Servers were absolutely wonderful but have to say that it is one of the dirtiest Starbucks that I have been in. Batroom was dirty as well as counters and floors. Needs a good cleaning for sure !

The cashiers were nice until I left them a $2 tip for 2 drinks. They turned rude, nasty and snobby. Forced a tip on me and get mad at me for not tipping enough? Will never be back to this location.

Super awesome staff. Went with my father, who is obviously a regular coffee junky based on the conversation regarding grandchildren and current medical challenges with the man working the register. The man knew my dads order and even knew a few things about me. It makes me feel proud to see how much my dad is liked by others. Just wish hed bring me in for coffee more often.

Hands down my favorite Starbucks in the Sacramento County! The staff is AWESOME, they know customers by name and have their drinks memorized. They truly care about the customers and it shows by their amazing customer service skills. The drinks are always made well and taste great! The store is very neat and well kept. They have pretty busy times through out the day, so if you are in a hurry use mobile ordering.

This is my go to place for my morning starbucks run after dropping the kids off to school and heading to work.Baritas are polite, friendly, and helpful at everything you need. Even when customers are the ones that are making the mistake, they go above and beyond to make sure everyone comes out satisfied.

Got here at 6:00pm for a simple cappuccino and the cashier was rude and was only complaining about how the store was closing at 6:30, like, is it going to take you 30min to make a cappuccino?? The store was literally empty and there was another employee behind her. Her thing is definitely not customer service and she should not be allowed near customers. Her attitude was beyond rude making faces and complaining.Save yourself some time and go somewhere else, thankfully there’s plenty of Starbucks.

I placed an online order on the morning of 5.5.23. I walked in and stood next to the counter designated for mobil pickups and was NEVER acknowledged. At least 4 employees walked around the area busying themselves with tasks but no one asked if I needed help. After standing there for more than a few minutes I had to ask someone to help me, as I had been standing there for a while. There is no excuse for service this poor and I have never, ever seen a Starbucks operate like this!

My husband and I went to Starbucks as usual to buy coffee, but before that we wanted to go to the toilet, there was a password in the toilet, we went up to the employee to find out the password, since we really wanted to go to the toilet, and then place an order, to which the employee answered us, you don’t can go to the toilet if you didn’t make an order, we told the employee that we would make an order, but we really need to go to the toilet, to which the employee told us to first make an order, and then go to the toilet, in a rude manner, we went and made an order and They opened the toilet for us, this is the first time I have encountered such disrespect for customers in the Starbucks network! I almost peed myself while standing in line to place an order! But what would the situation be like if I came in with a child?! (employee name Cheryl)

Everyone that works here is so sweet, especially Ryan and Bri. There are 3 locations within walking distance from my house but I drive the 20 minutes to come here specifically because of the great service and how personable the staff are. It makes my day everytime I stop by on my way to work. I would rate it 10 stars if I could!

A new guy was training and was receiving little to no oversight as he stumbled through making my drink. The other two women working werent paying much attention to him except when he expressly said he had no idea what to do. On job training means training received on site rather than watching videos or equivalent typically. What exactly do companies think dropping a kid into a job sans training will accomplish? Zero retention? Ya probably. High turn over a problem? Check out the culture.

This is my third time here and the service is poor. They are very slow at taking orders. Instead of one person taking orders and the other one brewing, its one customer at a time. Finally when I did get my drink, the whip cream was missing, which is sometimes what makes the damn drink. Not only was the whip cream missing but it was 3/4 full as if it did need the whip cream.They do make the drinks fast and they are super polite but the pace and precision of the service is definitely lacking.

Its a Starbucks so their drinks are the same across the board. Theres some comfy seating and tables with outlets for computers and phone charging, and there is outdoor seating but its limited. There also vagrants that haunt the plaza and use the bathroom so theres that too. The staff is friendly and usually attentive. I wouldnt say the service is prompt, theres a slight casual nature among the staff that should be replaced with a sense of urgency. They probably dont do the volume of business that the commuter located shops do so they dont really slam out orders at this location. If its your day off or you have a casual date/meet-up then youll probably be satisfied with this location; if youre in a hurry or on break then youll probably be frustrated. 4/5 stars, if they upped their urgency, accuracy, and professionalism theyd be a 5/5 star location.

Every time Bakers Dozen Monday comes around at Noahs Bagels, first we choose our favorites then head over to the Starbucks right around the bend. The baristas there are always friendly and helpful and theres lots of places to sit. I tried the pistachio latte with coconut milk and a spinach feta wrap. Hot and delicious! Then Im set for the day.

I had to give this starbucks a rating because they are absolutely wonderful! Great environment, they are patient, and fulfill the customers needs. I came here to study and they go around offering you samples of their goods every now and then for FREE. Also, they gave me coffee ground sample along with a purchase. Service staff is personable. I ordered coffee with oatmilk and a little honey. Tasted like mud and someone had added paint thinner to it. Hardly any oatmilk in it. Waited so long for it to be brewed that when I brought it out to the car so I could run more errands I did not have time to return to Starbucks to resolve this issue. Frustrating. I called the store. After 8 rings no onen answered the phone. Over the last 20 years Starbucks has not figured out how to brew a simple good cup of coffee. Not worth the $2.25 I paid for it.

If you want just a basic coffee STAY AWAY FROM STARBUCKS! They hate you. Im talking Pike Place coffee where all they have to do is pour into a cup and place a lid and hand it to you. Instead you will have to wait 20 minutes while they make all the complicated drinks from the people that ordered after you. The 2 pumps of this 1 shot of that. Those drinks will be out ahead of you. Because they hate you. This is a normalcy at all Starbucks.

I am a picky guy, and for me most starbucks dont always get my Black & White Mocha right. Always to much milk, or not enough of something. However this Starbucks made one of the best Black & White Mochas I have ever had. And it seems to be something they keep up on all drinks i have ordered. I plan to make this my go to store. Theyd didnt have French roast so I settled for something else. They cant sell a half pound but was offered a half pound at the pound price. I needed coarse grind for a percolator. The coffee was partly coarse, mostly medium grind with about 5% espresso powder. I was told that the grinder was set on its most coarse setting. I complained and got a free drink card for my next visit whenever THAT is.

They discriminated on me with my legal esa service dog. This happened a few years ago but I will never forget the trauma it caused me! They belittled me publicly and didnt believe my dog had a license. The manager demanded to see my papers which is against the law. You can only see the actual tag and ask what duties the dog performs. I complained to the corporate office and they fired the manager and employees who did this to me. The next thing that happened was awful. I got stalked by the ex managers brother in my apartment complex and also down at ancil hoffman park by the river. He was shooting bottle rockets in my direction. It was really scary. I think they thought I was going to file a lawsuit, which I almost did but I was really terrorized by the brother and afraid of some more stalking and feared for my life. I will never go to any starbucks ever again. I cut up my card. Dutch Brothers is way better. Their chocolate is superior.

I give three stars only because it isnt the same, or it is not like most of the others. I really dont know why. its seems really exposed in there. it is warmer too. they do have a lot of outlets! To plug in your devises. this is what made starbucks! The hangout of coffee shops! Theyre hidden these ones, these outlets! They blend in with colors, the trimming of the window panels, are painted with a thick several coats of dark dark brown, the oulet covers r coated with the same paint! u literally have to look. also under the table tops they have a floor strip mantled right beneath the counter tops and it takes crawling and bending over to plug in the adapters... why is it placed under the side table next to the recliners. just hidden enough that when you walk in you cant spot them right away...you have to do yoga exercises, and poses to find them and have 20-20 vision. Okay, okay, Im over exaggerating, trust me I pay my internet bill I dont need no free Wi-Fi okay! Im not into that anymore...I am recovered free Wi-Fiaholic! almost 2 years now. stream and surfer!

There was only half and half, not the usual array of cream choices youd expect, only regular sugar and Splenda, not the array of sweetener choices you expect.
