I live in Escondido and work in Escondido. I can easily drive to 4 Starbucks on my commute and have tried multiple locations. This one by far is the best one. Always, always friendly I love the staff. They are consistently accurate with my order, fast, reliable, and keep the space clean. Today they especially made my day and I just had to give them some praise.

The kids here have extremely bad service and attitude. I asked for extra inclusions (which i know are extra) and they treat me as if I asked for my order for free.The drink also tasted water down and look water downed more then other places. Theres others starbucks close by with better service and drinks no need to be treated bad, especially after work when youre just trying to decompress and go home.

Ordered a drink I frequently get. Not only was it not stirred, the syrup being thick and chunky at the bottom, but when I asked for a straw to stir it, I was told they ran out despite the fact that I was staring right at the full container right behind the counter. When I asked them to shake, stir, or remake it, I was told by an employee “none of us here have time for that”. Absolute worst Starbucks around. On top of everything, I was told that they substituted regular milk when I ordered oat milk. I’m lactose intolerant. Had to dump it down the drain. Don’t come to this Starbucks if you want your correct drink, if you have allergies, or if you want decent coffee. They don’t care about anything at this branch. It’s the absolute worst and a waste of money. Starbucks isn’t cheap already and to be told all this and treated like that is disappointing.

Disappointed from this branch when i Bought 2 grande of honey citrus mint tea.. when it was handed to me, i was like.. hold on wheres the tea bag paper that is usually hanging outside? They usually serve it with two cups, but it didnt. Did i order it right?.. and i found out, the whole tea bags including that little paper are all inside. In one cup maybe? But i bought 2! And those two are having 2 tea bags each. Really? What a Sloppy Job! Lazy? or lack of training?. Didnt encounter this service from other branches.. only in your branch!

Once again...they closed early on Sunday 12/3/23. It is frustrating when one walks to the Starbucks in his area to do some work, and they close despite it stating online it is open. The manager needs to plan for sufficient staffing accordingly. Customers should be forewarned of this closing issue which has happened multiple times based on my experience. Plus, the server voided my transaction when I canceled the purchase and did not refund my cash payment. 😑

Great location, easy access, and plenty of parking. The staffs are always nice, efficient, and friendly. Coffee here taste great (not every Starbucks has great coffee). I WISH for only one thing: Honey! Highly recommend Honey as it tastes better than sugar in my humble opinion. Staffs: Please put some honey at the condiment area. Thanks.

Really nice people and always clean and neat and orderly. Tons of indoor seating! So much space! Baristas are always happy to see you and every drink I’ve had has been perfect. Clean restrooms are a big bonus. And lots of easy parking. No power outlets on the walls sucks.This location is my bi-weekly multi-hour hangout spot with my best friend and each and every time we are able to get a nice quiet table and pass a few hours with no interruptions or unpleasant experiences! Highly recommend this Starbucks!

The only power outlets are at the high center table. Other tables have a blank electrical plate but no outlet. This new building was built in 2018. Clearly, Starbucks is sending a message to customers to not overstay their welcome if they are here to be on their devices for extended periods.

Handed order before I paid even though I tried giving my payment to the employee when they opened the window. I was ignored and forced to handle the order. Next when I payed I asked to use my stars and I was ignored a second time. I had to say EXCUSE ME very loud for the employee to snap out of her robotic way of acting. So damn rude.

One person can make a difference in a place of business. My heart goes out to baristas, they get yelled at, lied to and it’s nonstop usually. However, being accused of grabbing the wrong drink, upset me and the place was empty and no one said she was wrong or corrected her.- One, I can not possibly grab the wrong drink thru a drive up window. It’s handed to you. My daughter said it’s fine, I’ll try to drink it. I didn’t pay for that, I’m going in.- No one was in this place, empty. 2 people standing along the work station. The barista who took our order was awesome! Kind, friendly and patient.- Finally someone comes up to me.. 4 baristas total.. not including the barista taking drive thru orders. One came up, I can see our drink, I said it happens, but I was handed the wrong drink.——The Barista with attitude, who chose not to come up and help me said, That’s what happens when you grab the wrong drink.”——-My response, “I didn’t reach thru the window to grab it, it was handed to me and my daughter was going to deal with it.”No apologies from anyone. My venti drink was handed to me and the grande was given back. But it was not even made correctly, there was no vanilla syrup in it. So either way, Garbage. Our other drinks didn’t even have the extra shot that we paid for. When you know, you know.

This is my favorite location. The baristas are sincerely friendly and provide great customer service! I special order my coffee (swap milk, extra shot etc.) each time I order and they always do a superb job! I always add cold foam and its always a thick foam, unlike my experience elsewhere when its been a whiff of foam that dissolves as soon as you take your first drink.

One star Is just for the girl working around 1:52 pm today and gave me my order.She has two big chunks of hair in her face. Her attitude was really poor quality customer service. I come here everyday for over a year and spend between 12-20$ a day. Loyal customers should be treated with care. Hope you get over whatever is bothering you and treat me with respect next time. Have a beautiful attitude not a ugly one please.

The service was very slow and the dining room was freezing cold - not a pleasant experience. Service can be speeded up by having one person empty the trash instead of three when customers are waiting as long as we did. No business model supports having a committee empty the trash ever!

Its a pretty new location which is perfect for the wife. My recent visit I give 5 stars, when I arrived it was a long line of course and thought great gonna be here for a while.However that was not the case, the cashier in the drive was on his game as well as the rest of the staff and got the line down super fast. Friendly, correct order and fast.Well be back.

Sad to give them a bad rating but the coffee order was not what I ordered. They did get the size correct and ice coffee. After that it was wrong. Asked for liquid sugar. Milk and raspberry flavor. They were friendly and did add some milk since you can tell it wasnt added. After I drove away and tasted it the rest was missing.

Theyre finally starting to keep the music at a level that my ears can stand! And to where Im not yelling so my friends can hear me. Shop is pretty clean. Staff goes out of their way to assist me with opening the door for me because Im in a power wheelchair. Kudos to them! I am so appreciative of the staff. Now, if they can fix the one problem I have outside, ID BE SO GRATEFUL!!!That is: Put a trash can outside, PLEASE!!! It is so hard for me to open the door to get back in just to throw my trash away. I have been asking for STARBUCKS to do this for years! WHY HAVE YOU NOT DONE THIS? Pease answer...

It was one of my saved items on my saved list. Even though the cashier did catch the r in my name, it was a mishap since I was wearing a mask. Worst Starbucks experience ever! I go to Starbucks everyday to a lot of different locations all over North County Ive never had to wait 15 minutes for a coffee they normally just give it to you at the counter because its not a custom drink. This location didnt, and I had to go and complain after 15 minutes to get my coffee. I should have asked for a refund and got my tip back!

I’m not a fan of leaving bad feedback unless I didn’t have the opportunity to talk to someone in person or over the phone. I called the store phone number posted on website with no luck. I tried several times and finally I gave up. I’d like to think Starbucks would have a better customer feedback line that would be available anytime for customer feedback. It’s frustrating to be in a long drive thru line, in morning rush hour and receive the wrong orders. There’s no time to drive back.

This Starbucks always has consistent coffee. The staff is always great and the drive thru line moves at a pretty good pace. However this time no fault of Starbucks the lady in front of me stopped a mile away from the car in front of her and didnt really allow the other cars to order as fast as Id prefer but after that little set back I was very satisfied with my coffee.

I used to love this Starbucks before they moved.. the employees were always so friendly and made you feel welcome. Now.... Not so much. One of the baristas that helped me today was quite rude. I politely asked for a refill for my tea, and she said Im sorry refills are only valid for an hour after you order your drink., to which I replied I had only ordered my drink about 20 mins earlier. She went ahead & refilled it but I feel the whole encounter was just rude. I can only assume that because I had a backpack & a bag at my table she assumed I was homeless, had been there for hours & wanted me out. Girl definitely needs some customer service lessons!! Only upside to this visit was my drink was very good, so Im giving this place an extra star for that.

This is by far my wifes favorite Starbucks, and the one she prefers I get our drinks at. Mobile ordering is great! I order it from my house, drive over pick it up, and return home. My wife gets nice hot coffee (or iced on occasion) and I dont have to wait in line. On the rare occasion there is an issue, they have fixed every error with our orders quickly and politely and have even let me keep the drink if they made it in the wrong size. Thats what I call amazing customer service. Props to the whole team here!

Im a paying customer here within business hours, but they chose to discriminate against me and turn me away because they were lazy and didnt care about a 50¢ upsale! If you see this review, DO NOT support this Starbucks! As a fellow business owner I work incredibly hard to serve my clients, even outside of 9-5. This place is awesome and is much bigger than most Starbucks Ive been too. A lot more parking than most Starbucks as well. The route to the drive-thru blocks the entryway a little, so try and avoid that. Order ahead

WOW! Amazing transformation from the old location. And finally, someone that designed a drive-thru actually thought ahead about larger vehicles needing to get through, so dont worry if you have a big truck...you will fit. Much larger layout with charging ports and plugs all around. Great Job!

I really like this new place. Everyone was very nice. Tables are great. I also noticed that the outlets around the perimeter are closed. The high bar with stools has many outlets to accomodate. The atmosphere was pleasant. Somehow I didnt hear the sounds from drive-thru so that was great. Baristas have a bar designated for the drive through and another for the cafe. Seemed like all wad great. I will be visiting frequently so I may update my review later. The only thing I would add to several Starbucks would be a couch or comfy chairs for those days when kicking back and relaxing with conversation and espresso would be desired.

Its a Starbucks, so coffee is consistent with what youd expect, however... On this occasion today their food display case was covered with small flies inside it. I also noticed these same flies flying around inside the rest of the establishment with employees shooing them away from prep areas. When I asked them about it the employees gave some lame excuse about how they dont actually serve any food from the display case and they couldnt do anything about the it. Im sorry, but Ive been going to Starbucks all over the place for years and I have never seen flies in the food display cases or seen such a lack of care for a place of business or customer health.

I have been going to this Starbucks for over 6 month have not had an issue with any employee till yesterday early Thanksgiving morning. I fully understand that there are moment where customers can get a little out of hand with the employees -people need their caffeine as soon as possible. However, what went on yesterday is attitude that was extremely not necessary. I went through the drive-thru and I stated my order unfortunately the employee by the name of Mo didnt hear me the first time, I repeated it and had to break it down because she wasnt hearing me and I actually tried something new and added some changes to my usual order and when I told her she sighed very loudly to the point where the person I had on the phone heard her too and stated alright let me see if I can find it. I honestly didnt know what that meant. Once I arrived at the window paid for my drink I realized that my drink was actually the wrong size and when I told her she stated well I charged you for a grande and just looked at me. I honestly wasnt in the mood to argue or call her out for her terrible service from the beginning, I understand working on a holiday can be unfortunate I myself was going to be starting a 12 hr shortly so that is why I simply stated ok and drove off. I do believe she should be talked to because making an error in charge and not apologizing with attitude isnt necessary.

Daniel saved my life today. I nearly went into cardiac arrest when a spider crawled in my car from the window while I was in the drive through. He came to the drive through and drove my care out of the drive through while the spider was in my car. He found the spider and took care of it. Bless him

Not about the restaurant itself, but two of the workers closing tonight were extremely rude. I was there as a customer just a few minutes before closing, after leaving and driving back home, I realized that I might have left something valuable to me in the bathroom. I drove back and they were closed. However, a guy and a girl were still in there and i tried to get there attention through the glass and all they would do is give me rude looks, shake their head, laugh, roll their eyes and walk away. All I wanted to ask is if they could tell me if anything was left in there and they refused to listen to anything I would say even after I asked the girl if she would just talk to me for a second. As a waitress in a restaurant, i find this annoyingly rude to look at a CUSTOMER like im stupid (especially when I was there just 10 minutes before). I wasnt asking for coffee, i wasnt asking to go inside, all i wanted to ask them is if they could check the bathroom for me and they didnt even have the slightest generosity to listen to me. They chose to be immature and rude and to completely ignore me.

New location is.. LOUD LOUD LOUD!!! They moved this SB into a new building with a drive thru, and its miserable inside. It has a sterile feeling like a warehouse, and the acoustics are so bad. Barista couldnt hear my order.. kept keying it in wrong. Lady next to me said she was planning on eating there but was leaving because she was getting a headache from the noise.I wont be back.. I walked in to Starbucks this morning. Worst customer service ever. 6 baristas were all talking and laughing ignoring the fact i had walk in. NO GOOD MORNING. Just six long faces acting overwhelmed. So after waving to them. They took my order. One Venti drink and one chocolate croissant. I was short 40cents from breaking a 100 dollar bill. They refused to serve me due to this fact. Sorry no change. Its 9am its been open since 5am. They have change. They felt they didnt have to help me because to my BENJAMIN(100) BILL but yet they offer me a free shot of espresso. The employees CARE about your order - if it’s not right, they’ll make it right - I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years, old and new location - super friendly service and you just need to have a little patience when ordering inside - if you ever notice, all the baristas are always busy - no one is ever just standing there doing nothing- our drinks aren’t easy to make and it’s their job and you can tell they take pride in what they do - be nice to your baristas even if it takes a little longer or it’s not made exactly correct - they are doing their best to please us 😇👏😎
