I recently ordered a Starbucks 5 grande without ice and was surprised to find that the amount of coffee seemed to be less than usual. I attached pictures for reference. Im unsure if the ice is factored into the amount of coffee provided, but I was left feeling a bit disappointed. I would appreciate it if Starbucks could clarify this for future reference. Overall, I hope that my feedback can help improve the experience for others.

Good coffee, for the price per night for the rooms, I expected better food. Food was definitely not 5 star. Rooms were clean and spacious and ground were well maintained. People want to eat good food, not Denny’s quality at a 5 star hotel.

The staff has always been friendly and the location is convenient, but I have never experienced so many mistakes as from this store. I asked for white mocha and it comes out with regular mocha, I asked for a butter croissant and got a chocolate croissant, I didnt recieve my drink after placing a mobile order because it was sitting at the drive thru for over 10 minutes. Most recently, my white mocha latte did not have any espresso -- milk and syrup only. This was on my way to work, so I was long gone when I figured it out.

If youve ever ordered a Cascara, you know this isnt correct. Sadly, this was the 3rd attempt to get my order correct. The same happened for my London Fog drink. One day theyll get it correct, the next, its a mystery drink!

Got a coffee at 10:30am. Was supposed to have whole milk when I asked she rolled her eyes poured out maybe 1/16 of an ounce poured milk in. Then when I asked for a side of milk she poured less than 2 oz of milk for me. So passive aggressive and disrespectful. Only bad experience I have ever had at any Starbucks.

I wish I lived near this Starbucks.Such a great experience. So friendly like they use to be. Everyone tried to live up to the standards of Starbucks but in the past 3 years (so before the Pandemic and we can take those 2 years out in fairness) has been disappointing. I dont normally go to Starbucks, but when I do, they are supposed to be friendly but I have not experienced that much. At this location however I did. We visited six flags and this six flags was just down the street. Me and my husband stopped here for a restroom break and brunch. The first thing I asked was the bathroom lock code and they were friendly and showed me it was posted right under the lock 🤦‍♀️😁. Where Im from if I ask to use the restroom before ordering I get an attitude. Thankfully at this location they were friendly. We used the restrooms then ordered. My husband got a breakfast sandwich, which was average jus toile any normal egg, sausage, English muffin. I got the lunch box with chicken, humans and pita bread. Oh my I can say that pita bread quality is soo God. It was so soft and just has me craving more. I wont give Starbucks a 5 star though because the company itself is over rated.

Best Starbucks in the Valencia area. I’ve got a 5 minute window to get coffee every morning and this Starbucks ensures that the line moves quickly enough for those who can’t afford to wait. I’ve been coming here 7 days a week for the last 2 years and will continue to do so. Very efficient and friendly staff. 5 stars, no question.

Messed up my drink the first time, I ordered a black and white mocha with one pump of each chocolate, they gave me a hot chocolate then i Nicely told them it’s wrong they took it back and gave me a another hot chocolate with extreme amount of excessive sugar added on top. This is the third time Ive ordered from Starbucks and theyve got my order wrong maybe its my southern accent even though I was born and raised in California maybe its the fact that I dont know Spanish but seriously when I ask for I drink and you guys get it wrong I cant just turn around and stop another 30 minutes to explain to you the issue instead Ill leave you a bad review and hope you get better also the craftsmanship on the front of the counter looks horrible silver screws with no intention to hide them sharp edges a parents worst nightmare overall 3 out of 10 for cleanliness and you had six people behind the counter seems like this stores biggest priority is taking shortcuts and they do a great job at it

Only the drive thru was open which was weird. There were 12 cars going through it when I went during a weekday afternoon. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed by the pace and was not focused on customer service. Drink was good, the usual Starbucks quality and flavor.

Make youre order here.Love Starbucks but when i see as a brown person who ordered before a white dude but the white dude got his order first makes me think alot on how the color of my skin can change the order of who was to get their drink first. Funny that it took so long to wait for my ddrink but the white dude got his first and when they called me to get mine it was wrong and suddenly it took the girl less then 3 minutes to make it. I have been coming here for years, i know pretty much everybody...Hmmm something or lots of things have changed about this location1. Do not waist your time on details about orders they do not listen and follow up, i have returned my orders multiple my recently2. Clean space for making coffee.... NO NO NO, drive thru window shows all the mess and sometimes hygiene concern issues3. I 💕 my old crew... but now some new people got hired that needs lots of training and some guidance how to come to work, at least ask them to cut their nails which show accumulated dirt under, ask them to shower before to come to work and wear decent outfits that are stain-free....basics but i am surprise this adults do not know... also the aprons... keep them clean plsThis review is for management to do proper trainings and be more concern about space and tidiness

This one star is far too high of a rating this establishment, deserves no stars. I went through drive thru and ordered my drink, when I arrived at the window and took a sip my coffee was extremely bitter I asked the cashier to please pour more milk since they filled it up only half way. She took my cup and talked to what appeared to be a shameful excuse of a supervisor. She came to the window and I already knew what she was going to say we need to charge you for more milk. Before she could say anything I told her to charge whatever she needed to charge me for the extra milk. She said nothing and charged me an extra dollar for more milk. As she handed me my drink she said I should try a white mocha that it was the same thing I was ordering. I expressed to her it never tasted the same thats why I order it a specific way to have the same consistency. The worst part is when I took another sip I had driven off already and realized she had handed me the same drink with no added milk. I drove back got off my car and walked inside as I walked in I hear the two employees talking about me and how I didnt understand that what I was ordering was something else as she turned around she looked surprised to see me standing there and said she had given me the wrong drink and that she though I was waiting outside. She didnt even know what to say since she knew I had just heard what they said about me. As the other employee continued to talk about me she signaled her to stop since I could hear what she was saying. Your staff is extremely unprofessional talking badly about your customers. All this commotion for extra milk seriously? I pay for what I ask for, make the drink that is why you are there for to serve your customers if you are unhappy with your job reconsider. Avoid this Starbucks by all means they are disrespectful and question their customers and talking badly about customers in their presence so unprofessional. You should be ashamed of representing a company like Starbucks as you are both unworthy.

Never written a poor review before, but the service, drink, and food was appalling. Sandwich was burned, latte came out missing all flavor, and a request for a grande ice water got a small cup of iceless tap water. Very disappointing. Love SB and never felt the need to say anything.

This is your usual Starbucks. Its not easy to spot from the road. The store is nice enough and generally crowded in the mornings. I dont go to the store often, but when I do the staff are polite but dont seem friendly is other Starbucks. Make sure to ask for a couple discount for using a personal cup. Also the service here is sometimes slow because it gets crowded.

According to my receipt it shows the check #711461 as my purchase for the night. it happen at 9:18pm.i walked in their to grab a bite and drink. i didnt know that a rude middle eastern female barista was waiting to give me a very hard time.this female wasnt friendly at all and of course didnt spark a a friendly attitude to me. anyways i took out the cheese on my sandwich to have a healthier chicken santa fe panini. then i chose my drink, a green iced tea lemonade, and placed the panini on the counter and told the barista thats all. and she rung me up then she paused and told me that she isnt heating it up because i opened it. i told her i just removed the cheese. she didnt care at all and just said its not allowed. so i told her but im watching what i eat and that includes cutting down on cheese. she got frustrated. so she started arguing with me. i was so stunned at how she began arguing with me. i was so bothered by that. i told her i just paid $9.90 and tipped my left over 10¢ as a friendly token. and i got horrible treatment. there was no sign anywhere stating that sandwiches cannot be opened by customers inside the starbucks. there was nothing posted at all. she did have an attitude problem i realized. i told her to please to warm it up because i had to go. after so much waiting she told me shell heat it up this time. then she practically handed it to me with a very dry manner and in disgust. the other causasian young man however made my drink and gave me the nod that shes upset and made me feel much more calm. i was shocked at the experience i had this night. this was so rude! i cant believe it that over a sandwich that needed to be warmed up that she refused to warm it up after i paid for it and had a bad attitude and argued with me.i had to compose this and i cannot remove this negative feedback until i recieve an apology. this was so horrible and absolutely uncalled for. im actually a nice customer to people who serve us all. i like to be as fluidly as possible not get in their way. but this needed to be addressed here on google business feedback!!not even a manager was there to placate her.

This particular Starbucks disappoints me every time I place an order with them. There are a handful of rude kids that work there, their customer service is pretty bad, and the energy I get when I go here is as if Im bothering them. My drinks are almost always made incorrectly, and when I mention so its met with rude and dismissive attitude. I will not buy from this Starbucks again.
