Perfect location for the San Elijo crowd, and there really is a crowd at 2:35 every weekday when the middle school gets out. The staff is unfailingly nice and cheery no matter how slammed they get, and somehow they never run out of the additives like oatmilk, chocolate cold foam, etc, which other Starbucks have done.

Spacious Starbucks, nice wooden tables and chairs. Good seating inside and out. Easy parking, interesting community with obvious plans for growth. Dont need to be Nastradamus to see that! Across from a nice park with lots of seating and a big water fountain.

Solid coffee. Not the best tasting but convenient and takes great care of customers. Rewards on the app are really nice perks. Food is decent as well. Cold brew is my favorite there and it is a result good one.

My kids and I enjoy walking to this Starbucks location for the past year after moving here in 2020. The staff is friendly and lots of room for social distancing. We usually get some blended drinks and warmed up pastries, always good!

Most of the staff was nice, there was one lady in fact that was sorta rude. We were a little loud and I understand her coming over to ask us to quiet down a little nicely but she said it very rude. People like this do not belong in customer service. They should be fired or warned. I hope we will not experience this again. The other lady that doesn’t actually work here was extremely nice and funny she had a good vibe to her and I hope we will see her have success throughout her career.

Horrible customer service at this location. I was there yesterday and they double charged me for my drink. The women ringing me up said her register froze after I had inserted my card and the pin pad showed “approved” after the transaction. She said since she didn’t see it on her end she would have to ring me up a second time. I told her I didn’t want to get double charged but she assured me it hadn’t gone through. I paid on the second register and afterward pulled up my account and saw I had sure enough been charged twice. I asked for a refund for one of the charges and they refused to give it to me! I even showed them my account online with the two charges. I asked for a manger and was told she was unavailable....just wow. It wasn’t until I asked for the corporate phone number that the gentleman behind the counter decided to refund me. I was late for work spending 15 minutes dealing with this and pleading for my refund. Horrible costume service and very unprofessional at this location. I’ve never had an experience like this at any Starbucks before. I won’t be going to Starbucks anymore.

Starbucks as a chain is already pretty posh as is, but the staff at this location give it a very welcoming and genuine touch. Everyone is friendly, the community is amazing, and it all seems to make the coffee that much more worth it. Nice job, keep it up!

This is a very nice little spot to hang at and watch the traffic go by. The ambience is relaxed and the drinks are good. This Starbucks has one of the longer bars Ive seen. Inside are some cool drawings and the space is clean. Check it out if you are in the area.

A great location for a Starbucks and just chill for a few minutes or even for hours! San Elijo is a new neighborhood with a built up town center that was sorely needed! This location is near some traffic dissecting both sides but it’s nice place, overall! The crew is attentive and will serve you with a smile!

Lots of friendly staff. All were busy. Noticed they were training a new employee. Lots of space inside to social distance. Handled my larger than usual order promptly with no mistakes.

Inconsistent! The Extra Dry Cappuccino I ordered today turned out to be a sloppy wet late. This is super frustrating as I used a delivery service. I wish your baristas would get this right all the time. Perhaps they just don’t care.

Natalie didnt know how to make my drink, so she asked me how to make it, but I dont know how they make it. And she asks me again, idk. I just asked that there be no tea grounds in my drink which there is😂 So she says Ill just make it and see if you like it. So then I hear her ask another employee how to make my drink. Its ok if you dont know how to make a drink, just ask for help . I can respect that

Busy and people works there have attitude. I was waiting in line second and they ignored me and try to get the person behind me’s order first. No apologies when find out. plus they won’t even call your name or tell your drink is ready. Just leave it on the pick up counter.

Now with all the local coffee places . Its just better to go get more quality coffee for better price and also more options than just super sugary coffee. Sorry I dont like their coffee but I still go just for their protein boxes when ever I need something fast .

I like the place, it looks like a cafe. I went to Oregon, Sunriver. I met the person yesterday, a good and friendly person. I like the place to relax. The best Starbucks I know in all of San Diego.
