Be very careful. Ordered hot coffee via app/drive-thru. When I received I noticed the side of the cup had coffee stain, then the sleeve broke, then every time I took a sip, drips of coffee would leak from the top of the cup. I was able to make it home to transfer to another cup. In the end you can see the cup was defective. If you see this, return immediately.

My wife and I stepped in and ordered a mocha frappuccino, with extra chocolate and whipped cream. Problem we have is that there was hardly any chocolate flavor in the coffee whatsoever and to top it off the staff were playing the music so loud inside the facility that myself and others waiting to have their orders filled at the counter had to step outside. I found this highly inappropriate and not what I would expect to see at a Starbucks. I will not be going back to this location if I can help it.

Pretty disappointed. This location is marked as 24hours. I put an order in at 1:29A because I work security and was due for a 12 hour shift that day starting at 2:00A when I arrived the drive threw was blocked off so I went to the door. The door was locked and no one was inside so I left. I called later that day to let them know what happened and they assured me they could remake the drink if I came by. Follow up the next day I come in and I explained what happened and showed them the order on my app. They fill my order however what I am handed is not a venti size as my order but a grande size.

This is sad, this Starbucks is the closest to me where I can take my dog inside, just want to let you all know that I am not very happy with my order, I ordered double shot and it is still tasteless and watery, Mc donald is a lot cheaper and it’s a lot better. Asked iced shaken Brown oat milk espresso, and I got a water down iced latte. Waited for five minutes after my drinks was already sat down. Barista did not call out my name or drink. I noticed it was the same barista when I walked in, was eating a sandwich by the oven with her soiled apron on. The service here is ALWAYS horrible. I’ve waited over 20 minutes on three separate occasions here. Rude staff. Dirty store. Nobody cares. This must be where Starbucks sends the poor performing employees. Horrible experiences here every time. When I ask for a refund and to cancel my order I’m told it’s not possible. So they won’t make the drink, won’t cancel and refund the order, they’ll just make you wait. Forever.But the drinks are good. I guess there’s that.

Loved the teas and the lattes. They are 100% flavorful and taste extremely good. I love the croissants especially the chocolate ones, they taste so homemade! The staff are a extremely kind. My daughter went in to get her usual drink and she literally saw the employee spit in the cup then made her drink so she thew it away and I filed a complaint with the assistant manager. SO DISGUSTED!So I have reported this problem to the store management and also to the 800 number listed below by the owner who replied to this problem and yet....this male employee is still working there and nothing has done to his disgusted behavior of spitting in the cup before he made the drink. This is very disgusting to have employees work at this Starbucks after spitting in the cup 😔

This Starbucks is very very unprofessional. The person working on the register on December 15 2022 around 12:40 pm handed us our drinks very aggressively and there was a hole inside one of our drinks that spilled all over my car and my clothes. She didn’t even acknowledge and apologize to us. You guys need to do handle this situation because this is unacceptable. I’m going to follow up with this issue.

Terrible experience at this location. Waited over 24 minutes in the drive thru for my 3 drinks. Two Frappuccino and one refresher. The Frappuccino seemed as if it was an ice drink. No ice. It had completely melted from the extended time waiting. Im not sure how they think its ok. Also ordered a pumpkin loaf. They asked if I wanted it warm I said yes. They handed it to me and it was cold. I asked if they had warm it up and she said yes. I asked to warm it up again. She supposedly did. Handed it back to me and it was cold. Gave it back to her to warm it up. A total of 3 times to get it right. This particular establishment care nothing about good customer service and satisfaction

Once I got through the drive through the barista had the nerve to say “oh finally you’re here” after I waited for 30 minutes in the drive through line. Decided to get coffee before work and let me tell you there was a long wait and thats fine because I wanted an Ice coffee which I love. Once I took a sip I was very disappointed in the 3 drinks that I got, i always pay extra for the whip and Carmel sauce and I dont mind it but it taste like water down coffee like it was a drink that I had forgot from a day before. Super sad and the barista that gave me my order looked like she was not having a good day so I didnt even mind the straws that I got without a wrapper on them. Just not a good experience. This used to be an excellent morning for me, getting my coffee and enjoying it. I go there every day. Now, they tend to raise prices on a weekly basis. My regular drink was raised $1.25 for a little foam on top! What a rip off! Time for me to buy an espresso machine and make my own coffee. When we placed our order which was a dark roast, we paid the employee and we were told it would take a little more time since it had to be brewed. About 15 minutes went by and we asked the employee how much longer would we have to wait and the employee went on to ask us if we were interested in getting a different coffee order since he wasn’t sure if they had that certain type of coffee we wanted. So we pretty much waited 15 minutes for nothing when he could’ve told us earlier that he wasn’t sure if they had that coffee or not. When I asked for a supervisor, the answer was there was no supervisor on site, there was only 3 employees who were trying hard, but the line was at least 3 cars ahead of me and about 6 behind me. The owner of this Starbucks store needs to make sure there is enough employees to run the store as smooth as possible and make our store visit a great one and not a nightmare!!!

Ive came here a few times, the wait is around 15 to 30 min. The drinks arent that great, I ordered a salted caramel mocha and it tasted like dirty water. The wait was definitely not worth it. As always, Starbucks is rather overcrowded and overpriced, but again as always I come back because who doesnt love the variety of drinks, the friendly staff, and the fact that almost every drink comes with whipped cream and sprinkles? I like this particular location because they usually get my drink just the way I like it. Bay, at the register, was very helpful and made my overall experience a pleasant one. Even though they are usually very busy, they seem to get my drink to me in a timely fashion. Also, Grace makes the best drinks.

This location is limited to drive thru or takeout since Covid, but Id well staffed by friendly folks who turned my order out quickly and efficiently. Clean store, but have restroom access blocked off to customers and more drive thru demand than the lot can handle, making it quicker to park and order takeout from inside. Love this store but really dislike San Diegos general customer restroom denial policies which does nothing but force the homeless people to continue using the streets as their toilet. This serves only employees, and business owners because nobody else can use the restrooms.

Honestly I hate giving bad reviews but this location has an issue with the actual coffees & how they are made.I can order the exact coffee at a different location & have it be delicious but this location not so much. Very hit & miss .I ordered the cinnamon dolce latte today because the weather finally is acceptable for it, & the drink tasted watery. Not at all like a cinnamon dolce latte 😭Anyways, I think a little extra training to refresh the knowledge of how to prepare some of the drinks would be helpful ❤️ The staff is always so nice ! I had a bad experience from this store. Today, I order a venti of pink drink by drive-thru at 9:06 PM and I got it at 9:14 PM. Because the pink color that cover the ice that I couldn’t see how much the ice in my drink and I just go. But I immediately found out in just 2 or 3 times of swallowing to finish my drink that the ice is too too much ( it’s about 80% of my drink ) then I came back right away to complain about this. This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks that I ever went to. I am usual customer. I order the same thing every day. Now normally they get my order right with no problem. This past week I think they intentionally got my order wrong to push me away from their business. I say that because today when they fixed my order it was wrong and when I mentioned it to the lady in the window she turned around and looked at the supervisor and smiled I think she even giggled a little bit. I end up asking for my money back and now Im on my way to Starbucks in Mission Valley to get my drink order made correctly. If I could give this place no stars I would.

The service is good, good quality of coffee like always, but they have slow staff, almost 20 minutes waiting for one single thing is insane, I’m watching the people work and they grab everything with such calmness like if the drive through didn’t had a long line and the lobby wasn’t packed. The vibe was off, the employees here do not communicate and it was silent while the line kept getting long. The customer service is better at McDonalds. This place is the slowest Starbucks ever. Its infuriating. I waited 18 minutes for my order, then pulling off I realized the receipt was not included so I go to the door and they refuse to let me in or allow me to go to the drive up window to get a receipt. Having the receipt is the only way I can get reimbursed so I had to wait in the drive thru line for another 18 minutes just to get a receipt. I even asked if the receipt could be brought to the window so I could take a picture of it and they refused. I got there at 1030 and left at 1124, I waited 54 MINUTES for my drink last night, to make things worse I arrived at the front of the drive thru window, the EMPLOYEES ARE FIGHTING with each other. The employees name was Elena and she was speaking to another female employee about her not knowing how to do the job and how the guy making the drinks did not know how to make drinks. I WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 10 Minutes to get my order in given I have to repeat it 3 times! The girl working the window walks out. The service was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I am extremely disappointed in Starbucks and the way the customers have been treated. Not to mention the drinks we received were wrong! I cant express enough how disappointing this encounter has been I am emotionally distressed by the wait time and the service I received last night. This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Went thru drive thru and it took 22 minutes from taking order to getting my 1 drink with only 1 car ahead of me. I usually order my drinks ahead of time thru app and consistently wait 15-25 minutes after placing order to receive my order. Unfortunately, the service is super super super slow.I have seen too many people cancel their orders or complain that it took 30 minutes for them to get their drinks. My two beverages, simple ones too (like a cold brew), 20-30 minutes, on the two evenings that I have gone to this location.Typically I have seen other Starbucks locations apologize for the delay and give you a gift card or something for the trouble. I live two blocks away and, I would rather bust a mission to find a different location with wifi and refreshments near me. Nothing but, rude staff and, even more rude staff. Dont mind the ghetto look of the establishment. I would say that the last bit of descent customer service that it did have in the past has completely been destroyed. Recently I have gone to this place few times to finish homework for more then a few minutes and, I would get a warning from a customer saying I needed to purchase something or I would be asked to leave. After that warning! ( was not even 2 minutes) The same employee returned and, told me if I will not purchase anything to please leave! What I ordered was good but had issues with bathroom. First of all this is one of those sb that lets homeless beings use the bathrooms. I dont have an issue with that they have bladders too.
