Nice place for meeting friends and family, friendly staff, clean tables and restroom, outside seating was great clean area with lots of seating. I like thats theres no drive thru here less traffic,walking in and out of the place and less smog from the idling vehicles while sitting outside

A very nice place with cozy seating area, the coffee shop is huge with outdoor and indoor seating area, there is a common outdoor area with other restaurants but a big area is reserved for Starbucks, the staff is very friendly and fast, the restrooms are very clean and the drinks are really good and forged with attention, I always like to order on the mobile app and it is usually ready on-time, highly recommended, the only thing is that there is no drive through in this branch but there are abundance parking spaces even if you are on the run

Went to get a quick coffee and bagel. 3 people working behind the counter. 1 person was working the register, 1 was making the coffee and the third was sweeping...yes sweeping. There was 7 people ahead of me in line. 25 minutes later, I received my order, with a mouthful of coffee grinds as a bonus. Keep driving to the next starbucks. Im sure you can find one in the next block or two.

This location does not have a drive thru which I believe accounts for more personal service from the baristas... It also gets very busy as people tend to use it mostly for mobile orders but they do a great job or moving the line along as fast as possible. Cindy is a really nice lady and takes care of everyone she serves!

Very rude customer service. When I was ordering the girl was too busy giggling with her male coworker to get my order correct. Next I ordered my iced coffee today on Wednesday which would mean it’s 50% off and that coupon wasn’t applied. I never did this before I thought it would already be hooked up to my mobile app. When I called to ask them why since I was in a hurry earlier an even ruder employee screamed and said “you have to tell us we won’t do it unless you tell us it’s not our job”.I just want to know is it coming out of the cashiers pocket to not inform me about it??? I go to Starbucks everyday and I spend so much money that was just extremely rude of them. I will not come here again and I will complain to corporate.

I just moved to Corona and this is my go to Starbucks. I usually order iced coffee grande with 3 pumps sweetener and my coffee always tastes perfect. There are other Starbucks where my iced coffee tastes too sweet or they barley put any sweetener. This Starbucks always makes it perfect 👌. The staff is always friendly. The only down side is that the pics show theres a drive thru when they were first building this Starbucks but I dont think there is a drive thru? I just dont see where it would be from the way the buildings are set up 🤷🏻‍♀️. Other than that the coffee is great here 👍🏻

I thought i forgot to mention something and asked about it over the pickup side of the counter like an annoying customer (sorry) and they did it for me anyway which was cool.It was fast and the drink was ON POINT.Everything tastes better when its made with care and love. :)I would recommend visiting this Starbucks location for sure. Plus its right next to Subway which i ate with my Bux. Such a good lunch. ❤

Employees are very nice. Ive been to this store numerous times but it’s always so dirty - tables inside & outside. Bathroom has been well stocked but needs to be checked on by employees more often than what they do now. I’ve never seen employees cleaning tables or sweeping floors - ever. If they’re short handed then hire another body. The store is always busy.

This place definitely deserves a reward for good customer service. I experienced the most smiles and good personalities here. I have no complaints about this place. I can see why it’s no where to seat at this location bc it’s definitely a place where everyone to be. The location was clean, friendly, motivated to help people. The coffee here is really good but what kills it there are the people working. My wife asked for a suggestion on a new drink, and the cashier gave her a lot of attitude. When her drink was finally ready they just left it on the counter and never called out her name. We only noticed the drink was there because I went to go ask for it.😭

There’s this group of folks who are there every time I go. They sit and talk over their coffees and they are so relaxed. It’s always busy, and cheerful. The coffee smell is amazing and I can get in and out fast if I need to. Or I can wave at the guys, read my book and take it easy. I like that

I just moved to this area and tried the local Starbucks. My mobile order wait was a bit longer than usual. My order was somehow bumped and several orders were filled before mine. I have been to many Starbucks from Seattle to Hawaii and completely understand the process. However, this was not what I expected. The barista was happy to help, but at that point it just seemed a bit rushed with no TLC.I will return at a later date and see if it may have just been a glitch in the system.

Came in and ordered a double chocolate chip frappe, asked for extra chocolate and when I received the drink it was FILLED of chocolate. Didn’t take a sip till I was already driving home and noticed it had NO chocolate chips in it either. Beats the purpose of the name DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP. Was very disappointed and didn’t live in the area so didn’t waste my time to go back, please do better for the next person.!

The Starbucks I am at right now is very nice with a variety of seating options. Good neighborhood in the middle of Corona. Only problem is although more seating than most, this Starbucks has always had just one toilet for all. Most Starbucks now have two toilets for all.

Unfortunately we were the first patrons in the store. Two workers initially ignored us and then messed up the order which we didnt realize until we were back at the hotel. How do you forget to put in any flavor when we ask for a skinny vanilla latte? My husband said it was a worst latte ever and weve gold card holders for years so that means we drink a LOT of Starbucks.

Mixed reviews on this. Inconsistent service. Sometimes I get friendly people and sometimes the cashier doesnt even look at me. If you order through the app be prepared to search for your drink because they dont tend to call it out and they keep the drink next to the register.

Sorry to say this is the worst macchiato and Java chip. Macchiato tastes weird and java chip still has big ice chunks in it. Asked the barista to please make a new java chip because of that. However, although the new one came out smooth but this time it tasted so sweet and just ruined the whole java chip. Did not finish either drink.

Ive lived in corona for 8 years... and i have never had speedy (or good) service at this location once. i will drive past this starbucks to go any other starbucks. typically it qill take 30ish min to get a simple order (it doesnt matter day or time of day, its always slow, wven though the numbers served is less than other starbucks).
