I used to come here all the time because I work down the street. I dont visit here often anymore. My drinks were often messed up and theyre too busy to fix it correctly. If you have easy drink orders you should be good at this place. They also turn off mobile ordering often.

Mark my words this store will go down hill fast ! because this store used to a very great place to go ! Dude Telling other female employees what to do or instructing them but is not polite & doesnt know the product (drinks) store offers as well as not polite with his very somber expression.

The baristas are kind and service was fast.(It was quite busy too.) A gentleman came in and appeared to be a regular (lonely/unhoused person) They were especially kind and patient with him. They continued to work while treating him with dignity.

The drink I ordered was good but the one my cousin got was supposed to be a venti and instead it looked like half of it was the drink and the rest was full of whipped cream. When a cold drink gets whipped cream unless specified the whip cream should only be above the rim not below the indicated lines on the cups. The restroom was disgusting as you can see in the pictures. What happened to the clean the restroom or give it fleshing up every 15 minutes policy? No toilet seat covers, the toilet paper clearly had not been replace since probably opening and the sink....wow. Why are pricess going up but quality and service going downhill? Doesnt make sense.

In all fairness Im rating this based on how I know this place was... Before the pandemic the place was recently remodeled and they had great tables and a great communal bench table. It was all taken out to make way for social distancing which made sense. Now it looks kind of barren and not that great. Wish the old set up could come back. Otherwise its still great service and food as its always been.

Came in for a quick cup of coffee and found that 1) they have reverted to the pandemic habit of pouring cream and sugar and what not for you. 2) the coffee was weak..barely colored water..had stronger instant coffee than what I was served. For a place in a more upscale neighborhood, I wouldve expected better

Great Starbucks, they were especially careful of not overcharging for steamed milk on the side for a child. Best drip coffee that Ive had in any Starbucks in San Francisco. Highly recommend while strolling through West Portal.

Best Starbucks Ive worked at in SF atmosphere wise. Both 19th locations have better seating, but are worse in every other aspect. Open til 8 is very helpful. Lack of accessible parking in the area (one spot which is always filled) but the entrance is accessible. Tables could be better but I could manage as a manual wheelchair user.

Worst Starbucks ever!!!! You order ahead and you still have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get your drink. There are plenty of baristas working and still you wait. I hate coming here.

Kicked everyone out with a window of half an hour citing that they have decided to start closing at 10 on Sundays. Thats what everyone goes to a coffeeshop for... Surprises! Not cool.
