I had a very pleasant encounter yesterday the nicest welcoming young man. Wish I could remember his name.I went in to purchase a gift card .He was very kind, helpful & well mannered ...A refreshing change for Starbucks..It appears the store could have used another assistant..the store needed a little attention to clean up...But none the less... This young associate made a five star difference. Thank you 😊

I showed up 20 minutes before my son started, 10 minutes later they haven’t even started with my drinks order I literally had to cancel and get refunded if you’re in no rush this is a place for you but if you’re on a time crunch, you should go to another Starbucks because they take their sweet time and recommend drive-through they get your order out right away!

Stay away from these scammers!! It was either the skinny black girl or the white heavy set girl with the short dark hair filled my cup up with whip cream halfway. Then gave me the blended Frappuccino like cheating me out of my money on a venti Starbucks drink. What a scam I hate this place!!!

Feeling ripped off. In the last 2 times Ive been here, Ive notice that my grande drinks have gotten lighter. I opened the lid without taking the first drink and noticed that my drink was filled up to 75%. Ridiculous!

Had a bad experience at the Starbucks on Clinton Keith across from Albertsons on Sunday & the manager at this location took care of me. When I went in the staff was super friendly & apologetic.Today Caesar & Katy were really authentic when they engaged w me. Truly makes a difference. Thank you!

Love coming here to grab a big dragonfruit lemonade refresher on a hot day! I set my laptop up and enjoy the cold AC. Dress warm if you plan on hanging out inside for a bit. Staff is always friendly and upbeat. Bathroom is always clean. And I always seem to score a table to sit at.

The staff is always very warm and welcoming. They are always very positive and helpful to my friends and I when we come in.The lobby is always very clean, and when we sit near the bar you can see the bar area behind where they make the drinks is well taken care of and clean.Whenever I order from this location my drink is made perfectly. Ive never had to have my drink remade, and Id account that to the time and care each employee gives to us customers.All in all, this location has a great staff who really care about their customers and make a friendly environment for you to enjoy and feel welcomed at.

Good morning I came in just nowThe girl I believe her name is Jessica skinny and pretty looking girl, she Acted like I was an inconvenience when she made my coffee wrong and I said my coffee is cold. The new girl at the register did not know what she was doing but I was very patient and asked for one cold coffee and one hot etc I know the girl is brand new and learning!Jessica who made my coffee did not apologize she turned and started talking about me and making my new coffee! I really try to give this location the benefit of the doubt but on one too many occasions especially today I’ve had to wait for a coffee that I ordered on the app and please note I don’t just come S as soon as I order my coffee on the app I wait until after they say my coffee will be ready so if my coffee is ready at 6:21 I don’t leave my house until 6:21. Today when I arrive at Starbucks I’m told that they haven’t even started making my cappuccino it should’ve been ready at 6:21 yet I didn’t receive it in my hand until 631 this is a huge inconvenience when working from home as the whole point of me ordering on the app is so that my coffee will be ready and I should only have to pick it up and go, then when I asked why it wasn’t ready she said oh it’s only two of us here as if that’s an actual excuse… ridiculousI will definitely have to visit another Starbucks yes it will be out of my way but may be my coffee will be ready when I arrive after the time it should be

I really apperciate this Starbucks and their Friendly Partners. It is always a chill place to come in, pleasant vibes, warm and friendly conversation. I like how the partners always check in and see how I am doing. Also I love that they know to have 3 Extra Waters, since I cant order it in the app ready to go with my order. This Starbucks is the best, I have and will continue I recommending this Starbucks!

This is the reason I stopped going to this location. First of all they are out of EVERYTHING. That is not an exaggeration. So I find a drink I can tolerate and they cant seem to make it right. It is not that it is over customized or complex. It is a venti iced macchiato blond with extra caramel. I go to get my drink and there is no caramel and u can tell visually it is darker than the blond roast I have gotten everyday for the last 3months at other location since they have been out of everthing. So I ask for them to add caramel. The kid was irritated u could tell. He asked me to take the lid off (pretty standard) then angrily squirted caramel on the top. I then asked if it was blond, he looks at the label on the cup and says should be. That was his response to me. I get outti my car and it is NOT blond. Im not going back in that side show circus. This store cant ever seem to make anything correctly. There are several other locations, I suggest u go to them.

Every time I go to this location they screw up my drink. This morning not only did they put whole milk in my non-fat latte but when I said something about it they said I was wrong and refused to acknowledge that there was an issue. On top of that the service this morning was terrible. Employees are rude and clearly there is an issue happening because all the associates looked angry and we’re not talking. Now I’m off to buy my second Starbucks of the day because the first went into th trash.

This place is amazing!! I went to pick up an order with my dog and they were so nice to me and my dog! Even though my dog wasn’t a service dog, they told me next time I can bring the dog in if I am picking up an order, which I found it amazing that they are so friendly with pets. 5 starts!❤️

I filed a complaint about a one time problem, but they fixed it afterwards and gave me a refund. The lady over the phone was polite and handled the situation well, she was open to possibilities and problems about the machines. They were fixed when I came back and the coffee was fresh and delicious. Talk about great service!Update: I called in not more than five minutes ago to reschedule my refund because I found out I was busy all day today and the man who answered the phone, he claimed he was the only one working last night. I assumed that I called the wrong Starbucks number, and I remembered I had left a review. I checked the review, and it was the exact same Starbucks I had called yesterday. I found the man to be lying because a woman answered the phone last night, and filed my complaint. While talking to the lady, I heard more people talking in the background.Is the male worker lying to keep refunds from customers away?

Im giving this Starbucks a low rating because it is really small and convenient only for take outs or very quick visits. I went there to do some work on my laptop but limited seating and only two plug outlets. There is also a fan heater that goes off every time someone opens the door which is really loud and incredibly annoying. The music in the cafe is also too loud making it it overall not an overly welcome environment for social meet ups or to do work in.

Even when this location is busy, the drinks, come out fast, and made correctly, Jenn, and Dustin are very friendly and knowledgeable, and take time to answer question, and give great recommendations for drinks. I bring my brother in (who is disabled) and they answer all of his questions thoroughly, even when it is busy, they do not make him feel rushed ( being blind, and autistic, this helps to alieve anxeity about being rushed ). This location is always clean, we stop in sometimes multiple times a day, behind the displays, and counters where drinks are prepped and created is also well kept, doesnt look like a slip and slide (I have seen some, look this way when busy). Well stocked P.O.S items, open plan and easy to see, grab and go.

My drink price fluctuates for the same drink, its not a specialty tea no tea in it, its H20 and Matcha. So depending on the size I get its $2.95-$3 25 when Matcha is .80 cents.So when Im charged for something that Im not drinking I wont leave a tip. Its ridiculous to pay $2.15-$2.45 for water when Matcha is 80 cents. When I am charged 80 cents I leave a $2.00 tip.What do you think is fair? Water is FREE!Im sure after this review I will be treated differently, Id be happy to pay $2.00 and leave a tip I understand its labor also. I love the friends at this location its a great store.
