Cute fun coffee meet up with good friend. Was super busy and the new system of just putting down orders on the counter was bit confusing. Got our order and sat outside on chilly breezy sunny day lol.

On a normal day, this place is great and always gets my order right. The only reason they arent getting 5 stars from me is because of how I was treated today. I placed a pick up order, and they were out of the food item I wanted, no biggie, however I was ignored for a solid 10 minutes and never got an apology for them not having my food item. Since it was the most expensive food item on the menu, when I got something else I kind of expected a refund of the difference and I didnt. They then tried to hand my new food item out to another customer. It took nearly 20 minutes after I got there to get my order so I could leave. Absolutely ridiculous. However, since this has only been 1 bad experience out of the many, I do want to say its probably more hectic in there today than it seems. If you have a similar experience, please be nice to the staff, could they handle things a little better, yes, but everyone has a bad day and thats okay

I got a venti cold brew light on the ice with heavy cream.They were about to close, but were super nice and helped me and some other nice folks out! Make sure you tip your barista. :-)

The little girls you hired you should keep an eye on them because they know nothing about customers service and giving bad attitude to everyone . My drink’s cup wasn’t full and I paid for extra inclusion and they didn’t add and when asked the girl at the pick up desk instead of apologizing she gave me attitude rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.

Lovely place. Sometimes they are out of ingredients for certain drinks but considering how nice the employees are and how fast they work, I cant take a whole star off. I come here on a regular basis and was never disappointed.

This Starbucks is hit-and-miss. We went here two days in a row and the service was markedly different from day to day. The first day, service was sssslllloooooooooow We made a mobile order 10 minutes ahead of the time we were to arrive. When we arrived, the drinks were not ready. It took another 10 minutes of waiting to get the drinks. 20 minutes total for the mobile drink order. Plus, it was not busy at all. Second day, we ordered drinks 15 minutes in advance of arrival. Drinks were ready when we arrived.

Barista didnt make my mobile order. After standing and waiting for 10 minutes, I had to verbally reorder everything and show I had paid. Also another customer spilled a mobile order coffee and the barista didnt clean it up for the longest time.

Starbucks Coffee is a great place! They have coffee, tea, and snacks you like! You can bring your friends to hang out outside in the fresh air and with your fresh drink. I go here every morning to get coffee and I love it. Also GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!!!! This is a wonderful place and I love it! 5 STARS!🤩😎😋❤️💕

The manager here would rather prefer to micro manage her employees who are insufficiently trained, instead of acknowledging customers waiting in the queue for 20+ mins just to place an order- compete shambles of an operation at this location.

Brittany and the girls at this location are amazing!! They take great care of my dad who goes in 3 times a week with a few of his friends. Today I went with him for the first time, they knew his order and were efficient and friendly.

Great hot chocolate and even better coffee and snacks. You can even buy your own personal coffee mug and all that at Starbucks! It has a great atmosphere you always feel welcomed and cared about in here and the mood is always happy no matter what time of day you come in there.

This particular Starbucks is great. The line can be long but its never a long wait. The Baristas are quick and the drinks are accurate. The lobby is not nearly spacious as it needs to be, however the hustle and bustle of this Starbucks in the mornings gives it a real Seattle coffee shop feel. There is a lot of great outdoor seating in the shade and the bathrooms are clean.

The coffee was good as always. Very disappointed they still are not allowing inside dining. They probably dont have control of the outside courtyard, but there were only 2 tables or so outside and they were filthy dirty, trash can was overflowing and the ground was filled with spilled drinks and trash. Wont go there again until they up their game a bit.

Pros:- Excellent staff. They are always friendly and helpful.- The place is always clean and there is plenty of room to sit, work, or study.Cons:- This has to be BY FAR the SLOWEST starbucks Ive ever been to. Not sure if its just the location, but most of the time Ive come here the line is out the door so I just turn around and leave. Id pass on this Starbucks if you are in a hurry. This is the main reason for the 3 stars.- The store is located in an awkward place, sort of wedged back in a corner away from the main parking stalls.

I forgot my mask called ahead to ask to bring my ouder out side to me, she agreed to I told her I was going to place my order which I did. 50 min goes by no order so I left called store she answered again ìtold her you forgot me to o just throw it away. She asked me my name then she said she could not find the order then says on the phone oh hete it isShe then said she was out side and could not find me. I told her I left and was walking home. I hung up.She brought out a hot coffee drink that was setting for an hour 0928 to 1020.So I took the loss lesson learned Starbucks is to expensive anyway

Welcoming and friendly baristas, clean store, and amazing location, directly next door to a Cold Stone Creamery store!! Basically every store you could want in one location.🍦🎂 Groceries...you got it. Banks with ATMs...they have that too! But the Starbucks, youll be glad you tried this location! Who could possibly want more than great coffee, frappuccinos and lattes served by really nice people with a smile!!!😀

Ok for coffee but they seem to be pressed too hard for production speed and are getting sloppy on quality execution. Many drinks made differently than recipe (you guys came up with these names, please train your staff on them...latte macchiato, espresso macchiato, and Carmel macchiato are different drinks!!!) and specifics often overlooked...like number of shots...easy to tell in iced drinks.Sigh.....
