Worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. They dont listen to instructions. There is 4 women on shift and ZERO MEN & they cant make a cup of coffee if their life depends upon it. They are young and rude. They have no customer service skills. No management skills. I cant believe they even got a job! How did they figure out how to fill out the job application? That amazes me. Dont spend your money there. They dont know how to make a frap at all.. I think they could use a man on the shift to help them be organized.

Plenty of tables, both indoor and out. You can be sure to always see people studying here. Every table Ive ever sat at has an outlet nearby, which immediately makes this place better than most libraries Ive been to!Their staff always seems super friendly and parking is never a problem. Best part of this Starbucks? I believe theyre open until 11 for those of you who need a late night coffee or just want to study with a couple friends til late! :)

This is one of the more relaxing Starbucks I have been to. While other Starbucks locations come and go, this one on Lincoln Avenue and Minnesota Ave. in San Jose has been there for at least twenty years, perhaps longer.It is an ideal place to go people watch and let time slow down for a bit.

I hope the owner actually reads this review since its obvious they didnt read Penelopes (below) since they thanked her for a great review. She had a legitimate complaint and said she wouldnt be back to that location.Frustrating. For me, I looked several times and the site says theres drive-through and theres not. I went out of my way to find a drive-through which wound up not there which made me late for a meeting to which I was supposed to bring peoples orders. Im on crutches right now from a bad knee so getting out and carrying a bunch of coffees back to my car wasnt happening. I just wish owners would check their listings to make sure that they are accurate.

A relaxed efficient experience. Mobile order was on time. People were hanging out both inside and outside enjoying the morning. Ample parking on Minnesota around the corner in a lot that only serves Starbucks and Pizza My Heart, although I didnt get the impression its aggressively enforced. The retro Starbucks signage that I have not seen at any other Starbucks, simple bldg structure, and relaxed atmosphere offers a nice Willow Glen experience.

Been to this location several times and never had a bad experience until now. Got my iced drink and right when I took a sip I didn’t realize majority of my drink had spilled all over me because they gave me a fully cracked lid. When I went back to address that I was given a broken lid, which was noticeably spilled all over my clothes, they proceeded to chuckle and ask if I wanted a new lid… what??? is that not obvious? After I got my new lid and was attempting to still clean my drenched hoodie they ask “are we good here?” I usually don’t even complain about service but this left me feeling quite upset. Will not be returning to this location.

I order 3 venti coffee frappucinos a common drink I always drink on any other Starbucks, unfortunately this location gave crushed ice without any flavor of coffee, i did noticed right away by the pale color of the drink and confirmed right after I taste it, no coffee or even sweetness flavor at all, i complained to the barista about it and her reply was is the normal flavor for that particular drink, she offered me a syrup to add to it. What good does it does on a thick ice drink???... definitely a store erased out of my personal list to get a drink.

Good customer service, coffee that I have ordered are pretty consistent with other Starbucks, and the staff are wonderful at moving the line at a good pace through the drive through. I know during rush hour things can take longer, but they work hard to pump those drinks out. Props to the crew!

This location is always busy and in good service. The staff is friendly and efficient. Facilities are clean and spacious. There is curbside seating for people watching. Comfortable seating inside as well as tables for working and eating. This is a very popular spot for all the surrounding locals and people like to meet here

Wow, worse Starbucks experience ever. The mobile order took forever even though that place wasnt ever. That busy. The barista is rude and in general the vibes are bad here. They obviously dont enjoy working here and they let customers feel it. Its also dirty and messy here, both the floor, the tables and everything else. The drinks are prepared well though.

I had to wait 20+ minutes for my order that I ordered online, and I saw 15 people walk in and out who ordered here and then got there drink. I shouldnt have waited for 20 minutes. Also on the app it said my order was ready, and all the time its right. But this location my order was ready, so I checked, but it wasnt ready. So I was being a bit patient and waited a couple of minutes. 10 minutes gone by. Started getting irritated. Waited 10 more minutes and it was ready. I shouldnt have waited 20+ minutes just for a tall vanilla bean frappuccino.

My favorite Starbucks in the Willow Glen area mainly because you can get reserve coffee. This location is perhaps the biggest Starbucks in the Willow Glen area. There is a lot of place to sit. Customer service is good; I havent ever had any customer service issues at any Starbucks in the Country. The reserve coffee does take a finite amount of time but I received my venti coffee much faster than in San Francisco near Pier 39.

Like any other starbucks, its a great place to relax while having a cup of coffee or an iced cold brew teas. If you work from home and you need another ambience, this is the place to be. Enjoy the relaxing lounge music over the speaker and get your day going.

I came here multiple times for free Wi-Fi before the pandemic. It was very relaxing with music playing at the coffee shop. Restrooms were clean. This coffee shop is a stress reliever away from home. I wish this coffee shop goes back to pre-pandemic mode in the future.

I mobile ordered a matcha green tea latte with soy milk, when I received the drink, the soy was chunky and sitting at the bottom. I had already started driving home when I noticed, but thought it was an easy fix to get my drink right. So, I drove back to have my drink remade. I told them my problem, the drink had chunky soy and tasted off. The employees were super nice, but when they gave me back my newly made drink the bottom was completely covered in separated matcha powder and chunky soy bits yet again. I told them, once again, my drink had chunky particles and the shift lead told me that Matcha green tea lattes with soy just do that which I know for a fact, do not just do that. Starbucks soy milk gets chunky when left unrefrigerated on the counter for too long. I didnt ask to have the drink remade a third time because the store was closing soon and I didnt find the drink worth the effort to have remade. Still, disappointed in the fact that the staff could not correctly create my drink and told me that the reason the soy particles sat at the bottom was because matcha and soy just do that.

Horrible service. So slow. No urgency to make the long lines slower. 5-6 people working but one register open and a line 15 people deep...constantly. If you want to wait 15 minutes for a cup of coffee... This is the place for you.
