I have been coming to the Temecula Starbucks at Overland and Jefferson for more than a year now. I stop by at least 3 to 4 times a week, and it’s a great experience every single time.The staff here are great! Everyone is friendly, and 100% focused on doing everything they can to provide the best experience and food/drink items for their customers. The queen bee (store manager) Val, and her trusty sidekick Lindsey, always keep things running like a top. The rest of the crew are forever cheerful and helpful - they clearly enjoy working here. This ensures a pleasant visit for the guests, every time.The store is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. During warm weather, I enjoy sitting outside at one of the tables, shaded by the traditional Starbucks umbrellas. They have a good selection of Starbucks merchandise too.If you’re looking for a convenient, well-run, on-point Starbucks store for cafe or drive-thru, this is your spot! Enjoy!

I’m not one to usually write reviews. But for the third consecutive time I have been to this location, I have had a great experience that I feel needs sharing. The first time I stopped here, my card wasn’t working, but she put my order through anyways. I was so grateful for that, I decided to make that my Starbucks whenever I go. I started Mobil ordering from there. It is ALWAYS ready waiting for me. Even if I space it and place the order later than usual. The second time I went, I forgot to add cream in my Mobil order and instead of just giving me some on the side, she re made my drink in front of me and even upgraded my cup to a larger size free of charge. The third time (today) I ordered the drink correctly but with extra ice, and they put it in a larger cup to make up for the extra room the ice would take. This is incredible customer service. They are always smiling and quick to greet you. I’m very glad to have found this location. Not to mention, my drink has came out PERFECT each time

Im Gen X so imagine seeing our original independent business spot become a national leading place for amazing new ideas to come to life.The atmosphere was amazing and I was ecstatic at Istash. Love this location & inevitably my colleagues feel the same way!Drinks are always crisp & clean in flavor, as compared to the inconsistencies of the other local locations where I can taste the grit of coffee sediment from unclean espresso machines or coffee carafes.The staff has always made a genuine effort to look at the customers directly and express their daily greetings with intent on making you feel welcome which in turn I feel appreciated as a patron 😊 Thank you!With the thousands of faces they take the time to recognize the repeat patrons, often handing me my mobile ordered beverage(s) before I have a chance to ask.For those of us whom simply just want expedited service with minimal wait times, this location is consistently the fastest while always maintaining the above-mentioned awesomeness 👌 👏 👍

I was at the drive thru and ordered my matcha drink and at the window the lady told me I couldn’t use the half off coupon because I needed to tell her beforehand. I’ve been to many Starbucks and haven’t heard of this. She then handed me my drink which wasn’t even full. If I’m going to be spending 6 dollars for a drink and was denied my coupon I would hope the drink would be full.

The employees are friendly. I like to get the Mango Dragonfruit refresher or Strawberry refresher which have always been good. Service is usually quick in drive thru even when they are crazy busy. I like it here and would recommend it.

Kinda had a weird experience, they almost charged us twice and when they gave us our drinks they said “okay now get out of here.” Think it was meant in a joking way but it didn’t sound like it, and we hadn’t even really said anything to them at all because we were still stuck on them not realizing we hadn’t even gotten our stuff and almost got charged for someone else’s order. That’s happened to me at this location before as well.

So I purchased a cup of coffee and I went and use the bathroom came out and was waiting the lady behind the counter question the lady who took my order multiple times if she was sure that I had purchased a coffee I’m a minority so I’m taking it that this woman thought I was in there trying to steal or who knows what I’m working I’m going to work right now I’m a business owner in front of her. Questioned that lady multiple times, and she sure that I purchased a coffee that’s not professional at all. You need to get new management there and higher some minorities

My local 9 to 5 Starbucks. They had a consistent staff by lately its been switching up and my coffee order is feeling it. 80 % of the time my order is made the way I want it but perhaps its the training theyre doing lately. Taste your drink before you leave just in case.

If you do mobile, just go through the drive-through to pick it up. But if you go inside to pick it up, be prepared to wait, put my mobile order in 15 min before i arrive, and still take an extra 10 min before getting my drink.But it was made right, and the staff was courteous. I will be back🥸

Drove thru this Starbucks for the first time today and it was so cool! The girl at the window had this fun game where you can guess the amount of coffee beans in cup. Even if you dont get it correct, its a fun little game to brighten up your day. I believe her name was Raina. I appreciated it, I needed the smile today!

They forgot to give me my card back in the drive thru this morning so I had to turn around to get it back, which isn’t a big deal, but I checked my bank account and I was charged for a random second amount?? I’m disputing this charge but I think it’s very weird and messed up that my card was used a second time without my permission. If it was a mistake then fine but I don’t have the money for this and it’s still being reported as fraud.

This is really the best Starbucks. I’m in the medical field so I’m there pretty early in the mornings for my coffee fix and everyone there is always in a good mood. Doesn’t matter if the drive threw lines are long or if it’s a hectic BOGO afternoon. They always have a good mood and I really appreciate that from them. The best location that is really welcoming. They greet you when you walk in, they greet you when you leave.They get a lot of people everyday! I’m a huge mobile Order user because of my busy schedule. They’ve messed up my order enough times that I won’t go back. Always a bunch of coffee spilled on the top and on the side of the cup as well. I recommend the Starbucks next to the freeway on Winchester. They’re cleaner, much faster and don’t mess things up or give you a messy cup.

Pastries were cold. I asked to be warm, the baristas took longer arguing in their headsets than warm my pastries. The drink was a cold drink expresso with 6 raw sugars. the sugar was in the bottom not stir like I ask. I asked the barista for a straw to stir the coffee she give it to me with an attitude. Starn7cks is losing their quality now. Service sucks. Thank you for making me not to come to my secon place like starbucks said.

I was told to attend a 2:00pm meeting at this Starbucks location and I was very reluctant about it. I have gone to other locations for meetings in the past and the seating only accommodated 2-3 people. I was pleasantly surprised, because this location had long cushioned seating along the wall facing the table with chairs on the opposite side.

I am not one to write reviews because usually I forget,lol. I just had to say that on several occasions my food and coffee have come out perfect. My first sip of my usual caramel mocchiato is just heavenly,finally. Other Starbucks have burnt the coffee, too much caramel, etc. Just bums me out. Starbucks is a treat for me so when it doesnt come out right it is a let down. Plus you think that you spend more you get better, right?! A good cup of Joe starts my day off just right, thank you. Oh and Jessica was very friendly and chatted with me while I waited for my order. That made my day even better. :))))

This is one of my favorite Starbucks because of the cleanliness and the space. This location invites you to work and get stuff done as it has a long workspace as you walk in and gives enough space so that you arent interrupting your neighbor. I am a huge fan of Starbucks. I get my coffee every day from various locations depending when I’m at. I can to this location a few time but my most recent visit to this location was horrible. First a young man told cam on the intercom and told me to hold on. I wait for a while and a young lady came on and ask if I’ve been help.....no problem every was fine, but once I got to the window, I was not greeted by Max at the window, didn’t say anything just hand me my drink. I told him I wanted to use my rewards, he acknowledged, scan and just turn around and walk away. At this point I was very annoyed my his attitude that I had to raise my voice a little to get his attention for the straws. This is the worst drive thru location ever. ATFER ALL THAT HE STILL CHARGED ME FOr MY DRINK AND DIDN’T EVEN APPLY MY REWARDS AS MY REQUESTED...

They seemed to wait on the mobile and drive thrus and forgot about their walk in customers. Today 2/25/2020 I had to return because one of your baristas made my drink incorrectly, I ordered a grande green tea latte made with coconut milk add a scoop, i got milk instead, what would have happened if i was lactose intolerant? That would not have been good.Your baristas need to pay attention to what the exact order is.Maybe have a company meeting because this isnt the first time this has happened.At a different location.Sometimes they could be very busy I understand but getting the customers order correct is extremely important.

I asked for a specific drink. A lot of people go to Starbucks, they pay $5 a drink hoping that the rep would get there drink correct and when they dont it is very frustrating because its not cheap it does add up. Its 5am Im running to work and I cannot drink my drink because it was not made correctly. Its not only a waste of 5 dollars but of time.
