I put in a phone order about 30 minutes in advance today and I still had to wait because even though I told the worker that my name is Jay, she just assume with the attitude that I said my name was Emmanuel. So after she hand me the wrong bag now, mind you the The bags don’t have names on them anymore which just makes no sense. She asked me what my name is and then proceeds to give me my current order that was already sitting there. The fact that she has the nerve to get an attitude with me is just unbelievable. This location is terrible. These people clearly don’t wanna work here.

Coffee is as expected but it took FOREVER to get my drink. I was the only person in the line when I got there so I didnt understand why it took so long! I was standing there for the longest wondering like, dang! Are they cooking a whole meal to go with this drink!If it hadnt been for the extreme wait, I probably wouldnt have noticed how trashed the condiment area was.Pro tip: substitute the milk in your drink with sweet cream. Standard Starbucks environment. Customer service is friendly, acknowledging, and attentive. Parking lot is small and difficult when busy. Oleato, not served at every location, is served here and has been my addiction. Food was warmed correctly and drinks definitely hit quality standards.

Amazing & I came in hating Starbucks, now Im wondering if I just had a bunch of bad locations. Freeway & Priscilla were outstanding. One of those rare times everything was picture perfect. If you want the template for success. This would be the store I use.

My husband and I stopped here hoping we could get drinks and hangout for a while before we could check into our hotel but all of the restrooms were out of order, there werent many outlets available to plug in our laptop, and it was quite noisy inside. We opted to finish our drinks and go elsewhere.

I love this Starbucks! I come often, and I am always greeted very warmly by the staff. A couple of times my order has been made wrong, but was quickly fixed before I even mentioned it by the long time workers who know what I order! I love coming in here, the customer service is always A1, even during a rush! I will definitely be more inclined to support this store, because I support this union!

Staff was super friendly. We walked in to order drinks and followed their store protocol to wear a mask. Enter one way exit then other. Social distance marking on the floor. They have a minimum of people allowed inside. Neat clean and courteous.

This is my local Starbucks. I always come here for an ultra caramel frappe, and sometimes I bring my laptop to work on projects. Its always very peaceful and quiet. I also always buy my little sisters drinks from here as well. The staff even remembers me so Im very happy. Theyre always so nice.

I was helped by a young man. I didnt catch his name but he was full of personality, I could see his smile through the mask. Very warm, welcoming and sweet. This is the kind of associate that makes you smile when you having a bad day. His interactions with other customers had me lol.

Went here for and interview, theres no indoor dining as yet. But theres and outside patio, I was so happy for that it worked out well. My client and got some coffee and my interview started. Someone at another tables was also conducting an interview. One of the few Starbucks with outdoor dining.

Very rude girl telling me I need to wear my mask whenever in store. I get that. I had the mask around my neck. They offer at the door pickup ONLY. I never entered the store. The door was open and I picked up my drink. Long beach doesnt require masks OUTSIDE. And I was outside. Anyways I wont be back. Maybe educate your employees.

This where I go to do my homework. Despite any issues (one in particular) Ive had in the past this place and its employees are amazing and really know how to make you feel welcomed. I spend hours doing my homework here and I see how they interact with all their customers and they do so with such a sweet and caring way. I would normally choose the local shops for anything really but the peeps they got hired here make the corporate visit entirely worth it.

I had a Grand Skinny Mocha with Whole Milk instead of Non-Fat Milk. It was a way to warm up my afternoon. Its interesting though they dont use the cardboard sleeve anymore. Even though they use two cups I was still burning my fingers. Ouch! I would be nice if you could still get it though or something.

They keep remolding this location. When it first opened it had many comfortable chairs and lounge areas. Now, the majority of the space is for storage. Outside space is dirty and noisy. Parking is a disaster. But its still a Starbucks. They closed the location at 7th and Park.

This Starbucks was recently remodeled and it looks great! The parking is a bit of a pain. You can park on 7th or pray for parking in the lot on Redondo. The staff is friendly and they make me drink correct. Its right next to a busy intersection so sometimes it gets busy. Overall Im happy with this customer service and will be back.

I ordered two holiday drinks and the female employee who handed me my mobile order drinks only gave me one holiday cup saying only one cup per customer even though I ordered 2 drinks for my niece and I so I went over to the area to order and the male cashier gave me the other cup. Pretty good starbucks. Parking is in the back and sometimes there may not be any open spots because it is a very small area. Inside is clean, but outside needs a little bit of work. 3 stars is for location and cleanliness outside. Should have taken a picture, but the tables were a mess outside and cig butts everywhere. Service is good inside. They made my drinks fast and they were really nice.

It was a very nice chill place, saw some friends had some laughs drink some coffee my only one complainet when I got my coffee it was about a third empty thats a lot of extra room for cream and sugar too much room otherwise it was a great retreat from the rain. oh yeah and just in case you wondering I ordered a white chocolate cappuccino with a triple shot!
