Nice, standard Starbucks. There is ample space, but not a ton of seating options. There’s a small outdoor area shared with nearby restaurants. Good and coffee is just like every other Starbucks. There is ample parking since it is on the border of Westfield mall. There is also 15-minute parking, so this is never an issue. Most of the day there is minimal wait time and at it’s most crowded there can be a small line.

Can’t give change for a $50? Even with a drink and food purchase over 10 bucks? And give $30 in change? Manager couldn’t even understand what I was saying, they clearly make anyone with no education or degree hold the title of a manager, pathetic. Omggg the lemon loaf cake is soooo delicious. The flavor is outstanding, the cake is sooo moist. I am really addicted to this cake. The staff are extremely friendly and they treat you like family. Its such a nice place to relax

Customer service was nonexistent. I arrived to order a drink. No one greeted me. They were all walking around in front of me as if I wasnt standing right in front of the cash register. One girl walked up to where I was standing without addressing me but started talking to some man across the room about how much creamer he wanted in his drink. He realized how rude she was being to me so he didnt even answer her. And she did it twice! How disgusting and disrespectful. Im a beautiful Black woman with great etiquette. These racially bias mexican/white females at this Starbucks have no clue about true customer service because they grew up in the ghetto. And the Black male baristas who work there need to be fired for buying into the disrespect and ignorance. I wont be returning. I make better coffee and tea than any of those clueless, disrespectful scabs.

Always happy with starbucks. Hardly ever do we get bad service but overall happy with my meal and my service almond butter and fresh strawberries was good. My double smoked bacon and the blueberry muffin are also really good here. Overall cleanliness was 👍🏼👍🏼😊

There’s a dedicated Food and drink dispatcher that makes things so much easier and organized. It’s my first time here but it seemed that everyone that came in was greeted by first name and judging by the entire teams energy I’m not surprised that people come back. I will definitely be coming back.

I love to order from this Starbucks because everyone is so polite. I ordered a chai tea latte and it was really good. I usually order midday and mostly mobile. They recently are allowing walk in orders so thats great!

This location is excellent at providing efficient customer service and drinks and food. In and out in a matter of minutes. There is sufficient seating inside and outside. It’s alway clean. Use the Mobile app and you’re in and out in a matter of minutes. Plenty of free parking. My go to location when I’m in the office! Thank you to this team!! YOU ROCK!!!

I went here to get a hot cup of tea the honey citrus mint tea but they did not have any. They did give me a hot cup of water and I had a tea bag with me. My husband got a Java chip Frappuccino he really enjoyed it.

Excellent service. Ive been going there since it opened, every day, except when Im out of the country. The employees are like family; the manager, Erandy, is very friendly and as professional as they come! I look forward to starting my morning 🌄 there...Starbucks management should use this store as a model of excellence.I wish I could say a quarter of this about other stores I have visited recently.

Guys, get your power outlets and USB ports near the seating area working. All (literally) are out. Electrical outlets wallowed and USB ports out. Disconcerting given that Im travelling and stopped in here for a caffeine and battery charge. $50 fix will help a lot of people out.

Ordered ahead online & if they’re so busy & understaffed, WHY don’t they have the rack where you can just pick up your order? Why do we have to wait to grab an attention of a barista who’s so busy they can’t stop to see why people are there waiting to get their attention. I paid my money already, why am I waiting in another line when my drink is clearly right there. I asked for a refund and they didn’t want to do it because the drink had already been made. Then the cashier says in the front “Next time just tell the barista your name”This place needs to have a better system or faster employees who don’t complain about being understaffed to customers.

I have been a Starbucks customer for as long as i can remember and this by far is my favorite location. The staff is WONDERFUL here. I was a barista for about 5 years and am pretty picky with my coffee order and one of the workers there (Glinda I think is her name) perfects it every time AND remembers my name when I come in to pick it up. There is another gal who usually is at the counter who always has the BEST attitude and a smile on her face. Every time I see her she inspires me to stay positive and grateful. Her radiating positive energy does not go unnoticed and is so appreciated. Coming from customer service, these are the things I look for and both ladies have done a stellar job. These are the type of employees businesses should be recognizing and rewarding!

Staff are friendly and are able to prepare your drink in reasonable time. However, there are times when the line is long that it would be faster if you order through the app to speed up the process. There is adequate parking for everybody.

Staff is somewhat stoic. Very busy location. Drinks are made quickly. Good luck finding a seat inside. The usual inconsiderate people hanging out for hours with notebook computers speading their stuff out on a table meant for four. Not too bad if you like to sit outside or are just picking up a drink and leaving.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks in Los Angeles. Im a psychic and an astrologer and Ive brought many clients here. Theres lots of tables inside and out and parking is easy, free, and plentiful. The staff here is especially friendly too.

Basically whispering the names of drinks that are ready so nobody can hear. Drinks and people pilling up because nobody can hear if their order is ready. Non mobile orders getting put in the mobile pickup so is impossible to find your order.

I’ll change my review after Covid 19 is over most likely. I love this starbucks but sense the pandemic they close 2 hours early at 8pm even though the mall and stores are all back open again or opening again. They will not let Anyone use there Restrooms and tell you to go to Trader Joe’s or chipotle instead. At least let paying customers use the restrooms and stay open later 8pm close time really? Hope they fix this problem soon so I can change my review.

Dont come here unless you have a minimum of 20 minutes to spare waiting for your order, even if its a cup of tea. The staff prioritizes mobile orders over the people actually standing in their lobby, and as a result even a cup of water takes forever. Going up to them to let them know doesnt help, either, theyll only ask you if youre a mobile order and then tell you to wait some more. You shouldnt have to be a mobile app customer to receive some damn decent service.

This place is awful. The staff are mean to certain people if they dont like the look of them, and there are always a dozen or more playing chess and often arguing with each other on the main table, so forget getting a table with electricity. Stay away.

Been to thousands of Starbucks around the world and was treated today with watching one their barristas, Ian, brighten up virtually every customer that walked in the door while I was sitting there eating my breakfast. It was like watching a social experiment on how an upbeat person can turn frowns to smiles!

The parking at this SB is tricky. Its next to a busy shopping area and freeway close. The streets are busy, so if you miss you turn, ne ready for a few u-turns.The service is friendly and prompt. This also has restroom, some SB location dont have restrooms. There are a few seats outside, but most are inside.

Would give 0 stars if that were an option. They refused to make us a pour over of French roast and when they said no I asked for Italian which they also refused to make. Not because they didnt have it but because they would only serve the coffee of the week on tap. They did not care they were losing customers and tried to tell us its common practice. We have been regular Starbucks customers for 17 years and have never had service this bad or refused to make our beverage of choice. Gives Starbucks a bad name.

Its never too crowded at this brand new Starbucks location. The crowd that does visit here are people who buy their coffee and leave within five or ten minutes. No laptop loafers or homeless people taking up all of the available seats.

Good size, great customer service. Adequate plugs, it could be bigger. I enjoy that theres a trader joes, chiptole, and fish and grill next to door in case your hungry during your study or your work session. It gets pretty full after 10A on weekends, so if youre looking for a spot to study or post up either go to a larger starbucks (Im sad they closed the Ladera Center one); or go early.Also parking is evil; park in the back.

Cant say enough about the Matcha Green Tea Frappicino (sp) Order it without the simple syrup if youre concerned about added sugar. I like the coconut milk and you can also ask for almond milk if you cant do dairy. Ditto the whipped cream unless thats not an issue. Yummy. And they have the best dark chocolate Graham crackers on the planet. FYI
