This is my other fave Starbucks. One of the employees has started to recognize me and remembers my name starts with an M. She also used a term of affection (something youd hear your mother or aunt use) with me which I think adds style to this Starbucks.

I asked the manager if she can lower the music a tad down, she said it’s the standard level for all guests, not sure what that meant. She then offered to lower the music outside in the patio where it’s 95 Degrees if I wanted to sit outside to sweat and melt away for bothering her.

What I ordered for lunch was good and very tasty. Only 4* as my drink was made wrong. I ordered no whipped cream. The tag on cup said no whipped cream. Well there was all kinds of whipped cream. I have to say the drink was still good however I did pay $6+ for half a venti cup of whipped cream.

Great coffee, love it, however...I ordered tall, I got a small size instead.I called at first and was told that they could redo my order.The phone dropped from their side.I called again and was told that they can’t redo the order and that “tall is small”.You got to be kidding, it’s the worst way to rip off clients like that.Also, they rarely provide a straw with cold coffee in their delivery orders.

This Starbucks location is ok but, not great.Why (most locations) dont they turn the cups so the label shows (in rapid pickup)?? Because they dont it forces customers to TOUCH the cups to turn them to see which one belongs to them!! Duh. Am I the only that is bothered by this?? Covid-19 PLUS Monkey Pox is REAL!! Not to mention its just nasty and NOT HYGENIC at ll!

I asked for light ice in my grande drink and when i got my drink it was filled with ice and little drink i asked the barista to get less ice and all she did was take out the ice and add plain milk shook it and added a few cubes of ice she gave me attitude and i was not happy. The matcha drink was so watered down once she added the milk i was not happy or she might’ve added just plain water.

One of those unique Starbucks that are constructed in a very awkward place. Hard to drive in and out. Better going to the one inside Albertsons up the street. This may sound weird but this shoping center seems to cater to those who are traveling north on Soquel Cyn. /Central (in the direction of 71 Frwy).

Honestly we arent from around town and for us to go from the Starbucks that we go to, to this is a big difference. The vibe that one of the girls gave my husband as he asked for a straw was wrong. You work in customer service and to be rolling your eyes as a paying customer is asking if you have straws available is not right.

This is my preferred Starbucks in the San Bernardino area. They are very polite and nice and meaningfully care about connecting with their clients, while getting your order accurate and fast. I like the customer service so far.

I was very disappointed by this Starbucks. First of all, the AC is super noisy and makes you very tired. Secondly the staffs don’t smile and don’t try to understand you. I ordered a matcha coconut latte. I was not served the same as I had in the other Starbucks. I was very disappointed. When I went back home I started to feel very painful in my stomach. It lasted two days. I won’t go there again. There are much better places to drink a Starbucks drink.

Ordered 2 drinks at the drive thru. A white chocolate mocha frap and a carmel ribbon crunch frap with soy milk. The white mocha frap was obviously wrong based on color. We tried to tell them that wasnt what we ordered and initially the worker said okay Ill fix it, but another worker came around and said no thats right thats what you ordered... I know they were busy, but this could of been handled differently by asking why we thought it was wrong versus telling us we were wrong about our order.We drove off, but I insisted on going back. I went in and the employee who I talked to and explained what happened to was very understanding, apologetic and quickly made me a new correct one and we were off.This worker totally fix my problem and was great about the whole thing when I was a bit grumpy about the situation. I wasnt even going to write a review BUT weve now finished our drinks and after finishing our drinks, I read the tags on them and the Carmel ribbon crunch doesnt even have soy milk written on the tag like normal. So Id assume there was probably no soy milk in that one. 0/2 drinks were made right originally. Im giving 3 stars for the great employee inside the store who fixed my first problem. Young guy, dark hair, working inside making drinks.

The music is too LOUD!! You can’t hear yourself think and you can’t come in and get work done. On top of not being able to wear headphones at a high volume without hearing music in the background. The employees that work there have bad attitudes and don’t greet customers like other starbucks I’ve been to. Only came here because my favorite starbucks lost WiFi for a week.
