After this review, I was contacted by Starbucks management and they were able to rectify and give me the points I would’ve earned if I went to Starbucks that does grant points. It’s amazing that there are Starbucks out there whether they’re in a brick and mortar or in a market they should all be able to give you points because it should be the same company should be the same across the board for everything.Don’t bother going to the Starbucks in Vons in Moorpark if you want to earn points on your Starbucks app. They scan your barcode but they don’t tell you until it’s too late that you won’t be earning any points at that location. what’s the purpose of them scanning a barcode on your phone app if you can’t accrue points.??!!

I’ve been going here about twice a week for a little over a year now and I gotta say I really like it! The employees even remember my name and what I get because I come here so often! The prices while a little expensive are totally doable and the quality of the food and drinks are really good! They take the time to make sure my drinks are dairy and wheat free which is reassuring because I have allergies to dairy and wheat. They are helpful friendly employees for the most part! And most of the time I haven’t run into many issues! The only bad thing is that the lines are super long. Which can be a deal breaker if you are tight on time.

I went in this morning for a quick breakfast while my house was being worked on and was witness to the three employees working there talking bad about another employee. Now workplace conversation is understandable but talking bad about someone else working in the establishment while around customers is extremely unprofessional and rude and certainly diminished my experience. I would like management to discuss with them appropriate workplace discussions, and not airing out dirty laundry in the presence of paying customers

I will go out of my way to come to this Starbucks specifically for the amazing energy from the employees! Definitely gives it the neighborhood feeling. Every employee has been nothing but friendly but I have to say Richard goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and make sure you get exactly what you want and need! Wouldnt be the same with out his energy! You cant walk out with out having a smile on your face and a positive attitude (no matter how early it is) about starting your day!

Employees are so rude ...I go to that Starbucks 3 times a week and for 2 years always rude. The drive to spring location is worth it.

The staff is awesome! They know my drink order, and my name! Sandra and Andrea are so friendly, they always make my family and I feel welcome and they are very sweet to my baby. I only go to this Starbucks!

It may be a Starbucks kiosk but it is single handedly the best Starbucks in Ventura County. Christine, Rachel, Brea, and the entire barista staff gives amazing and friendly service. And when they make the drinks, the drinks have a flavor. Ive been to some Starbucks where the drinks taste overly watered down and flavorless. At this location, you are going to get 5 star drinks and that explode with taste. If you are in the area and need coffee, stop on over. Its inside Vons off of Tierra Rejada and it is amazing!

This is a sweet little spot. They had everything you have come to expect from a Starbucks: sweet treats, tasty and strong coffee and fast service. This one has nice seating and cool staff.

A good version of an on-stream Starbucks. Really quick service from friendly staff. As is common with these small outlets theres only room for a dozen people sitting at a mixture of high stools and normal chairs.

Its a Starbucks... In a grocery store... If you like their coffee and you happen to be on this side of town, youll get what you expect. Theyre the McDonalds of coffee establishments. And like McDonalds, its pretty much the same everywhere you go (except maybe Vegas where youll likely encounter a slot machine or three).
