I order 2 venti drinks one light ice the other one no ice and the I noticed on my receipt both order were grande and I checked with casher to change it for me she changed and said no need to pay the difference but when received my order one was right ( light ice venti) but the other one was grande with ice . So disappointed.

Quick service, nice staff, and a good array of indoor and outside seating. Tends to get rather busy so if youre not early youll miss out on indoor seating and if around during lunch youll miss out on outdoor

This is a real nice location in a great shopping center. Lots of parking and easy access to the freeway. I always appreciate a Starbucks that you stop by and get back on the road with ease. Fast and friendly service and very spacious inside and out.

Great baristas. Fantastic service. New high end beans weekly. Very special orders are no problem. Food gets better every month. Fast WiFi. Lots of wall plugs all over. Larry the Manager! Even the custom decaf on Clover system is the best around. Full flavored.

Exceed my expectation every time. I usually placed mobile orders in the parking lot. The whole order of usually 3 drinks, 4 snacks ready within 5 minutes of me walking to the store from my car.The place is extra clean, staff is very friendly. Front patio is cozy. Parkings always, always available. (I come here 5 days/week)

Great Starbucks location. I wish we could take advantage of the indoor seating the inside of this location is nice! But they have good patio seating so that’s nice to have at this time.The parking is pretty easy here. I recommend parking on the back side if the lot seems busy.

This place is usually filled with pleasant respectful professional employees.Today, I had an unfortunate encounter with the store manager. He showed me complete disrespect and aggression, Ive never seen from any employee in my life. This man might hate women and feels superior to them. He was running back and forth behind the counter, shouting at me. If there wasnt a barrier between us, I believe he might have hit or pushed me. He looked very very angry. All I asked was for the barista to fill up my cup with coffee all the way, and he just lost it. I asked him if Starbucks knew he was their representative, and he told me yes, he was their manager.I am definitely not going back there again because I am not looking forward to be emotionally abused again. Now I understand what emotional distress actually means.

Great location, has a fairly sized outdoor seating patio and a lot of indoor seating too. Clean restrooms as well. The staff are friendly and parking isnt usually too bad. Definitely one of the nicer Starbucks locations in the area.

This place has been consistently under-achieving. Orders not completed correctly, poor service at the counter or just generally not engaged. Simples fixes vía good management. Hopefully they can make them. Meanwhile, I will go elsewhere.

This Starbucks is easy to miss but is in a great location that is easy to get in and out of. The staff identifies people who are there to pick up mobile orders very quickly, which is a welcome change to most other locations. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Have been here a few times but this time Rose was my cashier. Sweetest woman you could ever meet. The barista, a younger white male with some facial hair was very nice and professional as well. But Rose....wow. Plus she named her son Justin. Clearly shes a winner! Starbucks is lucky to have her!

I dont do too much in Person coffee purchases lately (thanks a lot Covid-19) but I decided I would this day to scoop up a ☕coffee and my multigrain bagel 🥯, I must say I will be a returning client at this location. I was in and out in a jiffy, (relatively fast) their makings are nice and clear, wearing a mask is a must and service was splendid. I witnessed an employee address a client about him placing his mask back on 👏✍Thank you SB for providing me with my morning fuel on this #NationalSmileDay 📓🖋

I would and usually rate Starbucks at five stars for a coffee shop, but this particular one, on my last visit seemed a bit messy. The restrooms (all unisex) were a mess. I am a guy, so no big deal there, but the three ladys I was with, were uncomfortable using them.

I work in the same shopping plaza, and I cant be in all the time but come in after a couple hours on a break and guide the counter says Ill have to buy a new coffee even though there are free refills for cold brew or hot coffee or tea with the gold card. Im not paying for two of the same thing when Im supposed to be getting refills.

Not what it use to be. They dont stay open late except in a few places and they have been short staffed in some places and have closed early due to a shortage of help but that could change. I arrived there Sunday night they were closed. 🤬 Down in Costa Mesa on Sunday night. Probably should have tried one of their PCH locations

Unfortunately, I have to change my review.What I saw today; the poorest act of a manager/shift-supervisor towardsto a customer, was unforgiven.This customer was mind is own business, and these kids (under 14 yrs old-without parenting supervision) were making a lot of noise, walking on the seats, stumpping the seat, and so forth. This customer (he must be a regular; I have been here 3 times, and I always saw him here), asked the kid in question to stop walking in the seat, and as well to stomp the seat.What does this kid do?; it started making fun of the guy, to a point that she was spitting food at him. He got up, went outside the Starbucks, and came a few seconds, later. With him was 2 adults, that Im assuming was either the parents of the kids or somehow related to the kids. Whiting seconds, the kids were escorted outside the store.I stood up, and shake the end of this gentleman, and I told him, Well done.Because, I to, was been effect by the behavior of these kids.However, it did not stop there. And this is the were the PROFESSIONALISM of Starbucks Management comes to play (By the way, did I mention that the manager in question was Dani?).Within 30 minutes, this women comes in and calls Dani, The Starbucks Manager/Shift Supervisor, and she was waving her arms all over the place, and pointing to my new friend, the gentleman in question.The Starbucks manager/shift supervisor had the audacity to come to this gentlemens table, and WARNING HIM about his behavior. ARE YOU SERIOUS?????????????. I was about to stand up and put this young kid (Yes, the Starbuck Manager or Shift supervisor has the same mentality has the kids who were creating the problem) in her place; when the individual in question, explained to her that, and I quote, as I recorded the conversations and all event: The young kind was walking on the bench, stamping her feet on the bench, and I ask her to stop. ( BY THE WAY, this is a 12-13 yr. old kid without parenting supervision - wich Starbucks, as any other establishment SHOULD and CANNOT ALLOWED IN THE STORE [Please see CA. State Law/City Ordinance 1567.CT.2007 ). Continue On: Instead, she started provoking me and spitting food at me. At this point, I walked outside and called their parents.Now, any responsible adult would have done that; correct??????.According to DANI, the Starbucks Manager, NO.She told the gentleman, next time, and I quote: PLEASE LET ME KNOW.To Dani: You cannot, and should not, be allowed to (1) interact with the public, (2) tell a Gentleman, that is maybe twice your age how to behave, and, last, NEXT TIME YOU HAVE UNATTEND YOUNG CHILDREN IN YOUR STORE, PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT, SO CUSTOMERS DONT HAVE TO.Adam Lee

This is one of the newer Starbuck shop (open on Mar 2016) so they have learned more about how to create a good location. 1 Star for Food, 1 Star for Service, 1 Star for Facility (Very nice - lots of seating inside and also outside and for the most part all of the seats has a power outlets. The only minor annoyance is that the place need an acoustic dampener, when busy, and music blaring it is hard to think much less have a conversation. Fortunately there are plenty of seats outside to avoid this), 1 Star for Hygiene, and 1 Star for Internet (The shop is actually covered by two WiFi Hotspot - Starbuck/Google and LosOlivos. I did a speed test and both are about 22Mbps/10Mbps (Download/upload) - which is decent speed)
