Maia took my order in the drive-through and I was pleasantly surprised to hear a voice and demeanor that should be used for Starbucks if they ever use an AI order taker in their drive-through’s in the future. Maia’s voice was sincere when she inquired which drink choice I was contemplating, without any annoyance whatsoever. I cannot describe fully all the details of the dialogue except that it was calming, soothing, reassuring. Management/sales should key in on this quality for sure.

I just bought a dragonfruit drink and I didn’t expect that 3/4 will be Ice and 1/4 will be koolaid. But as the people who work hard in this country say. I deserve it!

If you have the Starbucks app you can order ahead. I got the Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino no syrup double blended. Perfect for warm/hot days. The line went by super fast. Thank you for the most efficient staff who made my drink so delicious!! The protein box is also one of my favorite things to eat here. And for dessert the chocolate chip cookie - you can even have them warm it up for you! ❤️

I stopped coming to this one because they are so RUDE. They mess up my drink nearly everytime and having to come back inside to get it fixed theres no apologies. The manager just gives you a dirty look and takes the drink without speaking to you. This wasnt a one-off as she has done this on multiple occasions. Several times Ive had to tell the employees that we can hear all the comments theyre making about customers. Its genuinely surprising that the DM has not stopped by to discuss the many customer reviews saying theyre hearing the baristas comments about them.

My drink was supposed to be a Venti and they accidentally made it a Grande. The two young men working the window today at 3:30 pm were AMAZING!!! So kind. They remade the drink, no problem. I’ve been to others that make you feel 2 inches tall for saying a mistake was not made. I was a Supervisor for 9 years in Customer Service and these two young men were some of the best ever! This old lady says thank you for your kindness.

So, it is magic Starbucks. I with my wife decided to drink a lavender coffee, choose a Starbucks. I bought two lavender latte. The first latte was lavender, the second coffee was americano. Dont worry! I asked to change the coffee. Amazing! Next coffee was Americano too ))))

This location is extremely difficult to get in and out of the parking lot and has very limited parking spaces. I went through the drive-thru and the amount of time it took was much longer than other locations Ive been to. The frappucinos were to liquified compared to others Ive ordered from various other Starbucks locations. Because of the amount of traffic in the area its hard to hear and be heard at the ordering sign, being in such a compact corner location extremely close to 4 and 6 lane crossroads. Overall this location needs much improvement.

I go to lots of Starbucks and this one is not friendly. Homeless like to hang out in the small lobby. The last 2 times I visited this one, I was ignored for several minutes. When I was help, no greeting or even asking me what I wanted to order, Rai, came to the counter and waited for me to acknowledge her. My name was not taken and part of my order waited at the counter until i realized it was there. There is another Starbucks just as close, but with friendly staff. I wont be coming back anytime soon.

Interesting experience today. The lobby was extremely cold. Other patrons asked to lower the temp and were told it could not be done. After other patrons left the music was turned up extremely loud to the point where my party asked to lower the music volume so we could Converse. Waited at the counter with no one else waiting for several minutes while several employees just sat and chatted. Extremely disappointed today

Take your love of Starbucks and go elsewhere, quickly. I have had two bad experiences here and each time tried to give them another chance. The last time was the final straw. I ordered a drink with some specific instructions. I asked the man to please repeat it because the last time I didnt and the it was wrong- to which the lady at the window began arguing and yelling at me. Her coworkers had to pull her away. This gentleman responded to my request with an audible sigh and said fine. He repeated the order and had something wrong, to which I said no, I want and extra scoop not a pump (difference btwn the powder and syrups). He responded with yah whatever. I told him to cancel the order I would go elsewhere. He said Go ahead. There are two young ladies who work there (one girl who I think is black and another who has (Caucasian w curly hair. They are ALWAYS pleasant. However, going there is not worth risking an encounter with the other two.

I’ve had to come back a few times to have my drink remade. I’m not sure how the drink can be made so differently almost every time. Most of the staff is friendly, but it’s just not worth going to this location for it to be made wrong so many times.

They always get my drink wrong. They never empty the trash cans. They are rude and do NOT know how to talk to customers or relay proper information. Then to get a manager that acknowledges that your there is almost impossible this location has been horrible with every management since chase. I go here because it’s closest to me however I have been driving to the sunrise Madison location clean, nice, fast, friendly, and efficient. Nuff said.

I walked over to this store, so couldnt use drive through. Employee told me I had to wear a mask, I cant safely do so due to medical reasons & said so. He handed me a mask which I held. He took my order and when I went to pay, he told me I had to put the mask on my face. I told him I cannot safely do that. He asked me why not and I said I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a face covering.. Then he asked me what the medical condition is. This is a violation of ADA, and when I told him I dont want to give him the details of my medical condition he told me I would have to leave the store while my order was prepared. I told him I wanted to sit down at a table, and he told me I could not sit at the table in the restaurant. There were absolutely no other customers in the store. I left and walked down to another Starbucks, which was happy to serve me without any issues. You need to let your employees know that they cannot discriminate against people with disabilities. Accommodations need to be offered and they cannot treat disabled people differently. I know that people can sit at tables in restaurants without a mask, so this accommodation should not have been denied to me. You guys are going to end up with a lawsuit if you do not educate your employees.

I pulled up to the order box and the barista said “Hi, I’ll be with you in just a moment!” Okay, not a problem at all. If they’re busy or something I don’t mind waiting a minute. I sat there for almost 10 minutes until I said “Hello, I’m still here.” Pretty sure they forgot about taking my order, how nice. My drink was given to me a venti cup because they had ran out of grande cups. Again, no big deal, but it definitely needed more syrup to make up for being in a bigger cup. I’m not normally on this side of town and next will probably just skip the starbucks.

This Starbucks has undergone a recent renovation and is completely updated. It’s in a great location and has excellent service. The drive-thru was previously an issue with cars trying to enter from both Madison and Manzanita, but they have put up cones to block the Madison entrance as well as a Do Not Enter sign. These improvements have helped so much! I would highly recommend this Starbucks!

Went into Starbucks after having one of the WORST days and was met by a young lady with a smile named Madison. I was probably really short with her as I was in a really awful mood. She was really patient and helpful while I tried to decide what to order. I’m not a Starbucks regular but after this visit I have to say I will definitely be back. Waited 15 mins from 5:30am to 5:45am for ice coffee. I sat there watching them make all these other drinks while I waited for my very simple drink. I was the second person in line but they had other people walk in and deemed them a higher priority. Some people have to go to work in the morning and I picked starbucks because its supposed to be quick. Their current morning crew is incredibly slow and cant seem to figure out how to make ice coffee. Unlike literally every other starbucks & coffee places Ive ever been to. I do not reccomend this location in the morning. They will take 15 mins to get you a simple drink

Terrible visit today. They got all new staff and its just a mess now. I used to love this Starbucks and its on my commute to work but after today I will never return to this location. I ordered a venti drink that I asked to be fat free and I pull up to the window and I cant tell the size of the drink but I noticed she put whip on it. She charges me and I ask her to please take the whip off. She hands back my card and says Ill scrape the whip off. Then she hands me my drink and I said that I asked for venti. She goes to the back and remakes a venti then comes back and asks me for my card to charge me again. Im so confused since this was their mess up why they would change me since they are the ones who made the mistake. I never get Grandes so Id never ask for that. She was horribly rude and so was the man who came over and voided my grande drink and re chargedMe $4.75 instead of $4.05 that I previously paid. Ive never had such a bad experience at a Starbucks and its too bad that all the good employees that used to work here are gone. Went through the drive thru and they have me a Hot coffee drink instead of an Iced coffee drink - no biggie happens so I waited for the Iced version and then I got the wrong drink all together. I had to come back inside to FINALLY get the right drinks ...wasnt told sorry or offered a discount or a free drink or anything, just heres your coffee order the right way after 2 failed attempts. There are 3 other starbucks in a one mile radius of my home so Ill be going to one of the other locations.
