Definitely not worth the $8.75!!Del taco gives more popping boba for cheaper. Sweetener needs to be added when ordering it’s bland or the employees don’t know how to make it.

When I ordered through drive thru they politely told me to speak up countless of times but I told them for the shaken espresso no foam but to fill to the rim and there like the milk already goes to the rim but I remembered few times I received it with so much room and wanted to confirm to the rim and my experiences with my drink, my drink tasted bitter and later noticed there was a literally a coffee bean in my drink, that’s that I only ordered 1 drink. LOVE this location! The Cafe is absolutely beautiful with French door windows that let out to their patio. Most of all, I LOVE the night, to be specific Midnight staff. ALL of them are so kind and pleasant and they put up with my questions ant that hour and sometimes questioning them and still the next day they prepare my order already knowing it. This Starbucks is huge inside!!! Not your typical crammed in coffee house waiting on top of each other for your order, but its roomy and relaxing all at the same time...Love this Starbucks and the customer service which made me feel like I walked on the sitcom of Cheers, Where everyone knows your name.

I always thought the food could have a better selection. BUT, I went there cuz McDonalds was packed and I wanted a mcflurry. Well I pulled up, and I explained to the girl (which was very sweet and helpful) that I was craving a cookie shake, and she made me a shake version of cookie crumble. But I wanted it literally w no coffee. She made me something SO MUCH BETTER THAN a mcflurry! I got so much more than I thought! I definitely will go back and get that drink again. Very pleased with my experience.

Starbucks Frap to the rescue on the this hot California day!There was a long line for the drive thru but it went by fairly quickly. The reason for my 4 stars is that the girl at the drive through window was multi tasking (which is fine!) but she left me waiting a few times. For example, she asked my for payment, I extended my card and she turned around to talk without grabbing my card or telling me she’d be back. It happened 3 times in my short visit, so I took notice.

This is my second time coming to this Starbucks location. My butter croissant isn’t warm up even though I ask to warm it up. I don’t know it’s standard to have more iced than the drink. I learn my mistakes always get lite iced or no iced at all.

Not only is it a really nice store, my drink is made perfectly every single time, and the employees are so nice! These are the nicest employees I have ever seen like anywhere! Theyre extremely polite, they really try their best with everything, they are super helpful, and I love that they say my name back to me after they ask for a name for the order. Its something that I noticed that other stores dont do. The food quality is just like any average Starbucks, but due to the attitude of the employees and the service, it feels like its much higher quality. I have never thought that I would feel so welcome in a Starbucks haha.

Just hit up the Magnolia Starbucks, and what great workers they have! Picked up a French toast Frappuccino (look for it) and they killed it! By the way, this was literally the only location within the Corona area that had both the cinnamon dolce topping AND the cinnamon dolce syrup.

First timer here used drive through thinking it was going to take a long time perfect to decide what to order as I wanted something new but nop a nice girl was outside already taking orders was kind enough to recommend as I asked for something new got a cafe late (my usual) but added toffee nut syrup (no idea that existed) and white mocha, right away I was already in the window paying and getting my drink! Awful just awful place to be after 3:30 on weekdays. This Starbucks closes their doors and lock out customers from the lobby because they can’t handle the crowd of kids from the high school. You have to go through drive thru but then they are slow. Manager needs help with quality and crowd control. Not fair to customers at all for the long wait and no access to lobby for people who don’t have cars and walked to the coffee shop. Lets talk about the wait for your items geezas it’s like waiting for the dead. It took them 15min for one chocolate croissant. No drinks no hard complicated order just one chocolate croissant. I’m usually happy leaving Starbucks but not this one.

I went through drive thru and they made my drink wrong so I decided to go inside to ask them to remake it because it had dairy milk and im lactose intolerant and it had whip when I said none since its dairy and it was missing my extra Carmel drizzles with my mom payed 1 dollar extra for.I go inside and a girl tells me to wait shell be right with me. Then some older lady worker comes up to me and said whats wrong. I told her politely that my drink doesnt have almond milk and im lactose intolerant and it has whip when I asked for no whip and its missing extra Carmel drizzle.Then she asked rudly did you say no whip cream and extra drizzle and I said yes I did and I even showed her the receipt. The lady then coldly ignores me and grabs the drink and slams it into the trash. Then she proceeds to yell at me for the whole cafe to hear and shes like what milk did you want and I said almond. Then she yells again saying extra Carmel and I said yes. Keep in mind I told the lady that at the beginning that it had no almond milk nor Carmel drizzle. So i wait and then another fellow custumer comes up to me and asks me if they helped me and I said yea thank you. She then asks was it a blonde white lady who helped you? and I told her yup. Then shes told me that the white lady was also very rude to her as wellThen the lady comes back without my frappe and she tells the other customer what do you need rudly and the customer told her back Im waiting for my bon bites and another employee pops her head and said there almost out and the white lady just looked at me and the other customer and goes back to doing my frappe. The customer tells me that I should go get my mom and I said its fine. Then the white lady comes back and slams my frapp down and just walked away. I felt very uncomfortable but the other customer just told me sorry about that sweetheart have a nice day.I was just left in shock. Ive never have had a rude encounter with a worker at this Starbucks ever. They are always so sweet but this is the first time Ive ever seen this lady but she had no reason to act like that. Im always very polite and I didnt give her attitude. :/

This is a great location very convenient. We were there today around 2:30 p.m. Usually customer service at any Starbucks is great but the girl at the drive through probably should be reassigned to another area to work. Very unfriendly. Bad attitude. No customer service skills for many reasons one trying to charge me twice for the same item. Apparently they changed the tea a little differently and do not add the same sweetener. Tasted like lemonade with no sugar. I will probably have to go back to a different location next time.

As much as I want to give a 4 star rating I can’t. I always have issues with my orders Starbucks seems to have lower standard on making drinks and to top it off there was a fly inside the case. Even though it’s only a display there is no reason to not care. We told one barista and she said it was OK! Because there are gaps in the case where the can go in. It’s OK everyone in a restaurant to have flies in the food regardless if it’s a display. Disappointing I worked for this company for a decade one of the best jobs I had and I can say the standards have gone down. Wanted to get a sandwich I changed my mind. I could go down on my rating however there are excellent baristas in this location I wish everyone had the same pride to work here

The drive thru is fantastic, quick accurate, friendly baristas the whole bit. I enjoy the small talk when waiting for a drink or food. The baristas are also efficient by having all ready at the window. The experience inside is also friendly. The only challenge is the organization of mobile and instore orders. There was confusion with the order at my visit. My drink went into the mobile order section. No big deal. The others around were also confused with where to stand and pick up their drinks. Overall a great experience.
