Incredible customer service. Veronica was soooo nice and brought my food fresh out the oven. You know the food is good when even the cheese is melted to crisp.

Slow service I have to drive up window. I waited 10 minutes to give my order once I got up to the order speaker.No wonder it took 30 minutes to get through line.

Your typical Starbucks. Open, clean, calm ambiance. Have only been here about 10 times but theyve always had my orders correct, and my daughters drinks tend to be more complicated than quantum physics

The staff is awesome! My wife left her purse there at 6:30am and did not discover it until we were over 6 hours away! I called and the manager Jenna had saved it and she took it to UPS to have it sent to me. She put me on the phone with the UPS person and we got it set to send to me overnight, and it arrived early. Thank you so much - great customer service!!!

This starbucks has the best customer service consistently making the best coffee and food. They do it with efficiency and speed. This store is very clean and the lines move so fast. Maddie is the kindest and understanding supervisor Ive ever seen. All staff set an example for other store to try to be as good. Thankyou great job. Don

Todays service=2 stars. Ordered venti chai tea latte, iced. Got iced latte. Yuk!! Lesson: taste it before you drive away. Barista who took my order was laughing at something else when she welcomed me. May have been distracted...who knows. My fault. Long day. Was hoping for a refreshment. Too tired to go back. Wont be driving through any time soon.

My only complaint for many of the Starbucks locations weve been to. Is this please know your customers are paying handsomely for their drink and also have discriminating taste. That said it is quite clear many locations do not sell large amounts of decaf beverages the tell is you let it sit so long it has a burnt taste. I Throw them out. Its gross and our money is wasted. Please be aware if how long products sit. You have industrial/professional grade machines means hotter elements to keep them hot. Please please know we love our favs and were in one of our stops up to 4x a week maybe more so this isnt a noncustomer making a bogus complaint. I really want my coffee which is always decaf to not be burnt or made like someones trying to raise a horde of dead. Anyway have a blessed day!

I never do reviews, but this morning I decided to. I had to wait 11 minutes for my sons tall hot chocolate this morning! People came and went and I still waited. Even a customer than came in after me got 2 drinks and a sandwich before me. She even made a comment to the lady that I was there first and her response was just, they’re busy. Probably just discrimination.. won’t be back.

My first time at this location. Not only did I have to repeat my order after the first time of saying it slowly for them, but my iced caramel macchiato was given to me with NO caramel at all in it!! I noticed when I got like a half mile down the road & had to go home and put my own caramel sauce it it. Bad experience, I won’t be going to this location again.

Unfortunately I had a poor experience at this location this morning, apparently they dont have blond roast before 11am and you cant simply order a pour over in the drive through, pay for it, and then walk into the store to pick it up. The response I got was we cant do pour-over orders through the drive thru, even if you pay and come into the store to wait/pick it up. So what I got from this is that Im expected to wait in the line for 10 minutes just to get out of the line, and then walk into the store to make my order because I cant simply order in the drive thru, even if I cant get my order in the drive thru. I come here all the time, and I doubt corporate approves of this response. So you prefer to potentially lose a customer because you dont want to take an order through the drive-thru, even if they have to repark and come into the store to pick it up? I usually like this location, but the barista that was working at 10:59-11:06am apparently makes her own rules or just doesnt think sales are important, because I could have easily been accommodated. Also, Ive had baristas accommodate me with this exact situation, so I know you can place an order through the drive-thru for a pour-over. My girlfriend on the other hand thinks the barista was just being lazy and didnt want to take the paid time out of her day to make a pour-over. Thank you :)

Usually good . There have been a few times where I asked for two shot of espresso in my drink and they failed to do so.. usually dont have time to stop go inside and wait for a new one .but otherwise good there are pretty fast

An exceptionally good experience! I went to another starbucks for a green tea Latte, prior to your location.. I asked for light ice and they gave me extra ice..Your store was openly willing to fix my drink free of charge! The district Manager and store manager apologised and made it right! Right on.. Thanks guys-i will be back !

Nice, clean and new location on Melrose. Fast drive thru service and the staff is very nice and attentive. My daughter is always going there to refill her hydro flask and they always fill it up with pleasure! 3 Starbucks locations on Melrose and love coming to this one!!

Coffee and service are great - BUT the internet connection speed is embarrassingly slow. Download speed from Google speed test is 1.31 Mbps (see attached pic from my laptop). I mean, really guys? My phone hot spot with 2 bars has a faster connection. Do NOT try get any work completed at this Starbucks - it will drive you absolutely insane

I was very disappointed when I was asked if I wanted my drink iced or hot and I said hot. Then I pulled up to the drive through window and they handed me an iced drink. I said I asked for a hot drink and they acted like I never specified if I wanted a cold or hot drink. They did offer to make it over but I was already running late...so I had to drink a ice cold drink on a freezing cold morning. 😡

Location is a bit more convenient off Melrose for me but the parking lot is a bit of hassle being next to a school and a huge trash container area in the middle. Drive thru can get backed up making navigating in and out even harder. Food service is slow here for mobile orders.

This Starbucks is not very old,it moved into the old Taco Bell building,in the once Ralphs anchored shopping center.I thought the area might become blighted,but the new health fitness center (EOS) has given the neighborhood new life.Starbucks is always a welcome addition,and this location makes the grade.

I went today around 11:30am and the two girls that helped me were so nice! I went there to recover from the 4/20 festivities so I was tired and sleepy but these two girls genuine personality and uplifting mood helped me start my day right. Thanks!

Unkind and unwelcoming service to disabled persons.My disabled aunt went there this morning and was ignored by the staff working there. They were unwilling to fix a simple mistake of a missing item. She has mobility issues and was unable to go inside to speak to someone. She motioned for an employee to help her, they saw her and chose to ignore her. The management offered a small gift card of $4...this does not excuse them from the way they treated her. Ill be calling the corporate office today.

Rude staff. The guy could not hear me so i leaned slightly to the left of the partition so he could hear me after i had to repeat myself a few times already and then he got really snippy and told me to stay on my side. Ok thats fine but i was STILL ON MY SIDE OF THE PARTITION and we were both wearing masks so he didnt have to be an a$$hole about it
