Horrible Starbucks. Most baristas there are rude. I had a Mobil order for one drink and food item. I get there I tried to get their attention and they just ignored me, when one of the girls approached to asked me if I had a Mobil order she sounded upset, like if she was bothered that i was standing there. She gave me my drink and told me yeah the food item is not ready yet, I will call you when its ready went to sit by the tables close to the Mobil pick up area so I wouldnt miss my name being called, waited for about 15 minutes, saw a lot of people coming and getting their food and my food was still not called . I went to ask if my Mobil was ready because I was still waiting for an item and the girl looked at me mad and said need anything else I told her I was waiting for a food item, she grabbed it tossed it on the counter and walked away. My food was cold! It had been sitting there for a while and my name was never called out! I hold myself from asking earlier because as it is, it was hard to get their attention plus they seemed bothered that I was there asking for my Mobil order. I understand they sometimes are busy and they are busy multitasking but there was no people in line! Plus two other baristas that were there were just talking to each other laughing not doing anything ! Plus not the first time having a bad experience there with the same girls, every single time I go they are always rude! All my bad experiences at that store have been with these particular girls. They ALWAYS seem bothered and when I ask for extra milk, Sriracha, etc they always get upset or make faces. I try to be nice, maybe they are having a bad day, and had dealt with many rude customers but no they always have the same rude attitude . Im done going to that Starbucks.

We just love startbucks, I love my Carmel Frappuccino with a piece of chocolate croissant, we usually order it on our phone is so convenient especially with Covid right now, by the time we get there is waiting for us, service is seriously great. And their staff is very nice and friendly, great location and plenty of parking. They are a bit overrated on their prices, but they are good and thats why people keep comming back, I also try to visit a Starbucks in every state to collect their cups im obsessed with that 🤣.

The best Starbuck in Santa Barbara.Everything went perfectly the several times I went to that shop.The order was taken without spelling my name and served quickly. The staff were very welcoming and so kind, and kept me coming back, with a special mention for Nick, the first member of staff I spoke to.I recommend this Starbucks

Only downside to this Starbucks is that the restrooms are permanently closed. Obvs they have restrooms for employees or where else would they go? Also, there’s no seating available unlike traditional locations where you can seat and enjoy your coffee.

The staff here is always nice, but for whatever reason, it seems like I always have to wait for my mobile order once I get there. I dont know if people come in and grab my drink, or what, but I have had to wait and then ask about my drink several times. But again, the staff is always really nice about it and quickly make the missing drink.

The customer service at this location was horrible. We ordered using the app at 5:30am and pulled into the parking lot a minute later. By the time we got to the door, our drinks were already at the bar... but the employees refused to unlock the doors or acknowledge that we were standing outside or knocking. They finally unlocked the doors twenty minutes later at 5:51am and the girl had a snarky attitude. I couldnt believe they just let us stand outside for that long and then couldnt even be professional or polite once they opened the doors. I will never visit this location again.

Lots of parking spaces. Good location. I go to Starbucks religiously and I have to admit this one was one of the worst ones I’ve been to. Maybe the staff had an off day or something. Service was very slow, courteous but slow nonetheless.There was no line and it still took over 10 minutes (not exaggerating) to get an Americano. Disappointed for a Santa Barbara location.I mean, Santa Barbara is so great and everywhere I’ve been, it has been spot on. So I’m not really sure why this happened. I still had to put in that review.

Unfortunately, this is one of my least favorite Starbucks locations so far in California. Although I completely understand that the store owner needs large volumes of customers and can not simply provide free wifi or seats to all customers, I think removing all outlets to deter people from working here is doing the public image of the Starbucks franchise a disservice. To those looking for the friendly semi-public space or work environment to conduct a call... go to Elsies Tavern around the corner.

Although I am a Starbucks reward customer, and frequent them for my chai tea lattes, this store was very unkempt when I visited it in the middle of the day.The 3 female employees were attentive and made my order promptly. However, the womens bathroom was not clean, the area where you get extra creamer, sugar and napkins was not properly stocked or clean. The floors needed to be swept and many of the tables inside were not wiped down. There were other patrons in the store seated at the tables, but in looking at what I described I took my order and left.This is the second time visiting this Starbucks store, that Ive noticed this trend. This is a busy Santa Barbara westside location, but Ill be driving to another location in the future for my Starbucks orders.

Ordered online, as I usually do, and was disappointed with the current staff. My venti blended Frappuccino was half full( I asked no ice but it was a creme blended and expensive for half a cup) and the guys were being very rude when I asked for the whipped cream it was clearly supposed to have. And it was hot! Not at all my order nor the level of service Starbucks is known for. Will be talking to manager.

So they messed up my order. I asked for a coconut milk latte. I waited and waited and then when I asked, I was treated very rudely and told I should do a mobile order next time.I saw them dump out my latte because the girl accidentally made it with cows milk. Instead of apologizing and making it over. They put me at the end of a long line.When I asked again, a guy with way too much facial hair to be working behind the counter just said “We are busy”.Crappy service Starbucks.

It was a beautiful building. Now its filthy, sooty and covered with stinky homeless, trash and cigarette butts. They have a deli counter, but its too gross to sit down anywhere. Ive told the managers lots of times about how gross their facilities are, and they said its no in our budget. REALLY ??? How wants to buy food in a place not suitable for a dog. Heck, if they supply the pressure cleaner, Ill do it for free. NEEDS A GOOD SCRUB.

The workers here are nice. Convenient enough location if youre headed to the freeway. This location has a lot of homeless/crazy people visiting though. Can be a bit awkward and even though the bathrooms have a pass code they can be used for an unseemly amount of time for who knows why.

They have covered over all their electrical outlets so that you can’t charge your computer. Appears to be to discourage you from working there, which I’ve never encountered at another Starbucks. I often get a drink and work at Starbucks but it isn’t possible here.

Starbuck’s is generally very consistent. You always know they have strong wifi, lots of outlets, and consistent coffee drinks. However, this Starbuck’s location covered every single outlet with a full face plates. This is so frustrating and weird for a Starbucks.

Waited 25 min for my drink - which they obviously forgot. About 20 min. in I decided to gey a scone to take with, and when I mentioned my drink, the cashier told the barista that I had only paid for the scone not a drink! This location is the only one in Santa Barbara to charge for literally everything. I always order a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and my normal location does really fret about giving me a refill and here they try to charge me all the time or they tell me I have to get a regular cold brew for my free refill. Im a gold member and I love to drink Starbucks but this location makes me never want Starbucks again. If I could Id give this place a huge 0 stars. Mainly because they seriously put no sweet cream and even tho I add Carmel it still tastes like they didnt even try and its not like they were busy when I ordered they were all huddled talking and truly didnt even care to give me a good drink. If I spend over 5 dollars and you dont even give me what I request then why should I give you service. I get it if we were being textbook the new refill policy states theyd have to charge you but come on. They dont even make it taste good I made all the modifications to make it tasty which is adding Carmel the sweetest thing you can add and it tastes too strong says you didnt put any vanilla sweet cream its bull. They even made me wait five minutes before taking my order with no one in line they were just chatting on the side. Two of the workers even looked at me and continued the conversation then came to me.

While the people working there are always nice, they never have their decaf coffee brewed. I have been going there for 2 years now and a manager told me that the decaf is supposed to start brewing at 7am. I typically arrive between 7:30am and 8am and the decaf is not ready about 70% of the time. Ended up having to change locations even though they are on my way to work. The baristas who work at satrbucks here are catty and unprofessional. I work in the area and come here for my coffee as it is the closest place for me to. On multiple occasions they have either given me decaf or not put coffee in my drink what so ever... would recommend anyone to go elsewhere. Ive even spoken with staff from Ralphs about the females here. I dont understand how they still have jobs here 🤷🏼‍♀️

The barista was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered my usual, a coffee frappuccino with coconut milk and an add shot, twice blended. The drink I received was the consistency of an iced coffee. When I told the barista it was too liquidy, he told me that was what happens when it is double blended. As this is my go-to drink, I knew that was not the case. He never offered to make a new one. He added some additional ice and blended it again. When he handed me my drink, he sarcastically said youre welcome. After this terrible experience, I will never go back to this Starbucks again.

Starbucks banana bread is my favorite, it has an amazing flavor and texture. Plus all their drinks are delicious. It never disappoints me.The staff at this place was very friendly and attentive, even with the children who accompanied us.The place is comfortable, with a perfect temperature, little light, but a very good design. The place used to be a bank, when the cafe moved to the site it kept some structures from the bank. It is a very original Starbucks and a must visit.
