Britney “the manager”She yelled at me for remaking my drinkI go to starbucks every day and I ask for regular milk and sometimes they do extra milk for me for no reason so I ask them nicely to remake it so she told me if you dont like it dont come to this storeI like this store its nearby my house and all the staff are very nice and helpful except herShe hates me for no reason and thats the second time that she yelled at me .

I was very disappointed when I ordered a venti add whipped cream and whoever made my drink gave me about the amount that would have filled a grande. I dont know if it was because I asked to add the whipped cream but I paid for a venti and got significantly less liquid in my cup. This makes me not want to come in to this location again.

Everyone is always so kind and positive when I come in. Yesterday when I cam in, I even had a special little note written on my mocha that brightened my day. The staff there always goes above and beyond to welcome their guests.Thank you for bringing a little joy to this tired teachers day!

Look, I gotta say I have had my first bad Starbucks experience…this child who helped me really my morning…her name started with a N like naharma with a heart on her name tag. She informed me there was no Irish crème syrup (no prob) can I have the foam instead? Of course she said yes but it would be more. I asked if I can be charged the price of what I wanted instead paying more for the substitution and she’s like uhm no we can’t do that she didn’t ask she didn’t seem to care I just stared because I didn’t wanna mess her morning up or make her look Anyway this early on a Saturday but I am upset. 3 stars because I’m sure she’s a good person but I don’t even like my drink I paid more for

Today i had the worse day at work so i was happy to go get my caramel machiatto, that drink makes me feel good :) when i took the first sip i realized theres no sweetness in it :( i cant go all the way so i kinda fixed it at home but it sucks really, starbucks aint cheap. Each business has trick.or Secretthe way they treat customer. Basically it is good for business to stay longer than any business. acting Willie nicely and most stuff they sell delicious & yummy. without thousand of commercial I really like this place because however serve me he was talking to me making laughing and telling Me some good things so I will not be boards and then my yummy its ready to go. I am glad to have people thinking about other make our life easier drive-through best solution👍🤝

I love this Starbucks!... I always order with my app and my order is ready and perfectly done when I get there. Staff never greets or smiles but as long as my order is right Im happy. I guess a little bit more smiles and greeting wont hurt :)

I go here almost every morning and I can not think of a better place to be to start my day. When I get there everyone is laughing and happy. They have my order ready quickly and are very professional. Everyone here is amazing and I appreciate them very much.

Great staff and fun vibe. Even though my drink order is usually incorrect when I go inside. The best service is through the drive-thru. The drive-thru cashier are always positive, upbeat and easy-going. They get my order right most often and dont mind remaking mixups. Tip these guys well!!!

They screw my order up almost every time I come. I can assure you it’s not a challenging order. The drive thru is normally very slow as well. This is the closest location to my house, however, I normally go to another one because I can assure that it runs like a well oiled machine. This location is poorly managed, they never seem to have enough employees, the employees don’t seemed well trained.For the most part employees are very nice, I try giving them the benefit of the doubt. I also kind of wonder if they can’t hear very well and the drive thru. This location seems to have high turnover, so I’m guessing this isn’t the best store to work for.

Amazing service! My mom didnt have her glasses with her and didnt know what she wanted (shes a teacher and always gets gift cards but doesnt drink coffee), and the cashier/barista gave her suggestions. My mom ended up loving what she got and I will definitely be coming back soon even if it isnt the closest Starbucks to me!

I order a drink in the App and when I went to pick it up the door was locked .I called and they asked me to pick it up at drive through!!! How if I don’t have a car????i order this to avoid waiting in line. What’s the point of ordering in the App if I’m going to end up waiting in line at drive through. When I asked to cancel my order they asked me to go to drive through to cancel it :/ not professional + They did not specify when I replace my order to pick that up at drive through.

Im not sure what time the walk in closed because the hours only said open till 10, had to go through the drive through for a birthday drink and the order taker was irritated with us because when we asked for 3 different drinks her response was they were out of this or that and couldnt make each of them. When we got the Carmel Frappuccino that is supposed to be their signature drink, it was watered down.Happy Birthday.

This Starbucks serves OK drinks. However, if you like going through the drive-through like me, prepare to get frustrated. I don’t know if they have a faulty system, or what the problem is, but they always struggle to hear my order. I am not a soft spoken person either, and I am very articulate. I literally have to raise my voice, almost to the point of yelling. In addition, I usually need to repeat my order two or three times for them to get it right.“ i’d like call hot coffee”... silence for 4-5 seconds, “ did you say small hot chocolate?”, “ no, that was a tall hot coffee”, “ did you say a tall latte?”... etc., erc. Very frustrating.Also, this Starbuck seems to take unusually long for drive-throughout orders. The other Starbucks drive-through that I go to normally turn orders pretty fast. Not here. Be prepared to wait in the drive-through line for 10 to 15 minutes, even if there are only three or four cars ahead of you.

Love this starbucks! Always make my drink perfect. The best part however is, despite the long summer lines at every El Cajon location....this one skip the line, go inside. There is usually no one inside and they normally make your drink right away. Feel like a SB VIP 😆 all other locations will get thru 20 cars before the inside. Its protocol. So if you dont want to wait in a line, go inside and walk out feeling like you just saved 20+ minutes in your day. Besides when I see so many cars, there is a chance they could run out of matcha. Its a real thing! So this is my little secret. Told them Mistie sent you.
