Food not a great value, yet will do in a pinch. Nice shop, clean, recently redone. Lots of company items available, lots of CSUS Sacramento State cups. Good bathrooms. 🚻Relaxing coffee shop atmosphere. Good place to get work done, do tech stuff, or simply sit.🪑Ample parking, plenty of food and retail in Roseville Square. Highly recommended. ☕️

Staff was super friendly and pleasant. But the employee who rang me up at the register and made my drink had very poor overall hygiene that could be smelled. His fingers were filthy with black dirt under his nails and they were all over the top of the cup of my order. Maybe a little more training on how to come to work presentable and clean when making food and drinks for people.

Arrived around 10:30 am. The location is inviting and very clean. There was no line when we got there. We didnt get welcomed by workers when we walked in, but it was no big deal. The cashier wasnt friendly, but that is my own personal perception. The service was fast. The drinks were tasty. We ordered a white chocolate macadamia cream cold brew, grande, ice brown sugar oatmilk shaken decaf espresso, grande, and a vanilla cream Frappuccino with caramel, grande. We spent $16.85, not including tip.

They forgot about my drink. 20 minutes later when I asked about it, the barista was bothered that I was even asking. I had to ask for a cup sleeve because the drink was very hot.Today this place is getting one star because this application does not let me give minus stars.The attitude was horrible but the drink was delicious.

Best Starbucks in the area! The baristas have great attitudes, they always makes my drinks right and quickly. The store is always clean and you can tell its a positive work environment. The partners are not burnt out or resentfully vindictive, they are always kind and friendly. 100% worth parking and walking in.

This Starbucks has a truly mellow ambience and I always get the same drink without fail, thats what I really like and enjoy. The staff is always happy and always ready to get you whatever you want. Great experience. I am in the position of taking care of a friends child while she deals with the sudden passing of their family pet. I got her a strawberry Frappuccino and after giving it to her I became aware of a dairy allergy. I asked the barista if there was a dairy free option and she said yes and helped me pick the best substitute. She also gave us the drink for free in spite of it being my mistake. Days like today I really appreciate the gesture. Thanks Taylor!

I love using the mobile app and just walking into the store, grabbing my coffee and walking out! It makes it so much easier than sitting in the drive-through or waiting in line to order and then waiting for the drink to me made! I dont even understand why anyone else would want to sit in a drive-through! This doubt is super great here and always accommodating! Someone else had touched my drink thinking it was theirs and they literally offered remake for me!

Stopped in today at this location and it was clean and not crowded. The owners now have a policy where the half-and-half is behind the counter, and I like that especially with the current viruses that are going around. Everyone was friendly and pleasant and I would definitely come back again.

Just went to this Starbucks location and watched a customer try her drink and say “it was awful” the employees confirmed what she ordered and apologized and offered to remake the drink, or to make her something else since she didn’t like what she ordered. The customer then rudely said “no it doesn’t matter I’m not going to drink this though” and walked out of the store and threw the drink on the ground splashing everywhere outside their door. All of the employees remained calm and apologized the the other customers on her behalf. It’s good to see when the employees do not let a crazy customer affect them. Keep up the great work guys. :)

This location used to be really good before the pandemic so I’m not sure what’s happened here but their staff are terrible and no longer friendly. They need to send them over to Noah’s bagels and give them some training on how to be nice to customers because suddenly they act like they could not care less if you come in or not and that’s too bad.

I don’t think I have ever been to another Starbucks with more upbeat & absolutely kind employees... These two gentlemen that were working this morning were incredibly sweet, very friendly & make you feel like you’re a good friend or family, you’ll leave smiling after they yell out “thanks sweetheart! Have a great day!” 😊With everything I’ve gone through in the past year & a half from a child with cancer to the Paradise Ca fire, it’s more important than you know to feel this kind of fun. It’s so important to spread positivity & love... These guys definitely know how to do that 💞

This location is small and the exterior building is kind of old, but Starbucks has their spot in good shape and their most recent remodel did a great job and added lots of outdoor seating. They dont have Clover coffee system here, nor do they have the Starbucks Evening menu that serves wine, beer and special appetizers, but what they have to set them apart is an amazing staff. I love coming to this location because of them.

Locally, this is my favorite Starbucks! I used to work here and absolutely loved it! We had the BEST CREW, Amy, Jessica, Angela, Ashley, Audra, Kayla, Keith, Peggy, Suzanne (shes still there too!), & V! (also still there!), & if I forgot anyone, my apologies, as its been quite a few years now! I made some great lifelong friends here, both inside the workplace, and out. I have some of the BEST, and my most favorite memories, at this Starbucks . I especially remember our daily regulars, & the awesome friendships we formed over time and daily conversations, they too became a part of your life. Yes, there is no drive thru, however, you can park right out front along the yellow curb, and run in!

Went into Starbucks today and I order my usual drink Ive order for years. The barista who took my order was kinda rude he told me how to order my drink. Starbucks changes there employees all the time so I make sure when I customize a drink I tell them exactly how I like it. Instead the barista told me how to order my drink. Smh starbucks.

Im so disappointed in this location.Ive got my favorite caramel frappuccino with no taste at all. No flavor of caramel at all.Their reasoning is maybe they run out of flavor syrup at that time.Would you think barista should pay attention when they put the mixture.One missed steps it makes a lot difference on the taste.Please pay attention coz your drinks not cheap at all .Thats why I love to come in fairway location coz they always do it right.It should not be that way that I always went to the one location which make my drinks right .All Starbucks should have same expectations in terms of their mixture.

Starbucks is one if my best favorite places to go to just for a drink or even to meet a friend for a meeting . Starbucks have a lot of different really delicious flavors of coffee and also cold drinks as well . i used to always stop by there on my way home from school and do my homework there and put my earphones not to get distracted . they have free Wi-Fi there and also power outlets .
