UPDATE😎2/06/24: I know I said that I would never come back here, however my mom went through the drive through on route to pick up for school morning. So I decided to give back the 5 🌟 review because. They had no line in drive thru, there customers service has greatly GREATLY IMPROVED GOOD JOB, then ......ok....they on accident DROPPED the match !oh no! but but but they very respectfully made a second one AND THAT MATCHA WAS MADE SO FREAKEN GOOD so thank you thank you. And the impossible plant based breakfast sand which was warmed up perfectly 👌 so thank you so much for improving the stores customers service. I will be back.Year2023:Im never going here again I waited 30min to get smashed egg bites!!! And my matcha latte was made messed up then the female rolled her eyes & made a second 1 even worse 😡. Dont waist your time here seriously go to the one on Westlane next to popies chicken.

This Starbucks at the corner of California and Walnut Streets in Stockton serves numerous medical facilities nearby, but is spacious, well stocked with pastries and merchandise, and staff is efficient and courteous. Highly recommended for espresso drinks, coffee, quick bites, and refreshing tea-based coolers.

Being behind on orders is understandable but 3 days in a row Is unfortunate especially when a mobile order is placed and it takes 20 minutes each time to get said orders completed. Then when I do get my coffee ordered with extra caramel drizzle there is none and I’m not trying to be late for work because they couldn’t read a mobile order and make it correctly.

The hot sandwiches were just thrown into the bag. Melted cheese was stuck to the inside... no salt or pepper avail ... but I did make a call to Corp. And they made it right, credited my card for the two messed up sands.

Drove through today and was overcharged by $25! I asked to talk to the manager Jeanette who was completely dismissive of the situation and useless. I can’t believe how terrible the service was. I have never been treated so poorly before. Very disappointed. Check your receipts carefully!

I cant give it zero stars because every morning my husband and I walk with my daughter to her job and then we walk to meet her around 7pm. Both times their doors are locked. I try to understand the 6:15am but at 7pm why do they have it locked. Do they really not like working with customers? Please help me understand 😠😕🤔

They focus too much on the drive-through, causing people inside the store to wait 30 minutes for their items, and the inside becoming overcrowded. They need to balance service between the drive-through and the inside evenly, both are spending the same money for the same items, so there shouldnt be priority given to one group of customers and not the other.

Was a little concerned on time of day (lunch rush) but no worries it was great!!We came back a few days later & again phenomenal service!! I work in a large medical office and have multiple representatives who at times will treat staff to a beverage of their choice from this location. It is sad when they spend over 200.00 and include a tip only to be treated poorly and orders made incorrectly. Mind you we spend the time to type up such a large order. They will not put names on drinks which okay I get it you maybe busy. But at least take the time to be friendly. Put a smile on your faces and be polite. Remember it was you who chose to work at a store that serves the public. Your location is convenient but we can place our order at a different location or even with a different coffee shop. This is also not a one time thing it happens on a daily basis as many of our staff run over on a break for a refreshment. Maybe your management or leads need to step up and set an example.

Yet again still same service will never go here again hire new employees or train them better. .. I went to this location before and didnt have a problem but the other nite I went because Starbucks is an occasional drink got me I always get same mocha cookie crumble with 4 expresso shots added.. there is always extra left and normally I would recive my extras because come on I paid 10+ for the drink this time they didnt give to me and I watched them pour into cups so they could share it... I went to a different place yesterday and order my normal and recieved my extras I just wont go to this one anymore

I had an early appointment and hungry. Conveniently located. Since I wasnt in a car for drive through, you could only order by using their app. I ordered hot chocolate and an excellent egg, feta, wrap. It would have been better and much warmer to eat inside instead of the fog.

This location is fairly new. Located across the street from a busy hospital and next to various offices, one would think that service here would be quick and easy. I used the drive thru and it took forever to get my order, at least 15+ minutes, and there were only 2 cars ahead of me with 1-2 drinks ordered. The staffer at the window was friendly yet never apologized for the long wait.

Its got a nice cozy feel over all, a long bench in the center with tables you can sit at, tables against the wall and tall tables near the front. Theres a little patio out front if it gets too chilly inside. 10/10 would go again.I went during Happy hour so it did get a bit crowded but not too bad. Around 3-4pm it becomes a popular hang out spot for the local elementary(?) School kids.Theyre very helpful and so very nice. If any employee ever sees this, thank you so much for your great service. I appreciate your hard work!

Its incredible to me how stupid some of these reviews are calmer at least review something thats viable. These kids are doing their best and theyve always taken good care of me as a customer maybe you shouldnt approach people who handle your food and provide you service with a crapy attitude and you would benefit more from it. Youre more likely to receive excellent customer service when you dont treat the people who are working for you like garbage.

Jazz starbucks employee was very rude I asked kindly for a small cup of coconut milk and she said she had to charge me. For a very small amount of coconut milk mind you not even a quarter of a cup. Honestly the low markings are for the fact that this location does not stock their items very well. They are literally across from a decent size hospital an dead center in the hub of multiple Dr. Offices. Why are they not stacked with coffee trays, pastries, or the fresh boxes of food items. I never go to this Starbucks with an order of less than five things how am I supposed to get all of that across the street with no trays? They really need to prioritize the locations that are so much more busy.

I got a card from our apartment managers. I was excited hadnt been to Starbucks in quite sometime. I was extremely disappointed because I had been the second one there and ended leaving after atleast twenty people had been served. Another lady ahead of me was pretty annoyed because she also had been waiting for quite sometime they were working with an order for a gentle man prior to us. When he finally got his order I as so shocked I thought maybe his order was complicated. It was just a cup of coffee. So my problem is this I ordered a Chai tea Latte n an Everything bagle. I had to walk home which took me 45 minutes he had forgotten to put the lil green coffee stopper so by the time I got home half of it had spilled out chai tea all over stroller and when I took my bagel out there was no cream cheese. What the hell so I try calling and call but nothing. IM PIST SO TELL ME WHATS GOING TOHAPPEN???

Very friendly staff... beautiful new store. Leslie is awesome... I went in with my 5-year-old daughter on the way to school in the morning, and she ordered a kids hot cocoa and gave Leslie her name for the cup. A couple days later, we went in again on the way to school, and Leslie remembered my daughters name which totally made her day. Thanks Leslie...for making a difference in a little girls life...you have a new friend:)

Not at all my favorite location. They seriously have issues with certain shifts keeping consistency in their drinks. Using the mobile pickup is almost pointless because I can tell you the majority of the time it will not be ready and there are certain baristas that have a really bad attitude. Three stars because there are four baristas that are very consistent have a great attitude and they make this place tolerable.

Rarely a line at the drive thru and is not always busy first thing in the morning. Near by Subway and El Grullito are perfect locations to grab a quick lunch as well right next door. Today 6/02/2022 I went to Starbucks, I got two sandwiches and 2 drinks, the caramel ribbon crunch vinti and iced caramel macchiato grande. The caramel ribbon crunch didn’t have any favor at all it was pure whip cream. The caramel macchiato grande was horrible it had 2 coffee bean in them. The service was good but not the best from other store. This hasn’t been the first time either. I am going to Dutch bros next time.

I have been here about a dozen times, and based on my taste experiences at other restaurants, my drink has never been made correctly any time I have been here. For ten years, I was an every morning Starbucks patron -- ordering the same drink every time -- so I know very well how my coffee is supposed to taste! I was told today that they are making my drink correctly and that I would have to pay for additional shots being added if I did not find it to have a strong enough espresso flavor. I guess there are those who complain as a scam to get free shots, but in my experience, the coffees I get here NEVER tastes as they should! As such, I told the barista that if my drink had the correct amount of shots, than the shots must not be up to par. She continued to discuss the issue with me would not concede her argument. Additionally, although the employees here insist that the drive through screen is not working, I can state for a fact that it works but is too filthy to see ones order on it! That is ridiculous!!! This is a brand new restaurant! I will not ever return to this restaurant, and I guess they are happy to see me go since they think I am running a scam to get free shots. A friend suggested that I should have just insisted that they remake my drink until it was right; however, I could not do that in the drive through with others behind me! I didnt want to punish other customers for the employees incompetence. I know that I am not the only one who feels this way about this restaurant; I have several friends who feel the same way. Despite its convenience, neither I, nor my friends who live in this neighborhood, will return any time soon! Perhaps if enough complaints are lodged, corporate will do something about it. If an employee is reading this, I was not scamming for free shots!!! I am sure that know better than the barista in question what my drink should taste like with four shots. Funny that every other Starbucks I go to manages to get my drink right without my having to ask for it to be fixed.

Yet if youre a member of Stockton PD you can sit inside for as long as you want while employees from St Josephs Hospital, surrounding businesses, handicap people that are waiting for rides and would like a warm drink during the cold weather are turned out doors.Wasnt given an explanation as to why I was chased off on 2 separate occasions by the employee that literally ran up to me and started arranging tables to block my entrance as to the sudden rude change in policy.SPD could use the cars or sit outside for an hour like us normal people.Shame on SPD for using their status while the rest of us are kicked to the curb.

If you order with the app GO TO THE FRONT AND SEE IF THEY GOT YOUR ORDER!!!! A lot of orders go though and the stickers get printed, but the workers ignore them. Ive gone there a lot and most of the time they wont have my order started. Often they will have just sold the last of what I had ordered 10-15 min ago. The works have a lot of attitude when they mess up too. If you really want Starbucks, try not to go to this one.

If I could provide less stars, I would. This location is across from a hospital and mental health. Where hundreds of works go on a daily basis, but the lobby is closed. Most walk over on their break to be met with the lobby being closed and not taking mobile orders. Starbucks has claimed to support frontline workers, nurses, doctors, and mental health workers in their community during this pandemic, but the actions don’t show it. I will no longer be supporting Starbucks since they are not supportive of those around them. Dutch brother just got a new customer.

I visited Starbucks today on my lunch with my girlfriend after spending $20 my girlfriend needed to use the bathroom and she needed help so I entered the bathroom with her not even 2 minutes later theres a knock at the door saying one of you needs to come out of there. Im helping my girlfriend use the bathroom he says I dont care you need to come out now the sign has a picture of a man and a woman on the outside the bathroom and I just spent $20 how embarrassing you have the manager come and knock on the door and tell me I cannot help my girlfriend use the bathroom.
