I ordered before 4 people it they made the four people drink that contained two or more drinks per an order. I simply order one drink I patiently waited and asked about my drink the barista couldn’t even look at me and answer he was working on my drink or not. The cashier just says I’ll help you and the barista with anger just tosses my drink on the side bar. The drink I ordered wasn’t even done right they added another flavor of cold foam. The worst part is when we walked out the barista and the cashier started talking about us to the customers inside they just kept looking at us. When we were never rude just tried to communicate with the barista and cashier and for some reason they couldn’t do so properly back. Anyways last time I order a drink from here it was a horrible experience what we experience they are rude, they do your drink whenever is convenient for them, and the drinks don’t taste the same as other Starbucks. Not sure why they should be disrespectful and different, so good luck to anyone purchasing a drink from here hope this never happens to you :)

I was walking by with a friend and saw how the people at Starbucks were already cleaning even though it was 9:33 and they close at 10pm. 30 minutes earlier is crazy but we walked away out of respect anyway. Then we turn around because we hear a door being tapped and this girl is at the Starbucks door asking if it’s closed and pointing at the door. The guy at the register full on flirts with her with a hand gesture and a smirk. He lets her right in so we assumed that we could walk in too. We get close to the door and it’s me and my friend (guy) and they make hand gestures to leave. Seems like they only let lonely girls inside for whatever reason. It was still not 10pm though, they closed way too early and that’s an absolute disgrace. I know people who work at Panda Express and their customer service is amazing. They close at the exact time they have to close and even let customers later even though they must be tired from working all day but they are not lazy like these Starbucks people. Full on getting discriminated out here because that’s what happened no? A girl was let in but I wasn’t. Why wasn’t I allowed in? It wasn’t closed yet so it’s just really annoying that we are getting treated with differences. If they were so lazy then dont let that girl in either so it’s even or let us both in.

No seating. All the seats were closed off. They have supplies and so forth stacked where people could be standing. It was a zoo this morning. The floors were dirty. Staff was nice.Wouldn’t have sucked as bad if the other Starbucks down the street didn’t have the cafe closed. What’s up Starbucks? No love in west Chula?

The service was subpar; they seemed inexperienced in drink preparation and displayed a rather unpleasant attitude. Upon entering, I requested my drinks and received only one from the girl behind the counter. When I mentioned that I had ordered two, she curtly replied, I only have one hand. Having worked in the service industry for years, I believe its crucial for professionals in this field to exhibit higher standards, especially in the current times.

I would not advice any person of color to go to this Starbucks. You will be served last. Unfriendly workers. My worker came last after all customers who came after got theirs and I was the only customer left in the store. When I asked my order was last, the server with a disrespectful attitude told me, “ I go by the sticker!” Whatever that was supposed to mean!!

Pretty sure the entire staff is new but everytime i come in something is wrong with my order. came in for a mobile order pick up, theres about 4-5 making drinks and no one helping until you say something. ordered the two vegetarian options and i only checked the label which was correct and by the time i got to my work (i was already late at this point cause of waiting) they gave me one with bacon. im a vegetarian.

I’m sure this doesn’t happen all the time, but the store was robbed while a few customers (including myself) were ordering our drinks. The staff (2 women) handled it very well and managed to get our drinks and simultaneously call 911. I won’t be going back for safety reasons, but good luck to them!

Ordered an iced coffee with mocha drizzle.and barista Nathan was really rude I had to ask him 3 types for my order and he kept ignoring me! I said good morning I said hello he never looked up at me ! I do not like to leave negative comments on google, but today was just ridiculous. I went to Starbucks and got my usual order, my cup was not even half of the vanilla sweet cream I ask for. Last time I came I got into an argument with this girl; she is short, dark hair, I can not remember her name but she was just arguing with me in regards of the amount of vanilla sweet cream I wanted since the barley put any in my coffee, best believe I will not give away my money anymore, if you do not like your job or if it is coming out of your pocket I get it but her professionalism was not there. Never coming here again, for me it was just convenience since I work down the street but oh well.

We ordered via Phone app and picked up our coffee At this location appears that this Starbucks is set up only for to-go. My wife and I badly needed to use the restroom but the door was blocked. I asked if I could use the restroom. I was told its for employees only. I spoke to manager Maria in vain. I was not given access to the restroom. I have not seen this happen to me at any of the other Starbucks. Shame on you Maria, that is not good customer service.

What can you say about Starbucks accept delicious coffee and delicious iced drinks both hot and cold whatever you get from them is real good and yes all of them are handicap accessible that Ive run across so far with handicap parking close by outside the front door. Update: Starbucks issued a formal apology to me. As far as I am concerned, issue is closed between me and Starbucks. They promised to deal with the location internally.Today around 7pm 04/08/2021, I went to the store in Chula Vista Mall in Chula Vista California. When I walked in to the store I forgot the put my mask on and I put my face mask inside the store. The clerk behind the counter started scolding and schooling me. I acknowledged that I was wrong, however, the Starbucks I know is famous for courtesy and de-escalating the situation. This prompted another barista named Leon to jump into the conversation and refused to serve me while running his mouth like a machine gun. Both of them literally ganged on me when i reminded them I was from Seattle and I was very accustomed to an excellent service, not argumentative and hostile attitude. I left the store before they asked me to leave but I informed them that I would be bringing this incident into the attention of the corporate. This event made especially Leo more hostile and he was yelling at. I did not raise my voice to neither of them and I was very courteous but very disappointed. As we all know, if I really need a bad attitude, I could go to a 7-11. Furthermore 150ft away, there is a Panera bread that I could patronize. Looks like this group of employees slept during the customer service training. You can review the store security video to confirm my statement. Summary, it was a truly bad experience.

This is a small Starbucks, yet the employees are very nice and friendly. They are following the Covid-19 protocols and its always nice to stop by and get a quick bite to eat or coffee. There is no inside eating in yet, but you can eat at their small patio. There are handicap spots and it is handicap friendly. No drive thru. My recommendation is to download the app and eat out in the mall the are a lot of open areas in the mall to sit at.

It takes forever, they are super slow. Ive waited 10 minutes inside the store and there was no one in line when I arrived I was literally the only person at the counter and it took 10 minutes! The only reason I received my order then was because I complained. I started going inside because the drive thru is SO BAD! I waited in line at the drive thru 30 minutes and I was 4th in line - this happened many times which is why I thought I would start walking in 😂 they suck! BUT theres another Starbucks just down the street, but no drive thru, and that staff is super polite, they work hard to make sure their customers dont have to wait anymore than necessary- I think they understand we have jobs to go to. Its in the Chula Vista center I order in route and they greet me by my name and say good morning ( they do that even when I walk in to order) they remember what I drink, I cant say enough this group ROCKS!

Horrible barista, I asked for vanilla bean banana blended with caramel and had to return the drink twice. One for no banana in it and the other for being half water on top and after that she still told me that there is no caramel because I was not charged for it even though it shows on my receipt and the sticker on the cup itself. Happened twice already, never coming back to this starbucks.

I walk in and immediately see a adorable pooch waiting at the counter with his guardian. Coffee and critters, always a good combo. The Barista was entergetic and fun, service was fast and the temp was refreshingly cool for a warn day. Clean, good reggae music playing..lots of outside seating . parking is at the mall so depending on time can be hard, but expect a short walk on busy times.
