It was very uncomfortable, I really wont go back. the girl called Madeline (71833020). My wife asked her for a straw and she told her that she wouldnt give her anything and making insults in Spanish so we decided to ask for our money back and it was also uncomfortable having to be poorly served in a Starbucks establishment the supervisor of this store should pay attention It is in these cases because I have no explanation for what it made my wife feel. My wife cried out of insignificance and its not fair.

One of the largest locations for Starbucks I have been to. Staffed well with a drive through which was busy. Plenty of room to sit inside and out. Mobile station order also here. Register staff was not as on top of their game compared to anyone else in there. Place was spot less although it was raining (staff was keeping it clean).

This Daniel guy gave the WORST customer service. He just stood there the whole time. No greet, nothing. He physically looked checked out. The staff even looked mad at him. He needs to go.

The line to order food is ridiculously long. Why would I stand and wait for 30 minutes before my drinks and food are being served. I will rather bring 30 to 50 grams of sugar from home and eat it.

Staff here is really kind and friendly. Because it’s new and the location it seems cleaner and there were no shady characters hanging inside and out. Love coming here in the mornings because it’s so chill at this location!

Terrible customer service! Starbucks’s customer service has become really bad in the past year and this store took it to another level. Coffee tasted really bad٫ asked for help and nothing was done. Also I asked them to use my points and she did not! I realized later

This is a large, beautifully decorated Starbucks. We had sandwiches plus excellent coffee drinks. The staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous.

Just had an awful experience here. I ordered 2 coffees and 1 croissant from drive-thru and when paying, I was asked by a short hair female staff to press 4 and then tap the card. After I left, I realized that what she asked me to do was to input the amount of tip. This is definitely fraud.

0 STARS!!! First time EVER at this Starbucks. Stopped here on our way back to our home town. Horrible Service!!! We ordered our drinks and a few danishes with it. Once we recieved our drinks, 2 of them were made incorrectly and had to be re done. Lastly, once receiving the drinks and Danishes we were walking to sit down to enjoy them when the manager literally told us we needed to leave. I stood there in disbelief for a few moments while I was still trying to process in my mind what this lady just told us. Yep, she kicked us out! Told us we had to leave. Lets just say this. We dont typically complain, my husband was so upset that Im not sure if he will ever return to another Starbucks after that again! And hes a deducted Starbucks customer. The minute we got in the car, he called and reported what happened. And I truly hope that someone from upper management retains this store on customer service! You dont kick out your paying guests because your wanting to close early!!
