Past few times it takes 15 to 20 minutes for a standard dark or pike coffee with nothing else in it! Orders after mine are fulfilled and still here waiting every time. It takes about 30 seconds to pour so whats up with that?! Not coming to this location anymore.

The drinks and food here are delicious! We usually go through the drive thru, but this time we went inside, and I loved it. It was air conditioned on a hot day so that was a plus. I got the seasonal Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino, as well as my mom, and we both thought it was delicious. My sister also got the Berry hibiscus double blended and she liked it. Will definitely come back 👍🏻.

They gave me my caramel macchiato with oat milk after I spent 15 minutes in the drive thru, then I went inside, young guy on the front make me wait the whole line untill he re make it correctly with what I requested, he didn’t bother to do any customer service With me just staring in my face, total 35 minutes just to take my caramel macchiato, nothing new with Starbucks they always change their staff and we have to wait until they became professional, it was very disappointing experience for me today, I’ll never come back to this one again and the final caramel macchiato tasted bad also

We merely went through the drive through for some iced coffee. As always, Starbucks is consistent so you get what you expect. Delicious. 🧋🧋

Many of us put in our orders TO GO if we’re in a hurry on our way to work. I understand that the lobby had to be closed due to flooding at this location which is totally fine, but you should definitely turn off your order ahead status on the app.. I ordered 20 minutes prior to arriving at the location and now I’ve been sitting in the line for 25 minutes. Additionally, when i FINALLLY got to the window, I mentioned that it might be helpful to turn off the pick up status on the app so another customer doesn’t find themselves in the same frustrating pickle I did this morning, but the barista immediately got defensive, made a snarky reply back, and was not receptive to my feedback - which was NOT a personal attack. I was scared to even get to the window to get my order because was clear he has taken it as one. Connor, thanks for being the only rude Starbucks barista I’ve ever met in my whole life. Fr. From LA to Catalina to SD. Great latte though 10/10.And authors note:It’s possible that Connor could’ve taken my tone as ‘snarky’ too. At the end of the day, I was just trying to help others avoid my same fate & while I do feel like it is your responsibility to not be argumentative behind the counter and opt for problem solving, I know you guys must go through a lot, stay very busy, and your job isn’t easy. Connor was very nice at the window. Have a good one.

I was broke and just looking to chill for the rest of the night. I had a rather difficult day but the manager saved me. Told me he had my back, gave me a coffee on the house and that made the day not so bad. Great crew, atmosphere and remember youre the BOSS!^_^

This location is always clean and well kept. The servers are also top notch - friendly, efficient, welcoming. Beverages are ready when promised, in general, and well prepared.

I live in Jamul and this Starbucks was closest m… totally dislike it now.They decide to close whatever time they want and there store hours online and door says something else.It’s 6 right bow and they already closed.I am not sure what’s the issue why can they stick to their hours.

There’s always a long line that takes forever to move. I don’t know honestly if there’s short on staff or so slow. It’s next to my house but I would rather to drive extra miles to stop by another branch to avoid the long waiting line.

I recently visited this Starbucks and I must say, my experience was extremely disappointing. Firstly, I had to wait for a whopping 30 minutes and I never got my drink. The wait time alone was frustrating, but what made matters worse was the fact that the employee didnt even bother to address the situation or offer any explanation. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. This kind of service is simply unacceptable and it left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. I hope Starbucks takes this feedback seriously. Never coming back to this location.
