Just another Starbucks. The important difference is that it’s inside the South Coast Plaza mall where someone can enjoy it for a relaxing time out ✋🏿 from shopping 🛍️. The Blueberry warm scone was very delicious

Disappointing. This is one of the dirtiest Starbucks cafes I’ve ever been to. Paper eith intial was not taped well, abd they could have changed into minimalistic colors, based on their interior palette. If staff DID care about your experience, it would be provided with more enthusiasm and a wish to wipe of the dirt from the counters. I would not write that review, if the dirt wasn’t cleaned up for a day.The line was huge (about 20 people), however, there was only one cashier. Frapuccino and Espresso have tasted differently, than other Starbucks places. Cookie Crumble Frapuccino was too chocolate-y, and Espresso made with nespresso didnt have toppings. Seating area is small. Bunch of food is out of stock.

The drinks are not consistent, always taste different and this is coming from someone who order the same drink alwaysEvery single time I get my coffee they always take 15+ to get it done and many times not even call out the names and keep just adding drink over the counter.Today they took 30 min exactly for make one of my drinks.I do understand what is be short on staff but I pay for a service that I expect be at time.In general the workers are nice sometimes I can tell they are stress but I do not blame for it.I like this place but need to improveI been buying here for 8 months already and unfortunately still the same

I got the mocha cookie crumble and asked for no whip on the top for the bottom of the drink. However, they still added it and when I went to go ask for a remake all they did was scrape the top whip cream at the top and hand back the same drink. I also saw someone ask for a strawberry acai lemonade remake as the one they had just tasted like water. All they did was add more frozen strawberries and handed the same drink back to the person.

I ordered a Frappuccino here and I think it was pretty well made. The look of this Starbucks location is pretty good, but there isn’t much tables at this location for customers to sit.

I placed the mobile order. I waited more than 10 minutes longer than the scheduled completion time.I stood there for a long time at the pick-up area, but none of the employees cared.

I do not recommend coming here. Honestly my drink had to be remade twice. The first time it was remade, the person that remade my drink didnt even look at my drink to see what to do. Since I told her I ordered a vanilla latte and I couldnt taste the vanilla she just made a vanilla latte. I have sensitive teeth and am lactose intolerant. She gave me the normal temperature drink with 2% milk. The frother milk was basically on its way to a cappuccino. I had paid for blonde shots and did not get that on my remake. My S.O had to go to get it remade since I didnt want to seem rude. He did not know what I ordered so I wrote down the codes on the cup, since I work at a Starbucks, and she did not know her codes. He had to explain it to her and he does not work for a Starbucks. Its kind of ridiculous that someone is there to remake drinks and doesnt even know her codes. Stay away and go to another one. I wasnt the only one to complain in the span of 10 minutes either. Please go elsewhere. Also, my remake was still too frother for a latte. If you want a cappuccino instead of a latte then be my guest.

Everyone that likes coffee knows about Starbucks. This place is clean and they prepare your coffee quick :)

This location is inside South Coast Plaza. The best way to avoid the lines is to order ahead on the Starbucks app.
