upkeep of the premises. This location is fairly new, yet already showing its wear and tear, particularly the restrooms. Management needs to step up the effort; otherwise, will go down even further.

Coffee is fine here. Barista is nice, but location is not. This area/streets near by makes me feel unsafe for some reason. Google show store hour till 10pm on Friday, that’s why I choose to come here and wait for someone, but their store actually close at 8pm! Probably the hour is for drive-thru?! ?

Unfortunately the drive thru here is a total disaster. It causes friction because the line blocks incoming and outgoing people at a shopping center with a Walmart in it. Also the service takes so long. Really odd to have a drive through with no working speaker at the front, it is 4 cars in. Ive seen Starbucks send a staffer out to the line of cars to take orders, they should do that here! Im sure the staff are great. This design and slow service are a big NO for drive thru orders.

The walk in experience was horrible. They have terrible customer service, no communication between employees. Ordered two drinks and a bagel. Got one drink and 20 minutes later the other. Totally forgot my bagel.They served a person after I ordered first, that person came in with six kids and 4 adults. 😯 needless to say the wait time is ridiculous.

This is your typical Starbucks coffee house. The restaurant was clean, well stocked, and convenient. This particular Starbucks has a drive through. The staff was accurate and accommodating, as well as pleasant. My coffee and sandwich were both as ordered. They came out swiftly too. All in all a quick place to get a coffee.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks to go to. The atmosphere feels great with their decor design and the staff is pretty quick. Granted they have a drive thru so they had to adapt to that pace. It has room inside and outside to relax and get what you need done or just enjoy your drink. Keep up the great work team.Something to keep in mind this location is right next to a middle/high school so kids come and wait for their rides and it can get pretty messy and packed around those times.

Great people here. Always on point. No matter how busy they get, they make effort to not only have your drink ready but to get to know you and call you by name as you approach the window. Not to mention they got my drink best more than I remember to order it at times. Thanks guys!

I think the staff are full of wonderful people, just more than likely they are going to screw up some facet of your order. I usually order the samething everyday and it somehow still ends up wrong, incomplete, or they give me something else entirely.I went in 3 times in one day because they continued to give me the wrong order.The new employees they have for training tend to ensure that everyone is receiving all the correct items, but the older staff/employees seem to not care.The store is always unorganized, unstocked, or unclean in areas that have guests or that are high traffic zones. Tables and chairs flung about and spills and mess on the floors and doorways.I think their biggest saving grace is their newer cashier who goes above and beyond to make sure the guests have an excellent visit.

I really dont like giving negative reviews but if I can help people avoid this mess I will..There is no reason to stop here.. Cant say its for convenience as there is a Starbucks right down the street.. The staff here is incredibly rude and looks at costumers like a burden.. They are way to concerned with side conversation than getting any of the orders out.. I went here for a couple months and only seen it get worse. Every single time I mobile ordered my drink was wrong.. Or their system jammed up and they had no idea I was waiting. The lack of concern for anything at this location is crazy. This starbucks is great location and gets pretty busy. Needs newmanagement and better staff. If you want your $5-7 coffee to taste good I dont recommend this starbucks.

This Starbucks has plenty of seating but my problem lies with the staff. It was pretty empty when I walked in, most of the other guests already had their drinks so I ordered a green tea thinking it would be out real quick. The staff then gathers together and just stands around and chats. I tried to get their attention to ask about the status of my (simple) drink and they ignored me. Incredibly rude. I mean, they were just standing behind the register. I also got the feeling they knew someone was trying to get their attention but just wanted to continue to chat. And now the staff is going between the kitchen and the seating area, hanging out with their friends that came to visit them. Avoid if possible.

Always get super great service at this location even with the super long drive thru lines sometimes. The guy at the drive thru window i believe his name is Daniel (wears 49ers mask) is always very nice and sweet and goes out of his way to ask how my day is instead of just handing the drink and accepting payment. Definitely keep him around so that way i can see a friendly face at the window

Horrible workers so ive been wanting to review for awhile but im always super busy at work this starbucks is the worst in silicon valley. I went there to pick up two venti drinks for my mom ... i sat in drive thru for 30 minutes for two drinks.. i asked for matcha green tea frappe with soy milk... they gave me green tea i told them not thats not what i asked for.. i even told the lady on the mic that usually my order comes out to $11.90.. she said it was 9.00 even.. so i was puzzled at that.. i get to the window wrong drink... they remake it i sit there for 7 more minutes... then they give me the wrong drink again!!!!! Green tea latte... like do u guys not pay attention to your customers at all. I ended up being late to work because of this... no sorrys or no discount nothing... if anything i was getting attitude from them. Few months before this i went there i ordered for myself a double mocha frappe extra mocha and three expresso shots... i asked for it to be blended in.. one they didnt blend it in.. two they didnt put the chocolate drizzle like they usually do.. so i kindly asked can u put some chocolate drizzle on here please. The lady then rudely said next time u want that u have to let the cashier know because we dont put chocolate drizzle on mocha frappe.. i was like um ok thanks and she then put my cup aside for like 5 minutes before she added the drizzle .. i just decided to grab the cup and go because i work as a supervisor at a dog kennel i cannot afford to be late. If im paying u almost $15 for one venti drink.. because of the add ons.. i dont think its a problem to put some freaken drizzle on my whip. ... so i let that go.. but after today what i encountered i was so upset becuase of them i got to work late and got a write up. I am calling corporate today once i clock out and im going to be reporting this to the BBB. Highly unprofessional.. the place itself could be great if they had workers that actually provided good customer service and actually payed attention to the customers orders, mind u today was not that busy there was only 4 cars in front of me.. after i left there was a pileup of cars behind me for there delay of making the drink wrong not once but twice in a row!!!!!!!! Listen closely! I dont have a speech problem i speak very clearly and slow english... so that shouldent have been a issue. Also to top it off i dropped off the drinks to my mom only for her to tell me she coulent drink the matcha green tea because of course they still didnt get it right.. they didnt put the soy milk. Stuff was rude. I needed to use restroom, so I asked the staff who was not attending any customer for the bathroom code. She told me to ask at the register. Not to make waves. I waited in line to get code. But since I had to go badly I asked the same lady who now is behind the register for the code.
