I was in the drive through line for 15 minutes and only 2 cars moved during that time, I FINALLY got to the ordering speaker and wanted to order the BOGO which ends at 6pm, it was 5:46at the time I wanted to order, wouldve been earlier if they werent so slow with their service......anyway, the order taker told me at 5:46 that it would be too late to order the BOGO......meaning 4 cars ahead of me were going to take 15 minutes to get their drinks???? Unexceptable service!! So then I park and go inside, and am able to order my BOGO drinks, but they are still veryyyyyy slow 🐌 Oh, and it took over 35 minutes in total, to get 2 drinks and some egg white bites!! Also, they couldnt even get the size of the drink correct!!!! Should it be this hard to get some coffee????

There was a deal in starbucks app 4 for $20. When we got to the window, I realized I didnt mention the deal. Initially I was charged full price. So I brought to the young ladys attention. They helped me right away, but the staff charged my card twice and one return resulting in an extra charge. One of the women at the window suggested next time I mention the deal ahead of time. I firmly believe the staff should also be informed of the deals, but also mention it themselves, and be a little bit more courteous to people. I had to call Starbucks to get my money back. I believe the employees should be aware of the deals in the app and also be a little bit nicer at this location. The staff could also use more training on credits back to customers. The order was complete and great.

I would not recommend this location. I am almost 40 years old and I have been to many, many Starbucks in my lifetime. Never have I had a bad experience such as this. The girls here have a very bad attitude. They do not speak to you, nor do they say thank you and they do not wish you farewell. One of the girls rolled her eyes because I asked for a cup of ice water; I am not sure why. These people are miserable and make you don’t ever want to go back to Starbucks because the atmosphere is changing. From past experiences, Starbucks workers were always pleasant, welcoming and helpful. They were like the Chik Fila workers of the drink world. Never again!

Consistently Slow service . Starbucks on 149th is my last option when I am out of time to drive elsewhere. The reason for that is the slow, slow service.Todayeven on a day,with not many customers. I waited 15 minutes for a drive-thru for a standard drip coffee.. nothing that required preparation... while I waited at the window, I noticed the store was empty inside. ..and still 15 minutes to be handed a plain coffee.

On my vacation [February 9 to 13, 2024] I visited this place every morning and I have no complaints about anything. I loved it and will return on my next trip to Hawthorne. Im from Costa Rica 🇨🇷.

Stopped here for the first time and I loved how sweet all the baristas are.Was very hectic but they communicated well with me. Never made me feel like I was stranded, Nick took my order and he was very patient with me even tho it was hectic.Totally recommend you to stop in this Starbucks

I love slStarbucks. But, this location is always packed. Nothing wrong with this. However, the drive-thru line is always very slow to move. Parking not great. Since the drive-thru affects the parking on both sides.I will give more stars when the service gets better.

This is first time I’ve ever left a bad review for a business, but it’s necessary. I’ve never experienced a coffee shop with such a bad vibe before. I’m staying in the neighborhood for a few weeks visiting family, I’m walking distance to this location, and have gone 4 times this past week for sheer convenient coffee. Every time I’ve gone in I’ve had a shockingly off putting experience. I will not return after today. Never once has the staff greeted me, they all seem miserable and resentful of their customers. On my first visit, I ordered at the counter. The barista charged me for all sorts of add ons for foam and sweetener that I did not ask for. I could tell that the price sounded high, so when she asked if I wanted a receipt I said yes. I pointed out the extra charges and told her I was confused why she charged me for all these things I didn’t order. She rolled her eyes, didn’t apologize, and said she’d give me a refund for the extra $2 charge. To be honest I was surprised her manager didn’t refund the whole drink, but I let it go and didn’t comment, I took the $2 refund and left. On my next few visits, I ordered from the app and waited by the pick up counter for way too long before anyone would acknowledge me. Not only was I never greeted, but this staff actively avoids eye contact. On today’s visit, I placed an order with a pickup time of 630am. I arrived a little late, at 634am. The drive through was busy, but the lobby door was locked. I could see 5 employees inside, 2 of them were working. I awkwardly stood there waving for a minute. No one would look at me. I awkwardly knocked on the door and one employee looked at me, I think she was the manager. She ignored me and looked down. Then 3 other employees looked at me and turned around to ignore me too. I knocked again. The manager pointed to the drive through line. So I said through the closed door, I walked here and ordered through the app. She said something to the staff. A few seconds later a different employee came to unlock the door. He was obviously annoyed, didn’t look at me once, and everyone inside made me feel completely unwelcome. I immediately said, “I’m sorry, I’m so confused. Are you guys only open for the drive through right now?” The manager glared at and addressed me as if I were her enemy #1 as she responded with, “the lobby opens at 630. We opened late today at 640.” That’s all she said. No apology, no have a nice day. The whole staff made me feel so gross and like I did something wrong. I’ve worked in hospitality, I was a bartender for years until 3 months ago. An hour later and I’m still scratching my head over how the staff at a coffee shop could leave such a terrible impression for no reason. I’m dumbfounded. The vibes here are straight up toxic and I’m better off feeding my coffee fix literally anywhere else other than here. I don’t recommend this location to anyone until they find new management. Went to the store for quick restroom stop. The restroom was not maintainced and had no toilet paper! When I let them know there was no toilet paper and messy they gave me an attitude and asked an employee to clean it. There is another restroom and these employees refuse to let me use it! Said it was employee only! Im sorry there is no employees only signage and no Starbucks I been too have ever had their own restrooms! These are for customers and such they should be accepted to enter a restroom if needed.Its dont end there! The guy to maintenance the restroom returned without washing his hands! There are like 5 people working and u cant stop to wash your hands! So gross!From the look of the location the boxes of ads and the cabinets doors open u can see the cleaning supplies and on the from counter there where employees information and aprons all over it boxes and used cups with water. This location has been one of the most unprofessional locations I have ever visited.Next time Ill post photos cause there is no reason any location should ever have employees information out on counters and no reason why employees are working without their aprons and washing their hand every time they are doing maintenance and handling money. Im sure no one ever mentioned anything like this cause I cant. Tell them been running this location badblyI called corporate and reported all of this. I hope of I ever returned or for other guests who attended should not experience this
