I went inside to order and enjoy, that didnt happen. They were too busy to wait on me. I left with no coffee. Thanks alot starbucks. So, even with that, against my judgement. I went back! Intended a gift card and went inside, waited 20 minutes while they gathered up the tips. From 3 places, inexcusable, I will remember how they prioritized tips over serving. Next time I probably will not go here, too badd, I could walk here too.

The workers at this location all need training in personality and manors. Wake up !!!!! Your at work!!!! Put in some effort. Turn of the air conditioner as well !!!! Its winter. But yet its always freezing here!!!! Take some initiative and try and use your minds.

I mobile ordered from this location expecting the usual quick service from starbucks.However, I am very displeased as their team here was incredibly slow, even when the mass of people waiting for their orders was crowding them.An estimated 3-6 minute order turned into 20 minutes.The quality was good, but if you are expecting fast service go somewhere else.

The service at this location is poor. Used the app to order. Get my order (drive-thru) and leave. Take a sip and wrong drink. Didnt have time to get back in a 20 min line again. I do not return. I call to ask for a credit. I am told if the label is correct then its the right drink. I order the same drink every time. I am pretty sure I know if the drink is correct. After going back and forth they agreed to credit my account for the drink. Going on two weeks. Still no credit. Nice to know that you will be directly lied to just to resolve the issue.

I love this place. Its a newer shop and well thought out. The staff is really freindly and always there to help. The seating arrangement is great, lots of comfy chairs which helps if you are here for a long time. It does get pretty chilly here especially in the corners so get your hoodie out and ready.The parking is a bit tight. The spaces are narrow. But I dont think starbucks is responsible for that.

My Favorite Starbucks. I am a regular and they make my drink better than any other SB (and I visit many). I always mobile order. My fiance picks it up often on his way home from work and they know he comes for my drink and always has it ready. Great team here

All their drinks suck, everything is watered down & doesn’t taste like it does at other locations. Even if you ask them to remake it, they still give you watered down drinks & the barista gets an attitude about it. I have to drive an extra 10 minutes to a different location now that has a drive thru. I can see from past reviews this is a consistent issue, why not fix it & retrain your baristas? You’re losing customers.

I want to start by saying the staff at this location are always very nice, I have never had someone be rude in any way. My review is not based on their service, it is solely based on the product.The drink I get is now $6.75 for a grande as Starbucks raised their prices. I did not used to say anything if my drink did not taste how it’s supposed to, but now it’s just a tad bit frustrating to say the least as I’m throwing money away. When you sell something the flavor should not change. You use the same ingredients day after day and the drink should taste the same, yet it tastes different every time.The inconsistency has made it so I don’t even want to go, as I just get disappointed when my drink taste like I’m drinking pure syrup.I was refunded for my drink, but sadly won’t be going back.

Using the COVID19 excuse to close their bathrooms in the face of customers, its ridiculous, this is just a reminder for me to not do business with this location after COVID, if they didnt change really really soon before the pandemic ends.

Always quick to serve and very friendly! Completely unrelated to customer service, however, I noticed sometimes people will cut in line after the speaker and order at the pickup window. They completely ignore the other people in line! I had this happen behind me today, but the woman left the line after I saw her. Usually when this happens they are served anyway, which takes even longer.

This location DOES NOT fill your order to the size you request. I ordered 2 Venti Crème Brûlée Latte and it was filled to at least an inch from the top of the cup. I do not expect my drink to be filled to the brim. But, damn… at least make it worth the money I paid for it. This has happened before, I usually go to the location off of Warner and Springdale but it was out the way. This is the first time I actually wrote a review because it’s the same issue with this location. I’ve asked them before to at least fill it up a lil more and then my coffee taste more like steamed milk with a pump of coffee versus the White Chocolate Mocha I ordered. I hope this location reads this review and work on their quality of service.

Lady on phone told me I could use my birthday reward even though it had barely expired as a courtesy. I mean really a birthday reward valid for ONE WHOLE DAY after your birthday. How generous. But when I went in the lady at the cash register wouldnt let me. Poor customer service. Merry Christmas to you too lady! Thanks for that.

Stopped at this Starbucks on my way to Huntington Beach. Love it! Not only was the staff friendly and welcoming, the coffee was also really tasty. Thanks for the caffeine kick and making my day better.Like many people across the world, I like to start my day with a cup of coffee. Ordered a Venti Coffee Frappe with extra triple shots of Espresso, double scoops of Matcha Powder, lots of whipped cream and extra ice. So glad my coffee was accurate and spot on. It tasted perfectly smooth and delicious as expected.This fairly new place seemed a lot busier than most. Drive thru service was absolutely on the edge of being overwhelmed on a Friday morning. Yes, lines get very long so do expect a wait here.There are indoor/outdoor seating available. Nice atmosphere, definitely a great local spot to study or to hang with friends.Whether youre in the mood for something iced, hot, or on-the-go, theres something caffeinated for everyone;). I had a pleasant visit and will be stopping here again when Im down this way.

Not a good experience this afternoon. Told me to pull into a spot from the drive thru to wait for my pour over. Waited 15 mins before going in to find out they never made it. They offered to start making one but that would have been another 10 mins. Asked for a drip coffee. Gave me one but it was lukewarm. I will chalk it up to their just having a bad day.

I ordered a a iced coffee with soy. drove away and got a good 5 minutes away just to look at the label and see they didn’t put soy and i had to drive back to get it with soy, they took the drink poured it out and made it in the same cup, slid it to me and said sorry about that. Today - I ordered thru Mobile App at 0843 hrs... upon picking it up I observed the craziness. 19 people waiting/ordering inside - not counting drive thru backed up & no place to park & 7 people working. I waited inside for my mobile order, 26 minutes later I got my coffee. Great way to start a Friday Starbucks....
