Quick trip thru the drive thru, tried the frozen refreshers. Strawberry acai was delicious. Mango and pineapple not so much. Of course, the caramel ribbon crunch was a solid!

I just ordered my usual hot coffee Cinnamon Dulce and add caramel. It is deliciously perfect. I like it because I can order decaf and add oat milk makes it creamer. Thank you Starbucks

Review for December 26th 2021. This Starbucks is one of the ones that we have near home. It is good. I had a regular coffee and it was delicious. Im not guilty, to say that I really appreciate the customer service. Very friendly staff and to they go above to make sure to make us feel very welcomed. Thank you for all the great coffee

Don’t come to this Starbucks with mobile orders. It’s no different than ordering at the store. Even if you order well in advance they won’t start your order until you ask them for it. It’s not just a one time deal. They do this every time.

Worst starbucks ever. i waited 15 minutes before asking about my order only to find out my latte was just sitting there and they never called it out. i also did another mobile order for my father who is diabetic and adjusted the sweetness to two pumps. i suspected they were making his and saw them put three pumps and then hand it out to me and i asked about the number of pumps and they lied straight to my face and said two when i clearly saw them put three. do not come to this starbucks, or any starbucks for that matter. they all have terrible customer service.

My bank or Starbucks double charged me when I loaded my card. And my online acct. Was compromised. I had to call customer service since the money on the gift card was gone. They said someone in Mexico used it. Or the SB location had a strange ID. My drink was yummy tho. The trust is gone now and everywhere we go is being hacked or stolen. Im going to just stop using the app.

My Husband and i come here everyday @ noon. The best one in palmdale. Amazing customer service. And quick. My husband and i share a Venti Carmel Frappuccino with an Add Shot and extra Carmel. Soooo good. Even when we pull up to drive thru they already know its my husband and repeat his order exactly. Awesome!

Can’t make drinks.I got a caramel ribbon crunch and got a plain frappe, had to go inside to have it remade. Terrible service! Drinks are always messed up and add what they want to your drinks. When asked to remake the drink they get confrontational and accuse you of being rude. For overpriced drinks it should most certainly be made correct. They also don’t hire for the demographic and often are rude to minorities!

The drive thru almost always has the longest wait time I have ever experienced. I ask for a splash of creamer, and I always end up getting a cup of creamer with a splash of coffee. So now I get the creamer on the side.

This is my home Starbucks and they do a good job for the most part. I have little issues but when mobile ordering sometimes will have to wait for a drink to discover they didn’t make it because they didn’t have it in stock, wish the app was better up to date and there was a way for the barista to press something so the customer could chose an substitute drink, but that more on corporate than the store itself.

Pretty slow service..had to keep reminding them of what we ordered. There is a girl(with black hair and blue hair under) who was rude to my parents when asking a question and said its not her problem my parents were asking about the protein packs..but she was too busy talking about exfoliating and what product she uses on her lips to another worker.the drinks werent put together correctly. Had to remind them that we got teas with honey..they forgot the honey and also forgot my brother cake pop..had to remind them..one of the worst visits we had there. The drive thru experience was pretty nice. They went thru the line as quickly as the could. I probably waited ten minutes total and the barista at the window was friendly too. I dont remember her name but she she had blue braids. Super nice and I actually got what I wanted. Plus I got a free extra drink 😁 cant complain there! Just wanted to say thanks to everyone there especially with everything going on.

I needed a new reusable trenta cup so I went here to see if they had any. I noticed they had three on a shelf above a sign that said 30% off. I brought all three up to the counter because Ive never seen them on sale and the wonderful woman that rang us up informed me that the sale didnt apply to them. But guess what... she still applied the discount to my purchases. Made my day!!! Didnt have much change on me otherwise I would have given her a bigger tip. Thank you woman at the register!!! I stop by to purchase Starbucks everyday! From purchasing just coffee or a coffee with breakfast or lunch etc. I’ve gone through so many locations! And this has to be one of the ones I think has poor customer service. One of my visits consist of pulling up through the drive through and having to wait until I said “ hello “ for someone to answer, then the guy starts laughing and continues to take my order rudely like I did something wrong. When I pull up I can see the employees laughing walking up and down I waited 20 mins and still no one came to the window to greet me not even to tell me my total or pay.

I ordered that egg and steak burrito and when I bit into it, it was ice cold. I went back in the store to complain and they had the nerve to try to toss it in the warmer! Unacceptable... I asked for a refund then went right across the way to burger King and had my needs fulfilled for a better price and was even more satisfied. Why pay a high price for subpar service when you can bargain shop instead? Why would such as established sell premade food just to warm it up and serve it? I hated it!!!Two thumbs down

This place has great product there is no doubt about it but it happens to have some very disgusting racist workers at the drive-through when we were ordering the person working in the drive-through thought it would be funny to act as if she couldnt hear us mind you everyone before us in line did not have this issue then she called another worker and she said that she couldnt hear us either then I basically had to scream for them to be able to hear me then they both laughed so after that I asked if they still had cake pops in a very polite way then the worker responded in a very rude way she had said ”i just told you we do have cake pops” and that just really got me angry.
