I came to order a iced coffee on a Sunday evening, not very busy and got a blonde iced espresso. The coffee tasted really good, no complaints. The cashier was kind and quickly made my coffee but only thing Id have to say was the dirty tables and floor when I walked inside. This Starbucks must do better keeping clean. On several times I would notice uncleaned tables so I recommend to take your order to go.

The service is IMPECCABLE! I worked at Starbucks for a time ( not this one) and I cleaned as I worked. Its something you have to remember to do or frequent milk spills can generate a smell...🌬️📜🌊💙

Good store, we stopped by to get coffee and butter croissant. The service is okayish, you would have to wait for a phone order as they are usually busy. Also, I didn’t like that my coffee took longer to be made while the warmed croissant was sitting there and it turned cold by the time coffee was ready, they need to improve their service.

The baristas were great as always, this is a complaint on management which in no way reflects the baristas. No amount or style of them explaining it will fix for what I was told was a management policy. I ordered a trenta tea with no added water or ice and they said it was the managers policy they can only fill it part of the way. I have never been to a Starbucks location that does this for specifically tea when its $5 after tax for jamaica (passion) tea which is probably less than $1 buying the tea leaves wholesale and accounting for water prices. This is highway robbery as someone who buys dry tea all the time and sees the prices! Crazy, Starbucks pre-makes jugs of tea a day and can only fill up the trenta less than half when who knows how much they lose on correcting drinks and pouring out the jugs at the end of the day. Im giving food and service a one star as well because the manager affecting my food negatively is bad service. However props to the baristas again, they are never bad for doing the best job they can within the limits they are told.

If I’m paying 6-7$ for my coffee, 1) I expect it to taste really good 2) the cup should not be dirty with residue 3) the store should be clean. Out of all three issues, the taste of my coffee was very upsetting it was really really sugary compared to having that coffee aroma and flavor. I asked for an extra shot. But the coffee did not have an extra shot. Idk. I stopped drinking Starbucks 1) the prices are too much for the coffee 2) the coffee isn’t consistent with the taste. I only get it when I’m on the go or really in need of one. Overall, I’m making a lot of effort to quit drinking it as I feel I’m overpaying but the consistency of how it should taste is not there either.

My iced coffee was not cold, almost all the ice was melted - which caused my drink to be watered-down. I did order ahead with the Starbucks app, and I was just 2 minutes late...... I was disappointed, mainly because Im used to receiving almost pure perfection every time I order at Starbucks!

The customer service was extremely bad. My suggestion is to go somewhere else. The kids who worked at night were very unfriendly and looked like zombies. They only responded when you said hello. I will never come back to this place. Its sucks.

On our way to San Jose from Sacramento, we stopped at the Dublin Starbucks near the HWY exit.The gal got my order wrong 2x.Did not apologize.Did not offer to give me my receipt.Had a huge attitude when I was going to pay with my $100 bill. I told her no worries I can pay with my debit card.This is the FIRST time Ive dealt with such a rude young lady at a Starbucks.

Bathroom constantly closed. Not to be cleaned, just to try to keep customers from staying. Ordering coffee only at any other Starbucks and cashier gets it, here, wait for you the frapachinos and nonsense to be made. Staff is generally rude. Its been this way here for well order a year.

Messed up our order.. instead of chai crème Frappuccino we got green tea FrappuccinoThe milk in my husbands drink curdled since they added too much of raspberry/ dragon fruit, when asked for a drink from the secret menu they gave us a different one and argued that’s the one on the menu. Id like to address the fact that this Starbucks has to be one of the only store that stays open until 9pm in this neck of the woods (in fact, it may be the only one). When its late and Im craving something from Starbucks, Ill take a nice drive down 580 and arrive at their drive-thru where I am welcomed jovially.I really havent had a poor experience at this Starbucks, their staff are incredibly friendly and their drink making skills are top notch. I like to switch it up when I am drinking coffee or tea and the baristas nail the drink no matter what I order.Whether it be a vanilla latte (simple) or a chai tea with light and vanilla sweat cream cold foam on top, the drinks come out perfect. I highly recommend you swing through their area and say hello. Youll certainly get a wave, smile, and hello back!And again, Im going to mention... they are open later than other Starbucks in the area!

I give place 4 stars, but on Holidays like Christmas or New Years its 2 star service. Be aware that other Starbucks may turn off their mobile ordering and this store may get orders. TIP: Do not use mobile ordering at a popular or busy Starbucks store during holidays ie Jan 1 or Dec 25....etc...be prepared to pick up your mobile orders late between 15-45 minutes to get your order, I really noticed this location process walk-ups first than mobile orders and Im not the only patron to notice that day Jan 1, 2022. If that happens speak up and get a refund from them or Starbucks corporate!

Got there 10 mins before closing. After waiting in a long drive through line, we finally got to the front and they refused to serve us. They wouldnt even open the window to say they were closed! They just looked through the window (no eye contact) and gave a throat slashing its over sign. No warning or announcement. So bizarre. We want our 15 minutes back! 😅

The best Starbucks i have ever been to. The place is clean. The workers are very nice. They didnt scream at me because went i went back for 5 seconds to grab a straw. And i have noticed that all the other starbucks barely put any caramel syrup on my caramel ribbon crunch and they never put the crunchy stuff on it but this one did. if this place wasnt a starbucks i would probably only give it four stars but after all of the bad experiences i have had with other starbucks i am giving them 5 stars

I love this Starbucks location due to its convenience, but I have noticed my drinks progressively tasting worse. It’s always a hit or miss depending on who makes the drink, but recently it has been more often than not. I have no clue if it’s due newly hired baristas not completely knowing how to make some drinks properly, but Starbucks coffee is way too expensive to not have it taste good. Disappointed.

I like going to this Starbucks because it’s near my job, but I’m going to start going to a different one because I’ve been so disappointed the past few times I’ve went. The quality of the drinks aren’t consistent. I always mobile order my items due to time and today I asked for almond milk in my drink and no whip, but they put whip on it. I didn’t have time to have it re made, so I dealt with it. The part I’m upset about is that my drink is filled with ice chips! Like a quarter of my drink has ice chips and was not properly blended. I always order my drinks with almond milk and they’ve never been this bad. I could barely drink it without getting ice chips stuck in the straw. Very disappointed.

I’m visiting here from Seattle so maybe my standards are too high for coffee at this point but I had to have this location remake my drinks because I didn’t get what I asked for. The remade drinks were worse than the originals. I ordered a caramel macchiatos figuring the drink is simple enough, most starbucks can’t mess it up. Well I essentially got a coffee with milk. There was NO sweetener at all. It’s as if they didn’t know vanilla and caramel go into the drink. Id already been through the drive thru twice this morning and didn’t want to go through a third time. Not sure if they are training someone or if someone has a hangover but this is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. You’d think having to remake 2 drinks would urge someone to make sure they get it right. Now im stuck with 4 drinks that I don’t want. Lucky me 🙃

Very disorganized place. I waited and waited until a young woman decidef she wanted to take my order. She never asked my name and and I needed room for cream. So i waited and waited again for my coffee. When I started seeing customers who came after I did getting their orders, i went to the counter and asked about my coffee, the young man said theyre working on it. I waited again and got a cup that had the rim bent on one side that caused the coffee to leak out on to my hand and dripped all the way home. I will not be going there again. Very poor customer service.

Ordered an almond milk frap latte. Asked for it hot. Twice now they have given it cold. This time the ice was frozen solid like an iceberg inside my coffee. It was basically like drinking diluted coffee because there was so much ice that had melted into water. Please, I just want warm coffee during the winter time, not a rerun of the Titanic inside my poor drink.

Usually consistent but not tonight 1/14. around 8:40 pm I ordered caramel macchiato, I got it with no caramel lol. Then I went back and nicely they said they will make me a new one. The new caramel macchiato I got it mostly was caramel, I poured in the sink to find about an inch of caramel was in the bottom. They got me good lol.

Took forever for someone to just greet me or say Ill be with you shortly. I informed them my drink was nasty and requested they may it. One of the girls asked, do you want me to just add it in or remake it? At Starbucks, youre supposed to automatically remake the drinks no matter what, so informed her to remake the whole thing. The girls seems irritated and annoyed by me but I wasnt rude about anything. Their faces said it all. Anyways, comes me remake of my non-complicated iced green tea. I took a sip of it and it was still nasty. I wasnt going to ask them to remake it again. I just threw it away.

Ive been a regular at this Starbucks - on July 31st while I was inside working on my computer, a male is his early 20s rushed inside, snatched my laptop and fled. It was horrific and traumatizing. No word from police after filing the report and nothing from Starbucks - should Starbucks take responsibility for this type of theft on their premises?
