I ordered a cup of iced coffee and asked for no water and less ice. This is the drink they made. It was 30% empty. My husband asked why it was so empty. She said, Because you want less ice and no water.” It means you asked for more and thats all you got. Its a sick store.

Every time I order an iced oat milk shaken espresso literally a drink off the menu it never taste the same and on top of that IT’s NOT SHAKEN. its literally in the name of the drink. I hate leaving bad reviews but this location really sucks. The service and the drinks they make are horrible. They need more training and reading prior reviews it seems like it’s an ongoing issue that quality of drinks is poor.

I just dont understand why I cant get a consistent order. I dont order anything unusual, just off the menu....it never taste the same. Great! they will remake my drink if it isnt right. However, Im on the road heading to work when I find out the drink is messed up...so returning is not really an option. I had a more uncommon problem today (but has happened before), I flat out got the wrong drink! Tag was covered by boot on cup, but the correct item was announced by server handing it through window. Again, Im off before I realize it. Now, on top of that, prices have gone up. Im over it, but I appreciate the push, because now I will save money AND support my small local coffee shop. Everyone !!!!Open your hot drinks before sipping into them. They are Literally scamming everyone. This drink below is a Tall and this was what I received. This is not the first time this has happened in this location and when bringing this up to them they don’t give a “F”. The night shift is a mess. They all definitely need more training. What’s really sad is that this Starbucks used to be really good.

I loved the experience today! I needed coffee because the one half caff coffee from this morning wasnt enough and as q nail tech I love my coffee ^_^ but i couldnt decide what I wanted very quickly, and also bought a sandwich. (always ask what they have left that way you can choose ) and not only was the service wonderful and splendid, apparently they wanted to leave me a note on my sandwich bag saying I was a splendid customer 😍😍💙 definitely blessed

Next time you close early, you should turn off the drive-thru lights and the menu lights and put a sign at the drive-thru entrance instead of making people wait 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru to read the sign at the window that you closed early. We have better things to do with our time

I honestly need to stop going to Starbucks, the drink quality just keeps going down due to changes in syrup recipes and oatmilk provided 😭 also some green beans (if they werent new they need to refresh their memory with a recipe card lol) need more supervision and training on the way to make drinks, ratios were really off on my order and they were too busy focusing on drive times. Starbucks needs to stop grading a store based on the lame 30sec window time and instead go back to customer connection focused third space environment. They dont pay anyone enough to be this stressed and overworked. Its a shame the store has to take a bad review instead of it being targeted at the corporation, but maybe me saying this will make it more clear to them that they need to change. I doubt it. Ill email them as well, see if they listen at all lololol

Conveniently located on my drive home from work and from picking kiss from school... I recommend you order ahead for pick up as the drive through line stays super busy. Great Starbucks drinks and with the app and points, my coffee purchases couldnt be easier. Friendly staff and I have never had an error on my order.

Sloooow Do not come here if you are in even the slightest time restraint. Ordered ahead and 30 min later could still see the order sticker with my name on it not even touched by a barista. Tickets not grabbed in the order they are received. Also, difficult to get in and out of the location. Coffee was good if you have a lot of time to spare.

I go to Starbucks way too much… but this location is great! I typically use the app to order and my order is always ready when I arrive (usually 5-10 minutes later). I also come to work here sometimes, the baristas are friendly, want to help, and create a welcoming environment.

My daughter and I love this location! Great employees that bust themselves everyday to accommodate their customers. Danielle is the best and always super friendly!To the customers that come in a hurry, it’s just coffee and food not that serious, calm down if your on-line drink is not ready just as you walk in the door! Google says dine in opens at 5am and for the past year I’ve been able to pre order my drink and pick up my drink in store at 5:30am. Skipping the drive through line and being on my merry way. Now google still says dine in opens at 5am but they posted a sign on the door saying 6am. On top of this annoying dilemma in my morning routine, staff is always rude.

The reason for the two stars is because a worker (female but dont know the name) who was in her teens has made fun of my lisp while I was ordering a coffee. She repeated my name and added the lisp and chuckled as my brother and I walked to our table.

This location stays packed but they are on point with drinks! Ordered a venti caramel frappe, extra shot, extra caramel for my kid. It was BOMB! Our server was very cool. He even gave me a frappe on the house. Thank you! You have a forever patron out of me and my family because of your very kind gesture. It was super hot that day and that frappe hit the spot! Its the little things that have the biggest impact on people. Love this Starbucks! Not for the freebie, but for the kindness.

One of the worst Starbucks in the av, every single time I’ve come here they never seem to have the ingredients. Once they didn’t even have frap bases, that’s a large portion of the menu in itself im restricted from ordering! The employees are nice and service has been decent but do not come here for your favorite drink because 95% of the time they won’t have it.

This location is fairly new, a few of years old I believe. So the location is beautiful and clean. The staff is pretty fast and friendly. I only gave a 4 star because my drink did not taste like the correct one, however to be fair my drink is a big complicated. So overall it was a good experience.

This is my favorite Neighborhood Starbucks, the managers must be good they hire great people. Today Augie was a great employee I won’t forget his kindness, it’s the little things. The staff at this store seem to care about their customers more than the other stores.I’d like to mention Tyler as well he brings me into the store instead of the drive through. He’s a great host. I go to Starbucks almost every day and once I get to the speaker I didnt know they can see on the inside who is at the speaker, and if Jack or Sam is working they tell me what I want and I confirm it, I get to the window and the cordial respect I get from either one of them is fantastic. They both are very nice and Starbucks is so fortunate to have them both.

I got the chicken sandwich from there and it was the worst chicken I’ve ever tasted in my LIFE, I’ve ate MRE’s that got me sick and they tasted better than the chicken sandwich, I’ve had prison food that tasted better, I don’t really even leave reviews but that’s how bad that sandwich was. And I also had the double bacon cheddar thing, and that was also disappointing. I have to share that today was the worst service ever, I ordered several items, and was so disappointed of the quality of service. Me and my party of 7 stopped by to order our much needed coffee stop my elderly mother was hungry and the first thing that I ordered was a sandwich it took them more than 25 mins to even listen to me that it was not done. They took an awful long time for one refresher, and a frappe I ordered. I had to ask for the manager and things started to move along and the blonde girl with pony did not even want to call her superior. Workers there were so rude and indifferent to me. I felt so insulted no apologies, no nothing. The only one that apologized was the manager brittany, but not even her gave us anything for all the inconveniences. This store was so out of control, all fooling around and no professionalism. Drive thru had cars inside was not busy and really no excuse for such bad service. Will never go by there again. I would give no stars if able to. This visit truely the worst. Sorry Starbucks.... but you are falling behind. Maybe if employee would not fool around as much and focus on their jobs the food and drinks would get done. One employee even put a nasty cheese on another employees shoulder a lot of fooling around between girls and guys.

I ordered a tall green tea matcha which is 12 oz. Turns out it was only 7.5 oz. and tasted like water. This unfortunately happens on a regular basis with all sizes. On another occasion I ordered 1 blueberry oatmeal. I went home and did the math and found I was charged for 2? I drove back and after they researched their computer for 10 minutes and found the error they gave me another oatmeal. I also received week old expired moldy blueberries. Im giving 2 stars for their speedy service.

This was the third time that they neglected to give us our whole order, and yes I will take some of the blame because I could have checked our bag to make sure that the whole order was there, but to be fair to me, I was picking up a order for my daughter and she ordered online and I knew what some of the order was but not the whole order. What gets me is when we get to the window, (yes, we went back). There was no apology, and the sandwich was cold. Now I didnt expect a free whatever, but a little courtesy goes a long way. MANNERS PEOPLE! If your parents didnt teach you manners, its never too late to learn yourself. Its not too much to ask Starbucks.

Love this place, although today I was concerned that none of the employees were wearing latex gloves. With this virus thing going on, why is Starbucks Not making it company policy for the employees to wear PPE.In the drive-thru; I asked the teller why she wasn’t wearing gloves, and she said it was to hard to handle the money. Although, I used my phone app.I apologize to the folks behind me for having to wait a little longer in line, because I took additional time to wipe down the coffee cups as she handed them to me.

This place sucks. 3rd time this week where Ive had to wait more than 15 mins in drive thru. I went back thinking maybe it was just an off day(s). Again today in line for 20 mins!! Im handed 2 wrong drinks, I tell the cashier that they were not my order. She then stares at me, I explained what I had ordered, she took the drinks back and refunded my card. So then goes back to get my right drinks and AGAIN both drinks are wrong. Not one apology for getting the order wrong and for having such a bad attitude. So someone else had to come and take my order again! Im at starbucks at least 4 times a week and get the same thing so I know I wasnt the one placing the order incorrectly. They have the Fraps half off now, so I decided to stop by with my wife and kids; terrible idea on my part, the fraps were disgusting! In their defense they were busy due to the half off deal, but come on, does quality have to down too? Instead of getting fraps we got two slushies, and two unflavored Cafe Mocha, and Java Chip fraps. All were terrible, and they ended up in the trash.
